I assume the era was at such a low point in her life, with so much pain and angst happening and obviously the constant drama and scrutiny she received during it that she is blocking it out of her conscience? |

It's so sad
 There's so much quality music on that album (Gypsy is legit one of her absolute best) and it's horrible to think she clearly just tries to forget the entire ARTPOP era existed. Totally understandable given what she went through...but yeah

I played my ARTPOP vinyl for the first time yesterday, and it was an experience. It had been 5 years since I’d given the album a full play! Gypsy remains as her biggest missed opportunity. I have to say, I find Fashion! to be really underrated, I was bopping x

Not releasing Gypsy was actual sabotage, as was not including Party Nauseous. As was doing a song like that with R Kelly!! We ALL knew the rumours well before then.
