Hi Jade!
Good set of new entries here this week, great that Paramore have already made it in so high and enjoying the BJSC entry and the Montell Fish track too (not least because of how similar it sounds to The Hills which was one of my faves of the decade!). Also interesting to see Silversun Pickups in here, I completely forgot they were still going I loved their single Panic Switch back in the day though, such a big angsty banger with a great bassline too would recommend (although it's a lot heavier than Alone on a Hill)! Interesting that the bassist has now become the vocalist for this new song! |

Hey Jade!
Really in love with your #1 at the moment. Such a fresh take on dance at the moment and should be a big hit on my chart too hopefully. Also buzzing to see Daniel Avery and Jamie xx debut in the top 20 with their top shelf bangers. Shlut is so lush as well, I've had the album on repeat today and it's definitely a highlight, if only it was a longer song. Yay for Holsten debuting, the spontaneous drops have me hooked. That Birdy dance collab also sounds surprisingly great from the recap! |

Hi there Jade! Nice to see "This Is Why" and "STAR WALKIN'" debuting in your chart! Great chart! Hey there Sergej! New Paramore has been instantly addictive for me, can't wait for more *.* I hope 'STAR WALKIN' takes off more commercially in time - another strong chorus from Lil Nas X in particular! thank you for commenting <3 Hi Jade! Interesting that the bassist has now become the vocalist for this new song! Hey there coi! Why thank you *.* I was blindsided by how much I loved new Paramore I think it's because 'After Laughter' didn't connect with me as much as I was hoping. But I did love Hayley's albums in the interim so I should've had more faith. My BJSC song has just come on shuffle in a playlist of 3000+ songs while replying to this, the impact! Oh yes 'Hotel' is verrrrry 'The Hills' I definitely get that comparison, certainly one of my favourite The Weeknd songs too - so was bound to enjoy it! Oh yes the Silversun Pickups song really hooked me in <3 I don't think I know 'Panic Switch' so will need to check that out. Wow, that's an interesting plot twist! thank you for commenting <3 Hey Jade! Really in love with your #1 at the moment. That Birdy dance collab also sounds surprisingly great from the recap! Hey Kath! <3 Yes I totally agree that it's a fresh take on electronic music right now, was such bliss to my ears! I was happy to see it making your chart already oh yes I thought you'd approve of the high Daniel/HAAi debut *.* and a banger from Jamie too of course. Love the description of "top shelf banger" *.* oh yes 'Shlut' is such a vibe, I did not see that chorus coming! Hyped to check out the album in the coming days, especially after hype from you! 'Holsten' is so massive once again from O'Flynn and Frazer Ray, they have some kind of magic touch. Oh yes I'd highly recommend that Birdy feature, I was not expecting it to be electronic as I knew nothing about the lead artist, so was taken aback a bit. thank you for commenting <3 Gabe at #1!!!! *.* I almost sent it to BJSC this month as I have been loving the single since release, I feel I made a bad call by not doing YESSSSSSS it's incredible *.* omg I do like your current BJSC entry but yes that would've been an amazing choice thank you for commenting <3 |

Hey Jade! Paramore's latest single will have to grow on me, although I love seeing debuts for Steve Lacy, FLO & Lil Nas X. Good chart yet again! Hey Piran! Aw I hope it will end up being more of a slow burner for you! I'm a bit late to 'Dark Red' but ended up doing a catch up of the U.K. Top 50 Spotify playlist last week and really enjoyed it. FLO are so talented - it's great to have a new British girl-group releasing high quality music! I didn't know what to expect from a Lil Nas X 'League of Legends' song but it's another tune from him. thank you for commenting <3 Hi Jade "This Is Why" sounds good. I think I'm gonna like it more in the future. Hey Cow Cow! I've really fallen hard for 'This Is Why' rooting for the "This is why I don't leave the house" line to take off on TikTok so it can cement a top 40 position officially thank you for commenting <3 Great to see Not My Job here! Also the Royksopp latest releases are amazing. Me&Youphoria is quite good and glad to see it debut quite high I'm loving FLO's consistency so far! Their 00s throwback Aaliyah-esque sound is definitely up my street. Röyksopp are on fire at the moment too 'Me&Youphoria' is really dreamy. thank you for commenting <3 |

Hey Jade, hope you've had a good week.
Great to see Cigarettes After Sex here. I keep forgetting to re-chart this. Maybe next week? Thanks for the Le Youth tip. Predictably, I love it! Fantastic chart as ever |
