Imo both queens win on vTW/All Stars where they are called as the top 2, and they lipsync for “the power to give one of the bottom queens the chop”, not for the win. I do think it’s kind of “lesser” than a normal season win though, as there’s less queens and two chances to win, which is why it bothered me a bit when people were saying Drag Sethlas had the best run ever over Keiona And kind of why track record gays who go as far as using PPE scores drive me insane sometimes because I do think it’s completely different on a small All Stars or vTW season with 6-8 episodes and less queens and say Season 16 with 14 contestants and double the episodes.
Whereas say Morphine on the Season 16 political challenge or Daya Betty in Daytona Wind, they lipsync for the win as a little format twist so it doesn’t count as a win. |

re Calum's point - they were described as wins in the pre season spoilers so that was what I expected. Whether you call them wins or top 2s I meant the placement where you are called as the best of the episode.

Marina was the queen to have won the lip sync against each of the remaining 3. Yet got demolished by Hannah in the finale, should’ve picked LGD lol

Hannah Conda was robbed! Really grew to love her in the end and think she showed a lot of growth. Tia is great but she relies on gimmicks a lot in the lip syncs.

I've really enjoyed this season and really liked all of the top 4 (I didn't dislike any Queens, but the top 4 were on another level to the other Queens).
I'm also happy that Tia won - to be honest all 4 were deserving (well LGD peaked early, but she was still great). |

Tia's one of my favourite UK queens and I'm really pleased she had such a glow-up this time round. I could've made a case for any of the final 4 to win (REALLY strong field) and I think Tia and Hannah make for the funniest top 2 of any Drag Race season of those I've seen. I didn't think either of them had a bad week so a fair top 2 in that sense, though Marina won in the fashion stakes.

I’m happy with Tia Kofi winning! It was clear from the outset that the main narrative of this season would be her glow-up. To be fair she has come on leaps and bounds since her season, while her wittiness is as quick and sharp as ever before. She’s one of my favourite queens to come out of the UK and I consider her more than worthy of joining the list of UK winners.
I’ve pretty much given up viewing this as being a genuine competition, and more a reality show that is constructed to have an outcome that RuPaul wants, essentially. At the end of the day it is called RuPaul’s Drag Race. What Ru wants and what the fanbase wants often don’t seem to align. I have to say I think it was an incredibly strong Top 4, and if any of the other 3 had been declared to be the winner, I’d have agreed with the outcome! The thing is, I think Tia Kofi’s reached her final form. She knows who she is as a Queen now, and, had she not won this, I don’t think there would have been any particular benefit for her appearing in any future spin offs (without essentially delivering more of the same - though there is the potential future option of her appearing in an all-winners spin off). But I kind of think this is her Drag Race journey completed. Whereas the future potential of La Grand Dame and Marina in particular feels limitless, at this point - and that’s really exciting to me. Unlike Tia, I could see both of these queens having so much more to give to any future spin-off that they might take part in. P.S. I know there’s been a controversy regarding Marina vs Hannah lip sync, and how the edit favoured showing Hannah. Even though there’s clearly parts of Marina’s performance we didn’t see, my general impression was that what Hannah was doing suited the song better. I wish we could have seen more of a balance though. It’s funny how with these lip sync edits you can almost always predict who’ll be declared the winner of it. |

Wonder which UK Series 3 Queen will win UK vs the World 3 (going by the current pattern set with Blu and Tia).
