It makes Goodbye To Yesterday's absolute landslide in 2015 even more impressive considering Elina has seemingly a near to non-existent core fanbase!
Koit & Laura had 55% of the superfinal vote, very impressive in a field of 3. I imagine Kerli would be around 35%~ and Rasmus 10%~ but we'll get the full figures by Monday at the latest I think. |

Shocked at the results, Elina deserved so much better and Kerli should have won

It's very Denmark to me, disappointingly safe when they had Kerli which would've been a superb Eurovision spectacle. Rob's curse of second place strikes again

Denmark WISHES they could be synonymous with an entry as maximal as 'Verona'.

I'm really disappointed Kerli didn't win, two potential Eurovision winners ousted in one night Verona isn't bad but I think it needs more time with me. I didn't pay it as much as attention as I did Kerli and Elina Born who were two artists I already liked, so I'll come back to this one

Kerli definitely wouldn't be near winning Eurovision with that final performance, the vocals were very off. If we put the final performances of Verona and Spirit Animal into Eurovision I think both would fare pretty similarly around low top 10, with Verona probably getting the edge.

Ah that's fair then if that cost her I haven't seen the final performances!

I thought Kerli's semi-final performance was much better personally, even though she was ill for that! Now she's well again it seemed to make her worse
Laura was the same in reverse, she wasn't perfect in the semis when she was well but yesterday she was ill and she was better too! |

Denmark WISHES they could be synonymous with an entry as maximal as 'Verona'. Maximal? It's just a borderline cheesy duet with two aging, unremarkable performers singing a song that sounds very 80s to me. It's completely on the same path as 'In A Moment Like This' for sure. |

This is growing on me a lot, it's no Spirit Animal but it'll definitely do. I think it'll keep growing on me too as the contest draws closer.

Just saw the semi final performance of this...as much as I loved this song to the point of having it in my top 3, it should really be included in a Eurovision Training Video as a warning not to completely screw up the staging. It's like they literally had a couple of minutes to prepare, spent the first two minutes awkwardly standing around and only coming together at the end.
Two decades ago it would have been fine, but comparing it to others this year they really missed the ball here, a huge shame as the song is brilliant - compared to a country like Azerbaijan, who had an OK song but blessed it with phenomenal staging using only a couple of chalk boards, a ladder and a bloke wearing a horse's head! |

Still can't get over Koit's intense stares purely because he cannot work out his location in Verona 😂 |
