Very simple since there is a discussion about Ella Henderson being dropped in the pop forum.
Should the girls leave Syco after LM5? |

No tbh, Little Mix is the only act Syco have done a brilliant job managing/marketing (over several album campaigns too) so it would be too much of a risk for them to quit and find a new label. Obviously they'd get snatched up immediately, but who's to say that a new label would actually be any better for them?

They market Little Mix brilliantly and their ties to ITV are great for them. But Syco notoriously cut corners, they won’t use bigger, more expensive songwriters and producers and could do a lot more with touring production. So I’m on the fence. I think moving sideways at Sony would do them good.

Syco did well for then in the UK, but worldwide... not so much
Like what have they done for them in Europe? |

Yes because they’d have better worldwide success without them.
But... no because it would mean that they probably won’t be on another ITV show again... like Joe mentioned. |

No! I think their worldwide career is kinda over anyway they should just do a Girls Aloud and focus on the UK only with maximum success.

I have to say No. I think One Direction splitting was great for LM as Syco seem to have them a priority now whereas before 1D were priority.
I do agree they should focus on the Uk now as its a big market. The girls do seem to be genuinely getting along and their is no sign of split so i hope they continue as they are and with syco and hopefully have another huge era ahead of them. Also Glory Days is only 80,000 away from becoming a million seller which again indicates its working with Syco. |

I think they should focus ths era on properly cracking America i mean Syco should (or i want them to) go all out with promo, putting them on spotify playlists putting them in award shows (Vma's Billboard or maybe the Grammy's but that is highly unlikley) and giving them radio deals A.K.A payola . and if it doesn't secure them a hit in the US they should give up

I don't think they should as everything's going fine for them. They should have an other label for the US though, Syco is useless over there.

Yea I think so, while LM have control over the UK but WW and US their team are crap! They are promoting a new BOY BAND that have only been around for around a year, while LM have been in this industry for almost seven and Syco haven't done a thing!

Look at past artists that left syco voluntarily they haven’t been very successful (although James Arthur is he took years to rescue and has since gone back)

Why fix what isn't broken?
Their worldwide team needs improved though, although they seem to still be doing well in Australia and New Zealand. 'Glory Days' is their most successful album by far, I just wish they promoted songs more instead of constantly being lazy and getting a rapper for the song. |

Better to be Syco's top act than second fiddle with someone else. They've had a good run this last two albums, why fix what ain't broke? Plus Syco has the contacts and clout to boost them in the pop circles they need to be moving in in the UK.
Now, if they're looking for international or solo success, then consider jumping ship. |

Why fix what isn't broken? Don't get this at all tbh. "Constantly being lazy" is really not what I'd describe them as being. They're the hardest act in the biz today imo. Just coz they haven't been given as many promotional, primetime slots like usual, doesn't mean they haven't promoted/been working. They played a massive Summer tour last year, along with Capital Summertime ball in between that and their sell out arena tour.

Little Mix genuinely suffered from exhaustion last year. Lazy they are not.
Syco still using local writers though for LM5, which is annoying. |

Re-read that paragraph please as Im talking about their team, I said it’s constantly lazing user rappers for every song following the release of the album and I fully stand by that! |
