BuzzJack Music Forum _ R&B and Hip-Hop _ Josh's Top 60 Nicki Minaj Songs

Posted by: Josh! Sep 12 2017, 10:36 PM

Hi there!

I've done a few similar countdowns to this in the Movies forum with Star Wars & Harry Potter characters and I know the likes of troublepink and Ultra have done countdowns in the Artist Forums before so I thought I'd make a list of my favourite Nicki Minaj songs and count them down here along with some of you who will hopefully be reading! heart.gif

This will be starting tomorrow and I'll leave a list in the opening post of the countdown so far every time I update the thread.

Here are where the songs included come from:
Pink Friday - 11
Roman Reloaded - 8
The Re-Up - 3
Pinkprint - 10

There's still plenty of Pink Friday stuff to come (her best album for me!), Did It On Em is one of the weakest on therefore me.

Shocked at you not hearing #61 ohmy.gif It felt really huge at the time online but I'm not sure it really crossed over to the UK sad.gif

I used to love it back in the day but it's not the most melodic so I'm not too bothered about it missing out. There's much better stuff on Pink Friday heart.gif

60. Give Me All Your Luvin'
(Madonna feat. Nicki Minaj and M.I.A.)
2012 - MDNA

Favourite lyrics:
"In the nick of time I could say a sicker rhyme
Cause its time for change like a nickel and a dime"

This is one that has definitely slid down the list in recent years. I wasn't much of a fan of Madonna back then (I am now so don't worry heehee.gif) but I was already a huge fan of Nicki so I mainly listened to this for her and I was OBSESSED with it when it first came out. I remember playing the video on repeat and learning her verse in about three plays of the song. It still remains one of my favourite guest raps of hers but it's far too short for my liking and the Madonna hook itself is now a bit irritating on my ears so I've had to put it down here even though I still love it enough to put it on the list. Another thing that made me love this so much was the Superbowl performance too, seeing all three of them come out and perform it live was such a moment *-*

59. Favorite
(feat. Jeremih)
2014 - The Pinkprint

Favourite lyrics:
"I just wanna be somebody, that can add to
Your wife, be a friend, be a teacher and a fan too
I just wanna listen
When you leave I say, "Damn, I f***ing miss him."

This was one of my immediate favourite (pun intended !!) tracks from The Pinkprint when I first heard the album but it has gone down a bit in my rankings since, mainly due to me not going back to it much. I remember wanting it to be a single but I think it's probably a good thing she went for the likes of The Night is Still Young and Truffle Butter because both were big successes for her (although, #spoileralert, neither of those are in my top 60. Oops...) and this does just work as an above average album track. Nicki has some great verses on this and I love how smooth Jeremih's chorus is, they work really well together on this so it's a shame their later collab with DJ Mustard as well isn't half as good cry.gif

58. No Frauds
(feat. Drake & Lil Wayne)
2017 - Non-album single

Favourite lyrics:
"I am the generous queen! Ask Ms. Ellen"

""Back to Back"? Me and Drizzy laughed at that"

One of the more recent tracks on my countdown is this Remy Ma diss track from earlier in the year. With more time to settle, I do think this could climb in my rankings in the future but it wasn't the most instant for me and I still feel like it grows on me every time I play it. It has some wicked word play and harsh take-downs which are some of the things that make me love Nicki so much which made it my favourite of the three singles she released (when are we getting something to follow those up!?!?) in early 2017. Drake and Lil Wayne both offer some good verses and it's nice to hear them all on a track together again even though they've done better collaborations in the past. I do hope this makes the album, even if it is just as a bonus track, because it is a banger and I'd like the album to be a bit more urban/hip-hop leaning as I think that's the sound she sounds most at home with.

Literally the only reason I remember that Madonna song is for inspiring 'L, V, U, Medoner'.

Well, and for trying to be hip with an MIA feature about five years too late.

"G.A.Y." or whatever it's abbreviated to is a terrible song but Nicki's rap is truly stunning - hence my slightly generous rating in the rate thread.

"No Frauds" was a grower, it's not the best collaboration between those three artists but I like it for what it is and the video is great biggrin.gif

All three of them are okay songs but I don't go back to them much sad.gif

57. No Flex Zone (Remix)
(Rae Sremmurd feat. Nicki Minaj & Pusha T)
2014 - SremmLife

Favourite lyrics:
"They could never reach Young Nic's magnitude
Even if they had a longitude, latitude"

I was a fan of this prior to the remix anyway because the chorus is really catchy but the added verse from Nicki obviously made me love it even more. This was the first time I really discovered Rae Sremmurd and I loved just how catchy this was, the chorus was stuck in my head for days. But nowadays, I don't go back to this one often. I far prefer the other Nicki/Rae collab "Throw Sum Mo" and even their other singles like "No Type" and "Black Beatles" are tracks I revisit more than this.

56. Monster
(Kanye West feat. Jay-Z, Rick Ross, Bon Iver and Nicki Minaj)
2010 - My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy

Favourite lyrics:
"Pull up in the monster
Automobile gangster
With a bad bitch that came from Sri Lanka
Yeah I'm in that Tonka, colour of Willy Wonka
You could be the King but watch the Queen conquer
OK first things first I'll eat your brains
Then I'mma start rocking gold teeth and fangs
'Cause that's what a motherf***ing monster do
Hairdresser from Milan, that's the monster do
Monster Giuseppe heel that's the monster shoe
Young Money is the roster and a monster crew
And I'm all up all up all up in the bank with the funny face
And if I'm fake I ain't notice 'cause my money ain't
Let me get this straight wait I'm the rookie
But my features and my shows ten times your pay?
50k for a verse, no album out!
Yeah my money's so tall that my Barbie's gotta climb it
Hotter than a middle eastern climate
Find it Tony Matterhorn dutty wine it
While it, Nicki on them titties when I sign it
Have these niggas so one-track minded
But really really I don't give a F-U-C-K
Forget Barbie f*** Nicki 'cause she's fake
She on a diet but her pockets eating cheese cake
And I'll say Bride of Chucky is child's play
Just killed another career it's a mild day
Besides 'Ye they can't stand besides me
I think me, you and Am should ménage Friday
Pink wig, thick ass, give em whiplash
I think big get cash make em blink fast
Now look at what you just saw, this is what you live for
Ah, I'm a motherf***ing monster!"

Those of you who know this know that my selection for favourite lyrics is the only choice really. This is probably Nicki's best ever verse on any song, her flow is fantastic and the lyrics are a lot of fun. This is one of those verses that is just impossible to resist rapping along with every time I put it on and it really is just a killer verse. The reason this is so low is because the rest of the song is a bit rubbish aside from her. I wouldn't go back to this at all if that verse didn't feature in it and seeing as the track is ~6 minutes long, it does become a bit of a slog to listen to for me. Nicki managed to get it this high with just her verse alone but there are much more enjoyable whole songs still to come in my countdown in my opinion ohmy.gif

Posted by: Josh! Sep 14 2017, 03:49 PM

55. Black Barbies
Nicki Minaj
2016 - Non-album single

Favourite lyrics:
"Who the f*** is gon' protect her?
If I really gotta check her
Peter Piper picked a pepper
And my cake is triple decker"

Black Barbies was first released on Soundcloud as Nicki's take on "Black Beatles" by Rae Sremmurd. It was eventually mixed properly and given an official release on iTunes/Spotify etc. Rightfully, the original got all of the attention because it is a proper bop and a half but this is definitely my favourite version of the two. The raps are all very catchy and she sounds great on the beat, I heard a version with both Rae Sremmurd's & Nicki's songs mixed together and it sounded really good so I think this is a case of a song that just works with anyone singing it music.gif It was a personal chart #1 for me late last year but I haven't gone back to it much even though I do enjoy it a lot so I can't put it any higher unfortunately.

What a verse! wub.gif
I completely agree with you about just automatically singing along to her section! I do like it on the whole though but I don't go back to it as much because of its length.

Also, can we take a moment to appreciate Adele's version in Carpool Karaoke last year? laugh.gif

Yes, I loved watching her Carpool Karaoke when it was released and finding out she knew all the words ohmy.gif laugh.gif If the whole song was just Nicki's verse then it would legit be the best song of her career laugh.gif

54. I Lied
Nicki Minaj
2014 - The Pinkprint

Favourite lyrics:
"Even though I said I didn’t need you I lied I lied
To keep you from breaking my heart"

I could tell from the start of this countdown when it just missed out on my list that "Grand Piano" has a few fans here on Buzzjack but it was always this that was my favourite of the two in terms of her slower Nicki ballads where she gets to actually sing rather than rap. I think it helps that this was Track 2 so it would always be one of the first tracks I went back to when I was craving a bit of Nicki. There are still a fair few Pinkprint tracks still to come but this is one of the most gorgeous and heartfelt moments on the whole thing and therefore deserves a spot on my list wub.gif

Posted by: Liаm Sep 15 2017, 03:25 PM

If Monster was all Nicki and the other verses were that calibre it would legit be an all time fave *.*

Posted by: Josh! Sep 15 2017, 03:27 PM

53. All Things Go
Nicki Minaj
2014 - The Pinkprint

Favourite lyrics:
"I want 'Caiah to go to college, just to say "We did it!"
My child with Aaron, would've been sixteen, any minute
So in some ways I feel like 'Caiah, is the both of them
It's like he's 'Caiah's little angel, looking over him"

This kills me putting it this so 'low' but she just has so many great songs and ones I revisit a lot more often. This is one of the tracks where we really get to see Nicki open up about her family and life (as you can see from my favourite lyrics selection) and therefore this feels like one of her most personal tracks which is nice to see. It's also a great album opener with the "Just finished writing, this is the Pinkprint" final line which I've always really liked wub.gif

Posted by: Josh! Sep 15 2017, 03:32 PM

52. Y.U. MAD
(Birdman feat. Nicki Minaj & Lil Wayne)
2011 - Non-album single

Favourite lyrics:
"Haha, they were sleeping on me, z-zz-zz"

"As for your career? Dead. Ghost Buster."

Probably one of the lesser known songs in my countdown but it is one of her better urban features in my opinion. It mainly only reached the US but even then it only peaked at #68 there sad.gif There's not much to say about this apart from it's a bit of a bop, Nicki's verse is bangin' (but they all deliver really) and the chorus gets stuck in your head for days after listening (probably because it's so repetitive laugh.gif)

Posted by: HarryEzra Sep 15 2017, 04:04 PM

Monster's verse is legit one of the most joyous to rap to.

51. Till the World Ends (Remix)
(Britney Spears feat. Kesha & Nicki Minaj)
2011 - Femme Fatale

Favourite lyrics:
"Told you they'd revive your career but somebody lied
I ain't talking poultry when I say this chicken's fried"

I was a big fan of Till the World Ends prior to this remix (it's probably my favourite Britney track this decade actually) so I was very excited when this remix was announced considering Nicki was an all-time fave of mine and Kesha was putting out banger after banger at the time. It didn't disappoint at all and all three of them work so well together on the track. It's all a bit nonsensical and random but this is probably one of my favourite Nicki guest raps and it was released at the height of my obsession with her so I'll always have fond memories of it. I don't go back to it very often nowadays though hence why I can't put it any higher in my countdown sad.gif

Posted by: Josh! Sep 16 2017, 08:46 PM

50. Run Up
(Major Lazer feat. PartyNextDoor & Nicki Minaj)
2017 - Music Is the Weapon

Favourite lyrics:
"'Bout to drop an album, this is my fourth
I don't put sugar in my spaghetti sauce
Drop a freestyle and get these hoes perched"

Major Lazer were hot off some pretty big smash hits so I had high hopes this was going be huge when it was first announced but it entered pretty low in comparison to expectations and never really grew into a big hit either which was a big shame. I was a little disappointed at first as I would've much preferred another banger like "Lean On" or "Light It Up" and we ended up getting a much more chilled and slower song instead. The song was a grower but it still doesn't hold a candle to some of her more zany and wacky tracks for me. Still waiting on this 4th album she speaks of in her verse though...

Posted by: Josh! Sep 16 2017, 08:54 PM

49. Roman Holiday
Nicki Minaj
2012 - Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded

Favourite lyrics:
"Who the f*** is this hoe?
And yes, maybe just a touch of tourettes
Get my wigs, Terrence, go and get my beret"

The album opener to her second album was definitely a bold choice and not many artists have the guts to burst into "Come, All Ye Faithful" in the middle of their tracks and somehow actually make it work. I've always loved the idea of Nicki's alter egos and Roman often goes in HARD with his raps and this is no exception. It's all a bit crazy but it works and I love how the chorus is sung by Nicki as Martha, the switching between the two characters is really interesting and makes this one of her most unique tracks. Shout out to the bonkers performance she did of this at the Grammys too, that will always be one of her best live performances for me wub.gif

Posted by: Josh! Sep 16 2017, 09:14 PM

48. Rake It Up
(Yo Gotti feat. Nicki Minaj)
2017 - Gotti Made-It

Favourite lyrics:
"All my n****s wife me once they get that good punani"

This certainly has the potential to climb higher in the future but it's just a bit too recent to be much higher when I've been loving some of the tracks yet to come for years longer than this. This is currently smashing in the US for her which is great to see and it's not hard to see why because it is just SO catchy. The video is also one of the best of her career so I'm glad it's been doing so well for her. I liked their previous collaboration "Down in the DM" but this is definitely stronger in my opinion wub.gif music.gif

Posted by: Josh! Sep 16 2017, 09:26 PM

47. You Da Baddest
(Future feat. Nicki Minaj)
2017 - HNDRXX

Favourite lyrics:
"Percocets and molly make you touch your toe"

"Stick it to the bull like where's MJ? Where's MJ?
Don't come around with that weird energy, weird energy"

Another offering that is too recent to be high up but this will probably fall down the list in years to come to be honest. I've been obsessed with it in the last month or so but it's probably not as special as some of her other features so I'm not sure I'll be loving it as much in the future (pun intended). It's one of the few songs where I love the main artist's part just as much as Nicki's but the chorus is so catchy to this and I love Future's style of mumble rapping. A shame this wasn't a hit following on from "Mask Off" but the video is great and it's another great collab to add to her long list wub.gif

I was disappointed with 'Run Up' as she has done better so that. Just weren't a fan of it.

I agree that Run Up is far from one of her best but it is pretty catchy so I thought it deserved a place in my countdown. She definitely sounds better on more upbeat/faster paced guest verses wub.gif heehee.gif

46. Pills N Potions
Nicki Minaj
2014 - The Pinkprint

Favourite lyrics:
"They could never make me hate you
Even though what you was doing wasn't tasteful
Even though you out here looking so ungrateful
I'mma keep it moving, be classy and graceful"

I was absolutely OBSESSED with this when it was very first released but I think that's more because we finally had more solo Nicki and it has gone down my rankings a bit in the last few years. It's a slower and more reflective offering from Nicki and it is rather lovely to listen to but it doesn't excite me anymore in the same way that her more upbeat singles do still. I also feel like it's pretty forgotten now in general and a lot of the other Pinkprint singles overshadowed it despite this being first released which is a bit of a shame sad.gif

45. The Creep
(Lonely Island feat. Nicki Minaj)
2011 - Turtleneck & Chain

Favourite lyrics:
"When I was a girl, I creeped in the boys' locker room
Hide deep inside - it was my little creep stalker room
As they disrobed, I was oogling and oggling
Little did they know, that for me, they were modeling"

I already talked about this a bit in my Track of the Week commentary last week but this has always been a track I've loved even if it is just a bit silly. The parts from Lonely Island are a lot of fun and the Nicki verse is fab too, I always liked her in the video inside the locker creeping on the boys laugh.gif I can see why this wouldn't be a track that everyone loves but it's just the right amount of silly for me whilst still being really catchy so I'm a big fan. I'm not sure it would really work with who Nicki is in 2017 but I'd love them to do another collab in the future laugh.gif

44. Buy a Heart
(Nicki Minaj feat. Meek Mill)
2014 - The Pinkprint

Favourite lyrics:
"I could tell you was analyzing me, I could tell you was criticizing me
I could tell you was fantasizing that you would come slide in me and confide in me"

During their relationship together, Meek and Nicki made a few collaborations together including this one for Nicki's 3rd studio album. It's not my favourite collaboration of theirs (spoilers for what is still to come heehee.gif) but it has always been one of my favourite album tracks on The Pinkprint and one that I still wish had been a single over some of the ones that she actually did pick... The 'anybody wanna buy a heart' hook is really catchy and Nicki's verse is SO good. They really did work well together on tracks so it's a shame we probably won't be getting any more in the near future sad.gif

Rake It Up is my fave of these so far, proper choon and not just for Nicki's parts.

I love Pills and Potions, Run Up, Roman Holiday and The Creep! Good section wub.gif

Lots of comments for me to catch up on here!

I also loved Adele's cover verse of Monster, it's brilliantly unexpected and completely threw me when I first watched the video.

I love All Things Go - as with the ending line. I'm sure this was one of the songs she wrote about her abortion wasn't it?

Roman Holiday isn't particularly the best track on the album either, but it's a good opener.

All Things Go wub.gif Her best album opener by an absolute mile, the chorus is one of those that makes me tear up a bit everytime <3 Rake It Up is a massive bop tbh, I know it's trash but 💁🏽 The video is a classy af work of art *.*

Yeah, the chorus itself is proper catchy too and both raps from both artists are pretty good. I'm glad it's been a big US hit even though it likely won't crossover at this point sad.gif

Yeah it was so unexpected for Adele of all people to know the words to Monster word for word laugh.gif

Yeah, some of the lyrics do refer to her abortion. Definitely one of her most personal tracks cry.gif

It works so well as an album opener and I've always loved how bonkers it is. There are definitely better tracks from Roman Reloaded yet to come though!

43. Marilyn Monroe
Nicki Minaj
2012 - Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded

Favourite lyrics:
"If you can’t handle my worst
You ain’t getting my best"

I feel like this is pretty hated amongst hardcode Nicki fans but I've always had a big soft spot for it. I do like it when Nicki goes a bit slower from time to time and I think is one of her best downtempo efforts. It's nothing really all that special but it's a track I return to a lot and have always found the section with this, Young Forever and Fire Burns rather lovely when listening to Roman Reloaded so I had to give it a place on my countdown wub.gif

Posted by: Josh! Sep 18 2017, 02:25 PM

42. Young Forever
Nicki Minaj
2012 - Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded

Favourite lyrics:
"Don't say goodbye, look in my eyes
So that I always will remember"

I basically have the same things to say about this as I did about "Marilyn Monroe" but I've always slightly preferred this so it wins by just one position. It probably is a bit too sickly sweet and saccharine but I find it pretty touching and it has a nice tune too. It's not an all-time favourite or anything but it is rather lovely and underrated in her discography in my opinion.

Posted by: HarryEzra Sep 18 2017, 02:26 PM

Omg Marilyn Monroe is her best softer song imo wub.gif

41. Light My Body Up
(David Guetta feat. Nicki Minaj & Lil Wayne)
2017 - Non-album single

Favourite lyrics:
"Know she'll never be queen, so now she got a vendetta
I ain't talkin' 'bout David when I say I'ma Guetta"

This was a personal chart #1 for me earlier this year but I keep forgetting it exists and haven't listened to it much since it flopped. It deserved to be a big hit imo, especially when much worse recent Guetta songs have smashed but this just wasn't meant to be sad.gif It doesn't go OFF as much as the other Guetta/Nicki collabs but I really enjoy the drop in this especially and both vocalists do a decent job too. I must remind myself to listen to this more still!!

Here's a recap before we hit the top 40!

COUNTDOWN
60. Give Me All Your Luvin' (Madonna feat. Nicki Minaj and M.I.A.)
59. Favorite (Nicki Minaj feat. Jeremih)
58. No Frauds (Nicki Minaj feat. Drake & Lil Wayne)
57. No Flex Zone (Remix) (Rae Sremmurd feat. Nicki Minaj & Pusha T)

Catching up from page 2... I LOVE Y U Mad, Rake It Up is good and Pills n Potions is just about where I'd put it too.
Used to love Buy a Heart too but listen to it a lot less now these days.

Light My Body up also a bop, top 5 in my personals earlier this year. One of many Nicki has landed this year biggrin.gif

40. Love More
(Chris Brown feat. Nicki Minaj)
2013 - X

Favourite lyrics:
"Could I be your wife?
Naw we could bang though
I got these n****s whipped
Call me Django"

Chris Brown may be a pretty terrible person in real life but he's an artist I really like and he pretty much always provides bops. This is no different and the two of them work really well together on a lot of songs. It's not really unique in any way but the chorus is so catchy, it's well produced and Nicki provides the cherry on top with her verse music.gif

39. Beauty and a Beat
(Justin Bieber feat. Nicki Minaj)
2012 - Believe

Favourite lyrics:
"Buns out, wiener, but I gotta keep an eye out for Selena"

It's getting so hard to get rid of songs from my shortlist already but I've gone with this as I don't go back to it all that often. It's one of my favourite Bieber tracks but both artists have matured a lot since this was released which does make it sound a little 'of its time' even if I do still love it when I do hear it. The song itself would be great as a solo Justin Bieber song anyway but Nicki adds a fun verse which makes it that little bit better for me.

Posted by: danG Sep 19 2017, 01:55 PM

not even Nicki could save 'Beauty and the Beast' imo, this was back when Justin Bieber was still releasing bad music and this wasn't an exception. sad.gif

38. Knockout
(Lil Wayne feat. Nicki Minaj)
2010 - Rebirth

Favourite lyrics:
"Awe f*** it
Give me that damn bucket
Wh-when I throw this pussy
You better not start duckin"

It feels a bit snakey of me getting rid of this early but it does sound very dated nowadays. This was one of the very first tracks I heard of Nicki's where I fell in love with her sound (I remember discovering BedRock, Your Love & this and just playing them all the time circa 2010 wub.gif) and I can remember so vividly getting my friends in the skate park to Bluetooth this to me on my shitty Samsung phone wub.gif It's still a lot of fun and I listen to it a fair amount still, its weird faux rock sound just makes it even more fun and I've always love the video to it too. See below for an amazing gif from this video *-*

37. Do You Mind
(DJ Khaled feat. Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown, Jeremih, Future, August Alsina and Rick Ross)
2016 - Major Key

Favourite lyrics:
"He got Nicki, he know that he hit the jackpot"

DJ Khaled has had some pretty massive hits in recent years and unfortunately this wasn't one despite featuring a load of big names and probably being my favourite track by him (this was true up until "Wild Thoughts" anyway, now I'm not so sure). It doesn't feature Nicki all that much even though her little snippets are nice but it's the hook that makes the song good, Chris Brown providing another slick chorus and it's just nice seeing all these big stars on one track. There aren't many songs where the Nicki part isn't my favourite on the song so that's just testament to how good the chorus to this is music.gif

36. Blazin'
(Nicki Minaj feat. Kanye West)
2010 - Pink Friday

Favourite lyrics:
"Motherf***ers ain't ready, they never been
As long as I am in the game, you'll never win
I'm on that different type of high, heroin
Put on my cape and hit the sky, heroine!"

I've said before that Pink Friday is my (joint) favourite album of all-time (alongside Lungs by Florence + the Machine) and it's not hard to see why when the album tracks are THIS good. The only reason it's a little low is because the chorus can get a bit repetitive which brings it down compared to some of the album tracks still to come. The raps are fantastic in this showcasing how Nicki was here to stay and Kanye is a great addition too with one of my favourite verses by him on any song wub.gif

Posted by: Josh! Sep 20 2017, 10:03 AM

35. Up In Flames
Nicki Minaj
2012 - Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded – The Re-Up

Favourite lyrics:
"On my way to make a billi like a big goat"

Only four songs made the list from The Re-Up and this is the first one to drop out but it's a track I've always loved from the moment I first heard it. The choir style chorus is a great addition and it just works so well as the opener to the album. It's a five minute long epic song but it never feels long and would've made a great single in my opinion if she had decided to release one more wub.gif

Posted by: Josh! Sep 20 2017, 10:09 AM

34. Freedom
Nicki Minaj
2012 - Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded – The Re-Up

Favourite lyrics:
"My career's been a pink print
When I retire, tell 'em think pink
Pink Friday is the imprint"

I've always loved this and "Up In Flames" pretty equally but I think this may just be my favourite ever so slightly so it beats it here by just one place. It's another slightly slower offering from her and a nice mix of singing and rapping that we don't get to see Nicki do that often. The verses are definitely the highlight of the song for me but the chorus is rather lovely too even if it does almost seem like two different songs at times.

Posted by: Josh! Sep 21 2017, 12:46 PM

33. Beez in the Trap
(Nicki Minaj feat. 2 Chainz)
2012 - Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded

Favourite lyrics:
"Bitches ain't shit, and they ain't sayin' nothin'
A hundred motherf***ers can't tell me nothin'
I beez in the trap, beez in the trap"

Beez in the Trap is a track that I enjoyed a lot more when the album was released in comparison to now but I do still enjoy it when it's on. I was obsessed with it at the time and it used to be one of my favourite track from the album but nowadays I don't return to it so much. The chorus is probably my favourite part of the song but the rap verses are decent too and I do like Nicki's verse where she's name-checking all of the cities towards the end music.gif

Posted by: Josh! Sep 21 2017, 12:50 PM

32. Only
(Nicki Minaj feat. Lil Wayne, Chris Brown & Drake)
2014 - The Pinkprint

Favourite lyrics:
"Yo, I never f***ed Wayne, I never f***ed Drake
On my life, man, f***'s sake
If I did I'd Minaj wid' him and let 'em eat my ass like a cupcake"

This is another case of me feeling a bit snakey putting this a bit low because I didn't stop playing it when it was first released (so much so, it's still my most played Nicki track on last.fm despite clearly being far from my favourite track of hers). I think I was just really hyped for more Nicki at the time (I played Bed of Lies LOTS too and that didn't even make this countdown ohmy.gif) and once the album was released, I ended up returning to this less in favour of listening to some of the more melodic tracks on the album. This still goes in hard and the rap verses are great so I probably should go back to it more often really.

Posted by: Josh! Sep 21 2017, 12:56 PM

31. No Love (Remix)
(August Alsina feat. Nicki Minaj)
2014 - Testimony

Favourite lyrics:
"You can’t treat me like you treat them
Yes, I am the crčme de la crčme
Yes, I am from one to ten, ten"

Another one of Nicki's more urban collaborations which unfortunately didn't even do great in the US charts (only peaking at #69 sad.gif) so isn't all that well known really. It's another nice example of Nicki rapping and singing really well in one song and it's a shame she doesn't get a slighter longer part in this remix but August Alsina does a great job on the rest of the song too and the chorus is so slick. I listen to this quite often still and it's a shame it's pretty unknown in comparison to some other songs in her discography (it has a pretty decent amount of YouTube views though so that's a good thing!) sad.gif

SO FAR...

really like the rapping on 'Only' so it's no wonder it became one of her biggest hits in the US, I do think it would benefit from a less slow and repetitive beat and Lil Wayne's verse taken out though.

I liked 'Freedom' a fair bit at the time but I don't go back to it much myself.

Yeah, it definitely seems more suited to the US but I was glad it was a minor hit here too. Wayne's verse is probably my least favourite too but I do think it works with the rest of the track.

I was at the height of my Nicki stanning at the time so I loved it but I agree that it's not one I go back to much either.

30. Dance (A$$) Remix
(Big Sean feat. Nicki Minaj)
2011 - Finally Famous

Favourite lyrics:
"Wobbledy wobble, wo-wo-wobble, wobbin'
Ass so fat, all these bitches' pussies is throbbin'"

Objectively, this is probably one of the worst produced/made songs of Nicki's as it is pretty much a massive mess (probably why it came so low in the Nicki rate sad.gif) but it is the DEFINITION of party anthem and it always goes OFF when you've got a few shots in you laugh.gif I revisit this loads still and just get my life to how much of a bop it is and that's why it's surprisingly high on my countdown laugh.gif

29. Save Me
Nicki Minaj
2010 - Pink Friday

Favourite lyrics:
"This time won't you save me
Baby I can feel myself givin up"

Save Me has always been one of my highlights on Pink Friday and a track that still sounds lovely to this day. The lyrics are pretty simple and repetitive too but they work really well and it's nice to hear Nicki on more reflective tracks from time to time. There are still a few Pink Friday tracks to come but this remains a firm favourite of mine seven years later.

28. Dear Old Nicki
Nicki Minaj
2010 - Pink Friday

Favourite lyrics:
"But you was underground, and I was mainstream
I live the life now, that we would daydream
My only wish is you come enjoy it with me"

"
This track is about the "death" of one of Nicki's alter egos, Nicki Lewinsky, and discusses how she dropped the character once she fully broke through to the mainstream with many people saying they missed the "Old Nicki" and wanted her to come back. It's interesting to see Nicki discuss how her and her characters changed since she became a global superstar and I've always thought this was a massive highlight on Pink Friday so is deserving of a high placing here on my countdown wub.gif

27. Right By My Side
(Nicki Minaj feat. Chris Brown)
2012 - Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded

Favourite lyrics:
"I be trippin', I be flipping, I be so belligerent
Man this shit that we be fighting over so irrelevant
I don't even remember though I was probably hella bent"

Right By My Side is one of the more melodic and well-produced songs on Roman Reloaded in my opinion and feels like it actually had a bit of care put into it (unlike stuff like "Automatic" & "Whip It" which just felt like they were put on the album to appeal to the pop fans for example even though they are jams). It's a lovely track and both artists sound lovely together but ultimately the slower pace means it doesn't give me as much as excitement when I hear it as some of the tracks yet to come do. This actually isn't the highest Nicki & Chris collaboration on my countdown, there is still one to come!

Always liked Right By My Side although it warred with my visceral dislike of Chris Brown.

Thanks for commenting, Andrew!!

I always find it lovely but I do often only listen to it in a certain mood so I get what you mean with that! ohmy.gif

26. Get On Your Knees
(Nicki Minaj feat. Ariana Grande)
2014 - The Pinkprint

Favourite lyrics:
"Got a bow on my panties because my ass is a present"

It's pretty crazy that she had songs like this and "Feeling Myself" on The Pinkprint and chose to release completely different tracks to release as singles when these undeniable bangers are on the same album. Ariana always sounds great but the chorus to this is brill and Ariana definitely makes it that little more special. The raps are great too and the two contribute to make a great song. I'd have loved to have seen a video for this sad.gif

25. Throw Sum Mo
(Rae Sremmurd feat. Nicki Minaj)
2014 - SremmLife

Favourite lyrics:
"Ass fat
Yeah I know
You just got cash?
Blow sum mo' "

I said earlier in the No Flex Zone commentary that Rae Sremmurd and Nicki make a pretty good team and this is evidence for the level of BOP that the two artist can make together. It's another more urban track that I think would decently in the UK nowadays but at least it was a US hit of sorts. The chorus is probably my favourite part of the song actually, it got stuck in my head for days when I first heard it music.gif

24. High School
(Nicki Minaj feat. Lil Wayne)
2013 - Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded – The Re-Up

Favourite lyrics:
"I never f*** with beginners
I let him play with my p*ssy then lick it off of his fingers
I'm in the zone"

This used to be one of my least favourite Nicki singles and I never used to find it all that special but it has grown on me in the past four years and now I count it as one of her strongest singles. It's a party staple in my group of friends and we ALWAYS used to play it at pre-drinks where everyone knew every lyric to the song (especially Nicki's FANTASTIC verse). The chorus is really catchy too so I'm not sure how I ever didn't love this. What a BANGER wub.gif

23. All Eyes On You
(Meek Mill feat. Nicki Minaj & Chris Brown)
2015- Dreams Worth More Than Money

Favourite lyrics:
"Still at the top of all their hit lists
What they gon' do? Meek and Nick"

I wasn't really that familiar with Meek before this (I had heard a few songs but nothing I really loved) and this completely took me by surprise with how much I enjoyed it. I was hooked after the first listen and even gave his album a go off the back of this (which I quite enjoyed too although admittedly didn't go back to much). It's just a lovely little midtempo track and so under-rated in her discography. It was a minor hit here in the UK and spent a fair few weeks in the top 100 but it deserved so much more sad.gif

Definitely one of the big highlights from the album, it has a really catchy hook especially music.gif

Agree with you on those two as well, at least they were decently sized US hits but wish they were more well known over here sad.gif

22. Your Love
Nicki Minaj
2010 - Pink Friday

Favourite lyrics:
"When I was a Geisha he was a Samurai
Somehow I understood him when he spoke Thai
Never spoke lies and he never broke fly
"S" on my chest let me get my cape on"

This is one of the very first Nicki Minaj songs that I ever heard and pretty much started my stanning for her. A friend introduced it to me and I remember making her Bluetooth it to my phone the same night laugh.gif Nicki didn't even want to release it to begin with but it was leaked online and she tweaked it a bit and released it as the lead single from Pink Friday thankfully. It's not a track I go back to as often as those still to come but it holds a special place in my heart for being one of the first Nicki songs that I fell in love with heart.gif

Posted by: Josh! Sep 25 2017, 08:15 PM

21. Check It Out
will.i.am feat. Nicki Minaj
2010 - Pink Friday

Favourite lyrics:
"Competition? Why yes, I would love some"

Another song from Pink Friday to drop out and another one that I probably don't go back to as much as I should but I absolutely loved it back in the day. It was one of the first Nicki Minaj verses I learned off by heart and still remains one of her best guest rap verses in my opinion. The chorus is properly catchy and will.i.am does a great job too (this is easily his best single outside of the Black Eyed Peas in my opinion) but unfortunately, I don't have room for this in my top 20 sad.gif

Posted by: Josh! Sep 25 2017, 08:19 PM

20. I'm the Best
Nicki Minaj
2010 - Pink Friday

Favourite lyrics:
"Long as you motherf***ing know, I am the best best best best."

Yet ANOTHER song from Pink Friday to drop out but this has done really well here as it is one of the highest album tracks to appear in the countdown. This has always been a BIG highlight on Pink Friday for me and it works SO well as an album opener. The lyrics are fierce and only showcase how Nicki was here to stay and earn her place amongst rap legends in the future. This is one of her most anthemic tracks in her discography and I absolutely love it wub.gif

Posted by: Andrew. Sep 25 2017, 08:23 PM

'Your Love' is absolutely stunning and the first song that made me take notice of her wub.gif Not something I come back to much but undoubtedly a strong track.

Posted by: Northside Hisser Sep 25 2017, 08:28 PM

I am disappointed that Turn Me On (David Guetta ft Nicki Minaj) almost certainly hasn't made your top 60. I liked that one at the time, it was my favourite of the various 2011 released David Guetta songs (along with Titanium).

Posted by: THEO. Sep 25 2017, 09:44 PM

I love both "Your Love" and "Check it Out" but they're really not songs that she should have launched her career/Pink Friday off of. Especially odd that they both heavily sample 80s/90s songs.

Posted by: HarryEzra Sep 25 2017, 10:06 PM

Also love Check it Out so catchy music.gif

Yeah, Your Love is lovely but not one of her strongest tracks and Check It Out is a bit too will.i.am heavy to really feel like her track. There were definitely better choices but they're both fab tracks and I'm glad they saved Super Bass until she was a bit more well known heehee.gif

19. The Crying Game
Nicki Minaj feat. Jessie Ware
2014 - The Pinkprint

Favourite lyrics:
"We're back to playing
The crying game"

I believe this is the highest album track to make the countdown and it really is gorgeous. Jessie Ware is another one of my favourite artists so a collaboration between her and Nicki promised to be amazing but it didn't disappoint at all. I recall this is winning The Pinkprint rate that me and Bal ran back in 2014 and it's not hard to see why. Jessie's chorus is absolutely gorgeous and Nicki's verses add to the song immensely too. I'm not sure how it would've performed but I would've loved for this to have been a single so that more people were able to hear it, it's certainly more deserving of single status than stuff like Trini Dem Girls and Bed of Lies in my opinion laugh.gif

18. Make Me Proud
Drake feat. Nicki Minaj
2011 - Take Care

Favourite lyrics:
"Mansions in Malibu babblin
But I never mention everything I dabble in
And I always ride slow when I'm straddlin'
And my shit's so wet you gotta paddle in"

This is my favourite Drake track ever but the competition here is so tough so I can't put it any higher than this unfortunately. This is another one of those rare occasions where I like the other artist's part just as much as Nicki's but both artists deliver great verses here and the chorus is very smooth too. It was a smash hit in the US but didn't really do great here in the UK which is such a shame sad.gif I bet it would be huge nowadays with how global Drake is at the moment!

Posted by: Josh! Sep 26 2017, 04:08 PM

17. Bottoms Up
Trey Songz feat. Nicki Minaj
2010 - Passion, Pain & Pleasure

Favourite lyrics:
"Can I get that 'tron, Can I get that Remmy
Can I get that Coke, Can I get that Henny
Can I get that Margarita on the rock rock rock
Can I get salt all around that rim rim rim rim"

Earlier in the countdown, I talked about Nicki has her fair share of party BANGERS and this is probably her biggest and best one to date. It's quite old now but it's yet to be topped in terms of songs that go OFF at parties in my opinion. This is probably in my top three Nicki verses of all time and Trey does a brilliant job with the rest of the track. This is another case of the song doing great in the US but not so good over here which is yet another chart injustice for Nicki sad.gif

Posted by: Josh! Sep 27 2017, 06:37 PM

16. Right Thru Me
Nicki Minaj
2010 - Pink Friday

Favourite lyrics:
"you make me laugh, you make me hoarse from yelling at you,
and getting at you, picking up dishes, throwing em at you,
why are you speaking when no one asked you."

This isn't even a track that I loved all that much when Pink Friday was first released but it grew on me so much in later years and now it's one of the tracks that I go to much from that album. I can't even pinpoint one reason why I love this so much and have ranked it this high but it's just a lovely track, the raps are really special and the chorus works so well too. It's one of those all-rounders that I love when I put it on but I can see why most people probably wouldn't have it this high in one of their countdowns.

Posted by: Josh! Sep 27 2017, 06:41 PM

15. Pound the Alarm
Nicki Minaj
2012 - Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded

Favourite lyrics:
"Bottle, sip, bottle, guzzle
I'm a bad bitch, no muzzle, let's go."

I absolutely ADORED Pound the Alarm when it was first released and still enjoy it a lot but I don't go back to it all that often because it does sound a bit dated now. It's a catchy fun dance-pop track and sounds good when I'm in the mood but the breakdown part just doesn't sound fresh at all so that does ruin it a little for me. Saying that, it's one of my most played Nicki tracks and one I do love listening to at parties or when I'm in a dancey mood so it does certainly earn it's placing this high up in my countdown.

Posted by: Josh! Sep 27 2017, 06:44 PM

14. Va Va Voom
Nicki Minaj
2012 - Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded

Favourite lyrics:
"'Cause he look like he modeling clothes in Dublin
So I think that he gettin' that Green like Goblin
Hear through the grape vine that he hang low
We could shoot a movie, kabang, like Rambo
Boom, boom pow, this thing so bingo
Wondering if he could understand my lingo"

Another one of Nicki's more poppier tracks and therefore one of her biggest hits in the UK who never really appreciated her hip-hop/urban tracks as much. It definitely sounds less dated that tracks like Pound the Alarm and Starships in my opinion but I didn't really love it as much at the time so I can't put it higher than the latter in my countdown really. I'm still shocked this wasn't a bigger hit though really as it's very catchy and one of her most generally accessible tracks in my opinion ohmy.gif

13. Moment 4 Life
Nicki Minaj feat. Drake
2010 - Pink Friday

Favourite lyrics:
"Put your drinks up
It's a celebration every time we link up
We done did everything they could think of
Greatness is what we on the brink of"

This is another track that's very high up now but would have been a lot lower in the past. Back when it was released, I never really appreciated it and was much more keen on her upbeat tracks on Pink Friday whereas this is obviously a lot slower. Nowadays, it's one of the tracks I revisit the most of all her songs. I think it's still one of her most fondly remembered and loved tracks by the general public too which is very deserved in my opinion wub.gif

Posted by: Josh! Sep 30 2017, 02:59 PM

12. BedRock
Young Money
2009 - We Are Young Money

Favourite lyrics:
"Okay, I get it, let me think, I guess it's my turn
Maybe it's time to put this pussy on your side burns"

A modern CLASSIC wub.gif I've loved this ever since I heard it years ago and was so glad when it turned into a smash hit. It's one of those tracks where everyone just aces their part, I know every word to the whole song and love every single verse. Everyone just delivered their A game on this (including Nicki, one of her best verses for me!) making it an utter anthem wub.gif

Posted by: Josh! Sep 30 2017, 03:03 PM

11. Fly
Nicki Minaj feat. Rihanna
2010 - Pink Friday

Favourite lyrics:
"Cause I am not a word, I am not a line
I am not a girl that can ever be defined
I am not fly, I am levitation
I represent an entire generation"

I REALLY REALLY REALLY wanted to find a place for this in my top 10 but the competition is so tough so it'll have to make do with #11. I know most people dislike this or just wanted more from a collaboration between Nicki and Rihanna but this is one of the best tracks in both artist's discographies for me. These are one of the first rap verses I learned off by heart and Rih completely delivers on the chorus. I'd love them to collab again though because we definitely deserved more from "Raining Men" on Loud.

10. Starships
Nicki Minaj
2012 - Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded

Favourite lyrics:
"And I ain’t paying my rent this month
I owe that"

This may come as a shock to some that her biggest hit to date just squeezes into the top 10 and it even surprises me a bit to be honest because this would've easily been #1 if I did this a couple of years back. It was my favourite Nicki song ever at the top and I was utterly obsessed with it. It remains one of her most fun tracks and a song that will get EVERYONE on the dance floor if played at a party. However, it does sound very dated now and is the track I go back to least in this top 10 so I can't really put it any higher as this is a 2017 countdown heehee.gif sad.gif

Posted by: Josh! Oct 2 2017, 09:31 AM

09. Bang Bang
Jessie J, Ariana Grande & Nicki Minaj
2014 - Sweet Talker/My Everything

Favourite lyrics:
"Queen Nicki dominant, prominent
It's me, Jessie, and Ari
If they test me they sorry"

Another one of Nicki's biggest hits dropping out now and it's pretty much impossible to split these up now at this stage in the countdown. This could just as easily be #1 really but it's going to have to settle for #9 today laugh.gif It's just a massive pop banger, everyone does a great job on it, they all sound great, they all look great in the video, the live performances of it were amazing. It's just one of those songs that is a perfect pop package and Nicki's verse is like the cherry on top to make it that little bit better wub.gif

08. Side to Side
Ariana Grande & Nicki Minaj
2016 - Dangerous Woman

Favourite lyrics:
"Wrist icicle, ride dick bicycle
Come true yo, get you this type of blow
If you wanna menage I got a tricycle"

I remember listening to Dangerous Woman (the album) for the first time and being completely stunned that this wasn't one of the pre-album singles. Fortunately, it was picked as a single a bit later in the campaign, given a fantastic sex/fun video and smashed worldwide like I knew it would wub.gif This sultry sort of sound is when I like Ariana the best (tracks like this and "Love Me Harder" for example) and she sounds fantastic on it and the Nicki addition works so well too. This is one of my favourite Nicki videos ever too, the only reason this isn't higher is because it's just a bit too recent in comparison to what is to come...

07. Hey Mama
David Guetta feat. Afrojack, Bebe Rexha, Nicki Minaj
2015 - Listen

Favourite lyrics:
"None of them bitches ain't taking you,
Just tell them to make a U"

I always see this get a fair bit of hate online which I think is a massive shame because it is an absolute banger. The Nicki parts are easily the best but Bebe provides a catchy chorus and the production is top-notch too. There's a lot to like about this in my opinion and it was a big smash hit thankfully so I'm not really sure why this gets so much hate. It's not my absolute favourite Guetta & Nicki collaboration but it goes OFF when played at parties/on a night out and is pretty much the definition of a banger. Hope they do yet another collab in the future wub.gif

Posted by: Josh! Oct 5 2017, 02:29 PM

06. Turn Me On
David Guetta feat. Nicki Minaj
2011 - Nothing But the Beat

Favourite lyrics:
"don't let me die young
I just want you to father my young
I just want you to be my doctor
We could get it crackin' chiropractor"

I pretty much can't even split up my top six here so take these all as joint #1 pretty much, they're all some of my favourite songs of all time. This seems a little forgotten nowadays in comparison to Guetta's other bigger hits from around the same time which a huge injustice in my opinion as it is easily my favourite of the lot. It's dance-pop at its absolute best and one of Nicki's catchiest tunes in her entire discography. I've always liked the little rap segment lots too so just thought I'd give a shout out to that, especially how it transitions back into the chorus wub.gif

Posted by: FreddyVsJupiter Oct 6 2017, 02:45 AM

Hey Mama is amazing. Side to Side pretty awesome too, definitely the song that re-sold me on Ariana after kinda going off her after her one shining moment with Problem. Turn Me On also fun and one I've been revisiting this year post-Light My Body Up. As for #9 I don't really think I have anything more I can say there tongue.gif ...at least Jessie J is for once wearing a single flattering outfit in it (the first one). The less said about that weird apron minidress get-up at the end though the better.

Problem is one of my least favourite Ariana singles actually ohmy.gif But I agree that this is definitely one of her best (my other big fave is Love Me Harder as mentioned in my commentary wub.gif).

Poor Jessie J laugh.gif She always gets so much hate online but I actually really enjoyed her first three albums/eras a lot, can't say the same for all of these awful buzz singles she's been putting out this year drama.gif

Thanks for commenting Jupiter!!

05. Feeling Myself
Nicki Minaj feat. Beyoncé
2014 - The Pinkprint

Favourite lyrics:
"Stingin' with the Queen Bey and we be whippin' all of that D
'Cause we dope girls we flawless, we the poster girls for all this
We run around with them ballers, only real ni**as in my call list
I'm the big kahuna, go let them whores know
Just on this song alone, bitch is on her fourth flow"

I discussed this a bit in the Track of the Week thread and how much I adore Bey/Nicki as a team but I think that this is just slightly lower in my affections even though I absolutely adore both collaborations. This is fierce, fun, catchy, the raps are AMAZING, the hook is so much fun, it's perfect for parties/pre-drinks etc. There's not much to say about this apart from what a BANGER and I really hope we get more collaborations from them in the future wub.gif

Gutted at the video STILL being a Tidal only exclusive tho...

04. Flawless Remix
Beyoncé feat. Nicki Minaj
2014 - BEYONCÉ

Favourite lyrics:
"I confess, I woke up like this
All this drank in my cup like this
All this ass on that flawless dick
Instagram another flawless pic"

There's not much to be said about this that I didn't already say in my TOTW write-up but the same commentary for Feeling Myself basically applies here too. I think I just slightly prefer the chorus of this so it nabs a spot one place higher on the countdown.

'Anaconda' to win!

"We could get it crackin' chiropractor" - what a line *.* All three are excellent songs, I think I gave "Turn Me On" my 11 in the rate as her best feature ;o

Feelin' Myself is very good but I don't go back to a lot! Same with the Flawless Remix.

03. Girls Fall Like Dominoes
Nicki Minaj
2010 - Pink Friday

Favourite lyrics:
"Material Girls like Madonna, model for Donatella
Ain't nothing you can tell her 'cause she get the mozarella
She look just like Rihanna
She work with Wihelmina only rocking Galliano

She might be Filipino, be sipping Pellegrino
Be watching Al Pacino, she could probably sniff a kilo
Anyway yo, hit up Grace Jones and tell her I said Strange
I'm out in Paris motherf***er with Beyonce"

I've said before how Your Love/Bedrock/Knockout were the first Nicki Minaj songs that I ever discovered but this was the very first Nicki Minaj track that I learned all the words to. I was hooked on first listen with all the name-drops and clever rhymes and it wasn't long before I'd listened to it hundreds of times and could rap it from start to finish. Admittedly, I don't listen to it as much as some of the other tracks here in the top 10 but it is an absolute bop and these are still some of her best verses to date wub.gif

02. Super Bass
Nicki Minaj
2010 - Pink Friday

Favourite lyrics:
"He just gotta give me that look, when he give me that look
Then the panties comin' off, off, uh"

It's hard to say what will be remembered as Nicki's signature track in years to come. It could be this or it could be Starships or it could be Anaconda but I think this is the one that comes closest to being a future classic. I don't know a single soul who doesn't love this and all of my friends can rap the whole thing from start to finish. It's a proper crowd pleaser and it's super catchy and I just love it wub.gif

01. Anaconda
Nicki Minaj
2014 - The Pinkprint

Favourite lyrics:
"He toss my salad like his name Romaine"

I had to think long and hard about what I'd put at #1 in my countdown but in the end it just HAD to be this. I think this sums up what I love most about Nicki and that is how much FUN she can be as an artist some time. I love her gritty urban tracks, I love her dance features and I love her recent gospel feature too but nothing can beat a silly fun pop track at the end of the day for me and so I had to put this at #1. I actually hated it when I first heard it, thought the sample was tacky and thought everyone would hate it for how odd sounding it is. All of that still applies really but it just works somehow and goes OFF when you hear it out in public. I know it can be divisive at times but it gives me absolute life so it's a deserving #1 here wub.gif

Girls Fall Like Dominoes is a massive tune I like the lyrics you highlighted!

Super Bass I legit know all the words to but then again its so easy to know the words for it laugh.gif

Anaconda is alright I like the verses but the chorus I find a bit weak.

Great Countdown Josh!!
