wonder if everyone is a fan from day 1 or if they just discovered now with the NFR album
or someway along the way?

Im a day 1 fan myself, since when Video Games was released as a double A side with Blue Jeans and before the BTD album
she lost me a bit along the way especially during Honeymoon, but the last 2 albums have been a return to form, especially the last one

I heard Video Games on Radio 2 and then discovered Blue Jeans. I didn't really check on her for a couple weeks and then noticed she had a new song (Born To Die) and I loved it even more than VG. That was when I totally fell in love with her music.

Around this time of year in 2011.

I heard Video Games on Radio 1 in the October time and was very intrigued by how different sounding it was.

I didn’t love her instantly but I loved how unlike anything else it was in the charts and I then got properly into her after that.

I remember finding Video Games online in August 2011, and being so obsessed that I'd sneak extra breaks at work to hide in the back room and listen to it :') I loved the original video for it too, all those old video clips just added to how magical the song felt.

Never could've imagined that it would end up such a big hit or that we'd all still be listening to Lana's music now!

I fell in love with her after watching the incredible High by the Beach music video for the first time. Then I decided to check out Honeymoon, and was highly impressed with it, so I revisited her whole back catalog and got instantly hooked. wub.gif

Yeah 'Video Games' was my introduction to Lana too! I remember watching the music video on 4Music for the first time and thinking wow, this stands out quite a bit. Then I was blown away by 'Born To Die' (the song), bought the album of the same name when it came out and the rest is history!
