How I compile my charts:
With a few exceptions, I don't go out of my way to seek out new songs - I usually wait until I hear them on the radio. I mainly listen to Radio 1 and for this reason, most (though not all) songs in my chart are those which are played on Radio 1. I don't usually add a song to my chart until it's started gaining some airplay.
Songs generally tend to climb gradually as they grow on me, peak and then fall fast, so the chart looks similar to an 80s/90s singles chart. I also usually get bored of a song within a few weeks, so songs don't generally tend to hang around the chart for more than a few weeks - typically around 9 or 10 weeks for a Number 1.

Still not that massive on Your Type, everyone is putting it up on the same pedestal as the first two singles but imo it's just cheesy and nowhere near as catchy, an alright track but disappointing.
I think I like Ex's and Oh's aside from the bad grammar, she has quite a nice voice and the song is catchy but then it starts grating on me every once in a while. Hope it isn't too big anyway.
Shame to see all the bad reviews for Stevie Knows, I think it's actually quite catchy. Not up there with his best tracks by any means but it shows off more of his cheeky chappy-ness and it's a bit of a guilty pleasure.
Happy with the new Slaves single, was one of my favourites on the album and remains exciting all the way through due to its short length, just feels like a 2 and a half minute rock rave tune and it works well doing that.

1 - Yes I'm sure he does
and yes completely agree that Sweet Lovin' is far superior to Easy Love 2 - I think he'll fall just short of the Top 25 this week but should climb into the Top 20 after Xmas I'd imagine.

11 - It's starting to grate on me now too. I gave the album a listen though and it's actually not bad, surprisingly!
26 - Isn't 'Breathe Me' a really old song? I don't recognise it from the X Factor though

Nice to share your No. 1 for a change! The CRJ song is great! I'm still on the fence about Olly's song but Elle's song is pretty good! The Tame Impala song is VERY feelgood

Yeah I think 'Your Type' is just as good as the first two singles, hopefully given time it will grow on you as much too.
I'm glad the bad grammar of Ex's and Oh's bothers someone else apart from me, I'm a real stickler for bad grammar and you have no idea how much it annoys me! But like you say, it's quite a likeable little song, and I know what you mean about it being grating once in a while. I don't think it will be that big anyhow.
'Stevie Knows' is OK, I agree it's not up there with his best but it is a shame to see so much negative reaction for it.
I haven't listened to the Slaves album as I've not really liked any of the other singles but this one is catchy and I think you're right, it works well due to its short length!
