 You love to be a detective and guess from the clues given, this album cover quiz is just that! Following on from the success of M4NGO’s album cover quiz recently, these snippets from album covers are from varying genres and time periods. There is no set chart peak criteria here, though many of these albums would have peaked relatively high in the UK or elsewhere, but not all of them. Additionally, this album cover quiz has a hidden theme contained within, which is Greatest Hits! Correctly count the number of ‘Greatest Hits’ albums contained within these 40 album covers to receive bonus points! You can also get bonus points for guessing how many albums peaked at #1 and which ones did not chart at all. Having not hosted a quiz of this kind before, I’m not sure on a scale of difficulty how easy or challenging this will prove to be for you all, but hopefully you’ll figure them out! The deadline for entries is Saturday 23rd May 2020 at 23:59 and the results will come the following day. Please PM me, awardinary, with your answers working numerically across each row of 4 images until you reach the bottom row. You can score points as follows; 10 points for correct artist and album. or 5 points for correct artist (without album name) or 5 points for correct album (without artist name) and there are lots of ways to earn extra points including; 25 bonus points for correctly guessing the number of ‘Greatest Hits’ albums (this includes any album with a collection of the artist’s hits or singles from other albums by that artist, not just albums with “Greatest Hits” in their title) and 25 bonus points for correctly guessing the number of albums which peaked at #1 in the UK Albums Chart and 10 bonus points for correctly guessing the two albums which did not chart in the UK Albums Chart Get started! I think it’s something what my dad definitely owns I can visualise the cover right away but can’t for the life remember who it actually is. |

Nice to do an album covers quiz that isn't my own
 Think I've got about half of them so far but there's a few that I should definitely get but just can't put my finger on right now. 3 and 38 are annoying me the most at the moment because I know I know them!! |

The dancing pineapple is annoying me because I don't know if I should know it or not lol. Same with the smiley face, I don't know if it's something really obvious or obscure!

I’ve noticed since making this quiz that at least 2 of the albums from this selection are featured in other album quizzes within BuzzJack so that might be a clue to help you in your quest for answers!

Yes of course, if you wanted more time to think you can wait until nearer the deadline, it’s coming up to just under 3 days now. Also, if you wanted to send some answers now and others later (if you think of them after submitting) I’ll of course accept that up until the set deadline.

even if you only know one, you’re basically guaranteed leaderboard points unless we get a huge rush of entries towards the end (top 30 get points).
