Very good single and its a shame they started to underperform since this single and then!

I found this song, only okay at the time and now I feel about the same for it, but it still didn't deserve to flop like it did. The album wasn't as strong as their first one, but was still really decent. I still love "Cartoon Heroes" though.
From "Aquarium", my fave tracks = "Happy Boys & Happy Girls", "My Oh My", "Barbie Girl", "Doctor Jones", "Lollipop (Candyman)" & "Turn Back Time". From "Aquarius" = "Cartoon Heroes", "Around The World", "We Belong To The Sea", "Halloween" & "Bumblebee". |

I genuinely never even knew of this song's existence, so it was the follow-up to 'Cartoon Heroes'?
To be fair, by 2000 their shtick had become kind of irrelevant. |

I always enjoy some cheese music and Aqua provided it in large quantities. I bought both their albums and i genuinely felt their second album deserved so much more success than it achieved. In large i enjoyed most tracks on both albums. They were hugely successful but i felt it ended far too quickly. Bands like Aqua, you know wont have a 20 year career but i expected them achieve success for longer.
Vengaboys were also another group who ended in similar circumstances although to my understanding Aqua were far more successful. |

Omg 16 years ago! I can't believe that passed so much time! I still think AQUA one of the best eurodance groups - fun, melodic, positive.
