Gary just announced on his Instagram live that he’s releasing a new solo record this Xmas!

He said last Xmas he came up with a song that surprised him. He played it to a few people and they agreed they should build a record around it.

Exciting news!!

Incidentally the MPBH tour has now been renamed “All the Hits” and will have a mixture of the new album, MPBY and the old stuff

Hoping he goes back to SISYL/BW style this time around

I hope he goes back to the sounds of SISYL/BW, i wonder with the tour been renaumed would it be an indication a greatest hits is the new solo album and he is recording some new songs to add on?

I didnt overly enjoy his last album, I appreciate him trying something different but its not the style of music I enjoy all that much in general.

I'd hope not if I'm honest as it would a big band style album for that if he went that way.

I am starting to doubt if the album is recieving a 2021 release as the album is still not listed in any new release schedules.
