Finished my rewatch of Season 1 and I actually enjoyed it even better this time round! The first time I never truly understood the HUGE hype as much as I enjoyed it but I don’t think I focused on it enough when I was watching and it’s always hard to live up to hype on that scale. However, I now very much understand the hype. The rewatch allowed me to really appreciate it’s brilliance.

The show is perfectly paced and every actor is really brilliant in it. The characters all have their own distinct ‘journeys’ so to speak without it being convoluted. The whole tone is absolutely brilliant too and what helps it to stand out, it obviously takes its reference points from classic shows/movies but it stands out brilliantly in its own right! It’s also able to provide a conclusion to the story whilst also leaving it open for intrigue for a Season 2.

And I can’t wait for Season 2!!!
