I APPROVE.
Without Iggy she dances the entire performance. The breakdown was performed AND added too.
I'm not sure about the dress. Definitely preferred this outfit:

Anyways for the VEGAS show I'd rate it:
Dancing: 8.5/10
Outfit: 7/10
OVERALL: 8/10

It's great to see her enjoying herself. She clearly likes the choreography.
The breakdown is good (the crowds reaction was me watching now!) I wish that had been included in the video but... Iggz. 
I agree the outfit isn't great. I'd prefer to see her in something similar to the female dancers.
There was another new black outfit she wore that night. I think it was for Freakshow, I can't find a picture of it right now, but it's similar to one above.
Lastly, I really like that wig.

Yeah, I think the fact you can clearly see how much she is enjoying herself really plays a big factor on the plus side of this performance!
ALSO! I'm so glad we are getting more danceney on this show! Not near as much pose and armography like on her last two tours.

She absolutely KILLED it. I love everything about this performance. The choreography, staging, her confidence. Absolutely wonderful. I love the whole neon thing that artists do sometimes. I agree that I wish she was in something pretty similar to her dancers and/or that outfit she wore for the VMAs performance, but ehhh. As long as she's happy (and you can tell she is!) I don't particularly care tbh 
She really loves 'Pretty Girls', doesn't she?

They showed the breakdown on CNN for the entertainment wrap up. The caption was "BRITNEY: BETTER THAN EVER".
SO EASY TO SLAY THE GP THESE DAYS, TBH.
