okay first of all I'm gonna just quickly apologise for my lack of posting here as of late! Now exams are over that will be completely changing and you'll all be begging me to shut up!

Gaga seems to have forgotten she's a pop singer again so we shall have to find other ways to keep this forum alive and more relevant than Darius so expect to see some more threads popping up over the next few weeks~

First of all in a couple of days I'm going to be kicking off a countdown of my personal favourite Gaga looks from over the years! I thought this might be quite a fun way for you guys to see what looks I loved and OF COURSE I want all of your opinions etc!!!

So whilst we EAGERLY await why don't you all tell me what looks you think are going to appear, but also what you HOPE! see u all soon

#20 Golden Globes



I thought to kick this off there was nothing better than a simple, elegant and just CLASSIC look. Gaga looked absolutely stunning here and I love how she can go from her crazy looks (plenty of which to come!) to something as simply beautiful as this.

#19 Meat Dress



OF COURSE THIS COUNTDOWN WOULDN'T EXIST WITHOUT A MENTION OF THIS. This is probably Gaga's most controversial outfit, with a heap of different people interpreting it in different ways. Of course I've always thought along the feminist pov of this symbolizes that woman aren't just meat, but I love reading different peoples interpretations on the dress. I think it is a very powerful message for sure so that's why I've included it on my countdown

the meat dress is quite low because i'm being rather shallow with a lot of my placings (oops) and whilst aesthetically the dress does kinda put me off (i hate all kinds of red meat), i genuinely do appreciate the DEEPER MESSAGE so there was no way it could be avoided on this list!

This one would probably have been higher if the eyelashes don't freak me out so much An early Gaga look which is just still such a CLASSIC for me, she just looks rlly cute!

Gaga proving on the red carpet yet again how effortlessly stunning she is (I sound like I should be writing articles for the Daily Mail rn). I also love her eyeshadow in this look

#16 Jonathon Ross Show Interview



Gaga has appeared a few times on this show (we had to study the transcripts of her interviews throughout the years and compare them for English coursework ), of course each time with an incredible outfit (shoutout to the post it note dress) but I chose this one for the countdown! This outfit was absolutely crazy and I loved it, from the green highlighter... to of course THE SHEEP!!!

#15 Disco Ball Dress



I feel like I'm just going to keep on repeating myself with the word "iconic", Gaga really does have so many moments! This is another classic look (from 2009 I believe?) and one that is often recreated! I think this dog does it best

#14 Sound of Music Oscar Performance

#13 Bad Romance



I'm forcing myself to not double pick looks from videos, which is EXTREMELY difficult for some of them! This is the first music video to appear in my countdown, but don't worry there's quite a few more to come!! Bad Romance is absolutely chock a block of incredible looks (shoutout to http://orig02.deviantart.net/9eff/f/2010/070/8/d/diamonds__a_girl__s_bf_by_joeleneybeaney.gif one which was a very close choice for this countdown! Another crazy dress! This one has been dubbed as the "alien princess" dress I adore all the little details on the whole ensemble, and also a huge fan of that wig!

#11 American Horror Story Premiere



And this is going to be the last "recent" look to appear on the countdown! Everything to come is from ARTPOP promo and backwards The Countess' looks really were EVERYTHING, I toyed with picking so many moments, before just choosing the look she wore to the premiere! There is an ONSLAUGHT of music video looks coming, as they always wind up being my favs!! I love the pink wig with this look, and I also love seeing this look recreated! (At artRAVE there were so many skeletons about, ofc even more at BTWball :')). God damn ANOTHER one which is so hard to get decent pictures of!

#9 Poker face headshots



Maybe a bizarre choice seeing as I don't believe/can't remember seeing her whole body in this ensemble BUT this is definitely the best "look" in the video for me! (yet again, was difficult to choose just the one and http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/ladygaga/images/d/d4/Poker_Face-Still.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20111120115415 came very close. The makeup is incredibly cute and also the iconic face bolt!

the metal inspired dress here is just absolutely amazing but the reason this is top 10 is THAT MAKEUP. remind me to try recreate that. this was a night of so many fashion moments, of course https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DH2EJ8XThLA was iconic as well!!

from green eyebrows to blue! this is the outfit she wore during the judas segment of that performance and i love the simplicity of the mesh! (u guys are soon to find out simplicity is a fav of mine). similarly to above what rlly sells this to me is HAIR and also the cute makeup/hearts
