Really looking forward to this, never seen the USA version, is it similar to the Canadian set up? Because I'm loving that
^ Yes. And with a complete Queen of Life hosting it, making it even better.
Arisa >>>>>>> Chenbot
I've actually preferred the Candian version to the past three US editions that I've seen but, yeah, the format is essentially the same, just that there's a bit less fun.
Julie >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Arisa
Really excited for this even if I do normally prefer the Canadian one these days Just over 2 months
I don't mind Arisa in general but I do invariably want to slap her hard when she says BBCan Grand 80 times an episode. Having said that, I prefer this season of BBCan to both the US series I watched. I was pretty much done with BB16 when Nicole left and they were all horrid, and then last season I kind of begrudgingly watched it, I was only really routing for Jackie, obviously Davonne but she went so early, and maybe Meg/James. Once they'd left I didn't care about any of them really but I was still interested to see how things went. With this season of BBCan, I've found myself watching evictions live and checking for noms spoilers because I just couldn't wait! I agree it's a bit more fun, while maintaining the interesting aspects of the US format it doesn't take itself quite so seriously. I think that's why the US series can feel a bit draggy, it's really interesting for a few weeks then it gets a bit much.
Did anyone catch the Price is Right BB Special? They were able to get some *.* people.
Janelle, Dr Will, Britney, Rachel (pre baby), Jeff and Da'Vonne were all called down.
Frankie was as well... such a tool.
There were others as well.. Jiz, Austin, Lawon, Kalia.... but the BEST of all was BB Goddess Jenn Johnson.
It was kind of useless to watch, they didn't interact much.. Julie was there and was amazing as ever.
Janelle and Will and their contestants were the final two... OMG how was this not the F2 in All Stars?! Will won of course.
They better be setting us up for an Allstars season again.
This is my first time watching the show and oh god it was chaotic. Frankie is so useless indeed
Caleb (Beastmode Sex Boi) is returning to Survivor again, so, if this is an All-Stars season (or whatever) he won't be participating.
He was in the last season of Survivor (that just aired) but was medically evacuated.
A tweet sent out by Vanessa, people were guessing she was trying to search twitter. She deleted it right away. Tiffany is her sister.
a bit dumb for her to be """accidentally""" tweeting something about her sister this way. not quite buying it. starting a rumour/hype mill for her sister perhaps?
I think it was an accident, she deleted it right away.. but people still caught it. I think it could be true.. they're looking for "production assistants" in the city where Vanessa's sister lives, they use them to film the intro scenes where the housemates get their keys.
Tons of rumours going on today.
If there is an All-Stars/Half-Allstars/Returning Players we can pretty much eliminate the following people as they're hosting a launch party:
Jason, BECKAH, John, Jiz, Shelli, Jason, Cody, Nicole, FRANKIE (thank god), Derrick, Gina-Marie, Jenn Shitty.
There were a few others, older BB players that I doubt anyone would know unless you've watched all the seasons, some I couldn't even f***ing remember the names of.
thank god we don't have to suffer Jason again Nicole and John are the only losses.
I actually really liked Jason last year; he was a smart game-player.. he knew exactly what was going on at all times. His only real downfall was that he was associated with Da'Vonne and that's what got him kicked out. Austin/Shelly also seemed to have something unfounded against him.
He was also hilarious on the feeds.. very funny, very sharp.. his portrayal on the show was a little goofy I suppose. The hardcore feedsters seem to really like him.. didn't he place Top 3 in the Jury/Housemate prize?
I think Nicole will have a chance to play again. We really need a full All-Stars season.
Jason was one of the best. Please no at Vanessa's sister (unless she's drastically different...)
I found Jason really irritating, just never took to him personally.
As for Vanessa's sister, no thanks if it's going to be a whole "nobody can know!11!1!" thing that she forces on everyone once it is revealed At least I could already imagine all the diary room things of her saying how different she is to Vanessa or how she doesn't want to be a target.
Is there any chance of it being "blood vs. water" (former contestants playing against family members) like Survivor and The Challenge have done? I can see them doing that after seeing the rumor of Vanessa's sister, but I hope they don't...it's already been done twice on Survivor and it kind of borrows from The Amazing Race too, so I don't really care to see it on Big Brother.
Janelle Pierzina @JanellePierzina 2h2 hours ago
So packing up my bags and kissing my babies goodbye. Hubby surprised me with a trip to Greece for our 6 yr anniversary.
*.*!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Some interesting observations pointed out on another forum:
- Frank has cryptic tweets and even retweeted something related to Big Brother, which he has never done.. he seems to have disowned Big Brother after his season.
- Vanessa tweeted from a Twitter Client that she hasn't used before (could be someone using her Twitter).
- Amanda has turned off the locations for her tweets.
Cast reveal is tomorrow morning; so I guess we will find what's going on!
ETA:
Big BrotherVerified account
@CBSBigBrother
#MeetTheHGsLive will not be streamed live tomorrow. Cast interviews will be available Tue 4pm ET/1pm PT to #CBSAllAccess subscribers.
So no cast reveal today.
Apparently the delay is out of respect to Orlando and there are theories that someone going in (or was due to) is from the area.
Excited for the reveal, I'm here for a completely new batch of housemates where all the returnee rumours turn out to be bulls*** again
ETA: Nevermind
http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/big-brother-18-houseguests-revealed-902605?utm_source=twitter
Cast, Cody's Brother and Vanessa's sister are playing. 4 Returnees expected.. probably the Coach twist again.
The person that spoiled that Cody's Brother and Vanessa's sister were playing has said that the returning players are: Da'Vonne, James, Nicole (from Derrick's season) and Frank
DA'VONNE !!!!!! I cannot WAIT
I am here for them (Frank aside, yuck). Da'vonne isn't exactly qualified to be a coach though if they were repeating that twist??!
There may be more than 16 people too.. this season is 99 days apparently.
NICOLE YES
Oh my god I will be living for the first and third names from that post. Yasssss
I don't get why people aren't more excited about the prospect of Frank returning. He was a competition beast in his season and was actually there to play the game. His level of douchiness with Mike Boogie was unpalatable, yes, but he improved once he left and really fought hard. I'm excited to see him play again if he is indeed coming back.
I, however, don't think any of the four are really "Coach" worthy. None of them did well at all in their season. I think with the four possible names we have that BB should just find two other Veterans and make it Fans vs Favorites or something. We all know Paul and Tiffany are likely to switch sides evening out the numbers a little more.
TONIGHT SUMMER BEGINS.
We still didn't have a reveal of the 4 returnees. The 4 I mentioned before were just really solid rumours, but never confirmed. I'm pretty sure they are our four, but Shelli and Howard have also had their names come up.
Glad to see the Frank/Nicole/Da'Vonne/James rumour was true.
Apparently Shelli and Howard were supposed to be on this season, so 8 Housemates/6 Returnees until Howard had his godson killed in the Pulse attack.
Amanda and Ian were alternates, meaning Ian got a spot in the house as Howards replacement.
However, they're already casting for BB Allstars next season, with Ian returning, so they decided to go with just 4 Returnees instead of 6.
This makes sense, with Vanessa's Sister/Cody's Brother this would have evened out the season 8/8 (if the Sibling swapped sides), apparently the "Teams" was a last minute decision.
Glenn and Bronte were alternate houseguests judging by the "Getting The Key" segment, they were in the only two cities that didn't have an open casting to film this segment.
Quick Assessment:
Paul: Shave that beard. Damn you're fine. You won't win tho.
Victor: More concerned about getting Pussy over winning.
Corey: My pick as the winner, by far.
Paulie: Hi Cody.
Bronte: Annoying AF.
Bridgette: Michelle 2.0
Zakiyah: WHO?! So relevant for the first 15 mins than *POOF*
Jozea: Oh Hey Gurl.
Glenn: Nope.
Michelle: Honestly Nicole 2.0
Natalie: WHO?! So relevant for the first 15 mins than *POOF*
Tiffany. Hi Vanessa.
Da'Vonne: SO SCREWED OVER. This could have been her season. But this twist honestly will screw her over.
Nicole: 3rd time ain't a charm I'm sure.
Frank: You go Frank.
James: WHO?! So relevant for the first 15 mins than *POOF*
The girl returnees are screwed by this edit. Frank and Corey F2 I'm sure.
Also, In Danger because I wasn't paying attention: Corey, Tiffany, Glenn, Nicole.
Wow. This surprises me. They all had somewhat of an edit. If I had to guess in terms of danger: Glenn > Nicole > Tiffany > Glenn.
It's gonna be interesting having the team gimmick as a twist
Here's my impressions on the housemates:
Category 4:
Frank: Pretty big guy, did extremely well last season, hopefully he can navigate his way through this new pond. The small connection he had with Michelle was kinda cute!
Michelle: There's always that one person who says they're a huge fan of the show and then all of a sudden... nothing. She made a good choice with her first impressions with Frank. She also spotted Tiffany's bluff, so that kind of got her another potential alliance mate.
Paulie: *faints* I. AM. LUSTING. Hopefully his reputation as Calafiore #2 (as in second to reach the BB House) doesn't affect his position in the game negatively, because I do think he can at least get jury. Or if he somehow gets eliminated early, can return. He's actually making more of a name for himself and separating himself from the equally as hot Cody. He was my fave (+Victoria) during season 16, so that bodes well for him.
Oh, and he needs to leave his shirt off for the REST OF THE SEASON.
Bridgette: That hustling during the second challenge - AMAZING. She comes across as a bit mousy at times, but she's got a strong will, and I see her dark horsing this season.
-
Big Sister:
Da'Vonne: I was rooting for her last season and was kinda disappointed she didn't really light the season ablaze, so hopefully this second chance will do good for her. You can tell that she has the drive for this. I see a potential rivalry with Paul, and when their team is on the chopping block, I can see one of them going home first.
Paul: ALREADY SO ANNOYING. Da'Vonne says he comes off as too aggressive - well I get that, he's a rocker. He's in the same situation with Da'Vonne in that in the event Big Sister is the last place team, one of them would be the first two to go home.
Jozea: Certainly giving off "speaks the audience's mind" teas judging from his confessionals and connections. Can see him having so many memorable moments from his one-liners ALONE.
Zakiyah: Her head's in the game, definitely. She needs more screen time so that we can get to know her more. I think she's gonna be more than a sheep to the crumbling Paul/Da'Vonne ruling order.
-
Team Unicorn: BEST NAME EVER.
James: At first I was thinking "WHY?" because he never really appealed to me much last season, but he seems a lot stronger as a competitor this season. He'll probably be brushed to the side but hopefully his moments last year will translate into more moments this year. (If anyone else was going to join Da'Vonne though I wanted it to be either Clay or Queen Audrey)
Victor: If it doesn't go to Paulie, he's our resident playboy. I applaud his efforts in the rocket challenge, but I feel like he needs to play and not get too distracted.
Natalie: KILLED IT in the rocket challenge. If she can write out her own plot rather than be a potential showmance for Victor, I'm all for it.
Venezuelan? HELL YES.
Bronte: Same thing. I feel like we already have our token quirky girl this season though, and Nicole and Michelle are already fighting for that spot as it is. She was hilarious during the rocket challenge though.
-
The Freakazoids:
Nicole: UGH NICOLE BBY, how I missed you. Once again, she is gracing us with her presence one way or another. I don't want her to go home so early.
Corey: Already over thirty minutes since the season premiere ended and they only had one scene together AND I'M ALREADY SHIPPING HIM AND NICOLE. He kinda strikes me as Clay 2.0, but I keep thinking there's something else to him. Also my pick to dark horse this competition. Sure the edit he got was to make him seem a bit boring, but I'm pretty sure he's a big buffoon on the inside. Or... with those homophobic allegations coming to light, he could become the villain of the season? THAT WOULD BE INSANELY HOT. I don't want him gone early. I just don't.
Also, same as Paulie. Just don't wear a shirt again.
Tiffany: ALREADY MY FAVORITE. PLEASE WIN.
Glenn: Yeah... he's got a sweet heart and motivations and everything, but I don't see him lasting too much longer with this team at this rate.
Da'Vonne I'd already seen the (basically true) rumours but so happy to see it actually happen even if it is so random. I can't believe she had first pick of all the guys and went for Paul though... She NEEDS to stay a lot longer this year because she already had me howling, especially when she was talking about Tiffany being Vanessa's sister and when they built the sandcastle wrong at the end: 'Psych...yes chop it down'
Paul is so irritating and needs to go ASAP
I'm guessing the final challenge could be more of a mental challenge unless they're just trying to get Glenn out. I don't really want to see Nicole or Tiffany out this early.
On a side note, I've been watching most of BB13 over the last few weeks and it amuses me how hard the producers were trying to keep the veterans in the game for as long as possible so I hope they try and do the same here. Well I don't really care about James or Frank (not seen his season) but...
Da'vonne already being iconic. She should've just went along with Paulie because she's ended up with the team that I'm so ugh about, Paul is my instant least favourite.
How the hell did Frank ever win America's favourite? I'll never understand, but he looks almost unrecognisable and a lot better without all the hair tbf. Michelle is my initial favourite of the newbies.
Hope Glenn is the first to go, he's disposable. Tiffany and Nicole need to last longer.
I just watched first episode first thought are love Paule, Natalie or Michelle (basically the one that looks like Nicole) and the pre school teacher (Her name is hard to spell ) Of Course, I like the returning ones too, Dayvonne, James and Nicole and also the other guy even though I didnt watch his season.
I hate Paul with a passion like what a smug bossy little twat.
Also I love Paule but wtf at his decision to announce he is Cody's brother so early I would have just told the returning houseguests. Same with Tiffany. I don't think she is as smart as Vanessa but we will wait and see.
NVM
I really don't want to root for Nicole, but, I don't really have a choice, do I?
God her voice is so annoying.
Shocked to see it as close as what it was between Glenn and Corey; I would have been in shock if Corey left first.
#GETJOZEAOUT
He's horrible. Such an entitled attitude.
I'm not exactly sure if putting Paulie up was the best choice.... if he doesn't win veto, he could very likely go home. I think it would become obvious he's working with the Vets and the Returnees would just vote him out and keep Jozea.
Also. It's Returnee. Not Returner.
Delighted Nicole managed to avoid eviction and win HOH! Her and Mama Da' are by far and away my favourites right now. Paul on the other hand is HORRIBLE, he thinks he runs the place and I really hope he can be an early boot. Jozea isn't much better though. I knew he was bad from the minute he suggested Julie should do one in the DR in episode 1 :')
Spoilerz: There are three nominations, Paul is now up. I'm assuming this has to do with what the new twist is, which I haven't found out yet
I think Da'vonne is my favourite houseguest to play this game since Rachel.
This season is off to a great start with Glenn out and Nicole HOH but I'm nervous about the noms and the veto, to ensure Jozea goes they need someone else on his side on the block (so that if the pawn does accidentally go home, hey, who cares really).
THANK JESUS NICOLE AND TIFFANY ARE SAFE. Nicole is just so worried about Corey, I can just see heart eyes And Nicole's the first HOH. That's two of my holy trinity safe for now.
I just knew Glenn would be going home. Now to get rid of Paul...
Okay. Maybe both Victor and Paul might be villain material.
The more I watch, the more I fall in love with Da'Vonne. She needs to get to the final five at least.
The feeds are revealing so much about potential alliances:
• The BB18 Holy Trinity (Tiffany/Nicole/Michelle) + Day & Zakiyah
• the vets
• bro alliance between Paulie/Corey/Frank
• the giant combo alliance between the above three
• Bronte/Natalie/Bridgette (aka Powerpuff Girls)
• Victor/Jozea/Paul (aka the villain alliance)
So TWO all-female alliances with only one day's worth of live BBAD feeds, YES
Daymn Da'Vonne and Nicole are really hogging time in these episodes. I still am not a fan of Nicole, but I love Da'Vonne.
In a way I feel bad for the Newbies, they get no facetime in these episodes. Josea needs to GTFO tho.
BB Roadkill - sooooooo you mean MVP but instead of America Voting it's a competition?
I'm still deciding if I like this idea or not, but I will say I hate the name.
Frank winning was great, he went in saying he wasn't going to work out and he wasn't going to be a competition beast.. he's broken both of those rules so far. But I loved Frank the Tank - so bring it!
This alliance of 6 I really like.. Especially Michelle. I think out of all the Newbies she is my favorite.
This Bronte/Natalie/Bridgette alliance is annoying AF.
The BB Roadkill is a good twist. Does it take place of Veto? If so thats annoying as I like Veto
The veto's always there!
I really like the 8 Pack alliance already, Nicole and Da'Vonne are running away with it for me so I'm dying for them to get far. BB Roadkill... not sure yet but it got Paul nominated so absolutely no complaints right now
I've been looking over the Twitter the past week and Jozea and Paul seem even more horrendous on the live feeds, they genuinely think they're going to win the game and are going to be incredibly famous when they come out yet they the only season of Big Brother they've watched is BB16. Apparently they're always looking at the camera to put on a show and they're saying that they are getting all the airtime. They're just awful.
Also, people seem to be thinking that this year there will be a pre-jury returning player rather than post-jury. I guess the producers will just decide depending on who leaves though. I just hope that when Jozea/Paul leave, they're gone for GOOD.
ALSO, apparently Paul is the only one without an alliance
Jozea is literally theeeeeee worst.
So long story short, Paul won the veto. Nominations are Paulie/Josea and Bridgette. The votes are there to evict Josea. Josea had no idea that he was going until last night when he worked out the numbers and proceeded to make a fake alliance with what I believe would be Natalie + Co. as they're the swing votes this week. He proceeded to get resistance from Natalie and just blamed it on her PMS. Her eyes were rolling the entire time.
It's Nicole's birthday today. This will be Keesha's Birthday 2.0. The other side HATES Nicole.
I think there will likely be a Pre-Jury Returnee. It seems like Glenn was sequestered? I haven't fully looked into this.
'Masterminds of the house' Bitch no, Your a dumbass for telling Da'vonne about that your gunning for Nicole, then James etc (the returning players) far from being a mastermind if you ask me.
Finally catching up, nearly screamed when Nicole and Davonne came out!! My two faves from the two seasons I've watched. This cast seem instantly more impactful, for want of a better word. By that I mean I already really don't like Paul and Jozea, and Bronte is REALLY annoying, and this is just from the opener, whereas last season I was like "aw they all seem nice", so they've made an impression quicker. Of course things could change though. It just seems like a cast of bigger and better characters already!
Thank GOD we are almost done with Jozea. What a waste of space. So clueless.
Bridgette annoys me.
Frank is doing very well.
I'll spoiler this just in case but it's nothing to do with game:
Bronte has been making racist comments on live feed about "sending James back to Hong Kong" :/ Couldn't stand her anyway but we don't need Aaryn-lite.
Also Paul and especially Jozea are two of the most instantly unlikable contestants I've ever seen in anything like this!! I hated them by the end of the double opener, normally any normal person takes ages to annoy me this much.
They was so instantly disikeable for me too Bronte is getting there too tbh
Oh I cannot stand Bronte either It just take an episode or so longer than the other two, but her VOICE. Jesus christ.
01 Nicole (forever queen)
02 Da'Vonne (quotable queen! I hope she lasts longer this time, she has the game I just last year it was unfortunate things transpired how they did and she lost her cool and her game crumbled)
03 Tiffany (lowkey stanning and PRAYING she stays this way and doesn't end up like her sister)
---------------------
04 Frank (didn't see his season but he seems a good player and likeable)
05 Paulie (he's just instantly really likeable for me, seems like a good guy)
06 Michelle (I like her, she seems fun and pretty smart so far)
07 Zakiyah (not really seeing enough of her, Da'Vonne fills the sassy quota so I hope she isn't just a budget Da'Vonne but they've got on well so I fear she may be??)
08 Corey (distractingly stunning, oh my christ)
09 James (I like him but was never a huge fan in his series, he's far from my fave)
----------------------
10 Natalie (she seems very bland so far)
11 Bridgette (not too bad but could get really annoying I feel)
12 Glenn (nothing special but I did feel a bit sorry for him going so early
-------------------------------------------------------
13 Victor (very sleazy and awful with his alliance)
14 Bronte (OH MY GOD SO f***ING IRRITATING SHUT UP BITCH)
15 Paul (no words needed, so rude about the returnees the second they got there, such an inflated opinin of himself)
16 Jozea (THE WORST. God it will be so satisfying to see him go.)
Ohh Imma do a rank too tbh
1. Da'vonne - My queen of life tbh Her quotes are literally the best thing. I hope she is a lot more smarter this time.
2. Nicole - I didn't watch a lot of her series (due to Frankie Grande Ill be honest) but she seems like a smart, nice and well rounded and respected player
3. Frank - I did not watch his series BUT he is such a nice guy and he is social skills and great game to go with it. I also find him kinda hot ngl.
------------------------------
4. Michelle - She seems so lovely and could actually be a good player.
5. Paulie - Seems like a lovely guy, could be a big player in the game and is so good looking
6.Tiffany - I think again seems like a good player but I don;t know if atm she will be a great player like I thought Vanessa was (also at the same time I hope she doesn't get annoying)
7. Zakayah - I have not seem much of her but I like her in the Alliance just worry she could be budget Mama Day
8. Corey - Visually stunning but haven't seem him do much within the Alliance and the show but is likeable and should continue to be that way.
9. James - I like him and his pranks but wasnt a firm fave last series and most likely wont be one this series either.
----------------------------
10. Bridgette - Have not seem much of her
11. Natalie - Again not seem much of her
12. Glenn - Yeah was pointless but I did feel so bad for him leaving so early
---------------------------
13. Bronte - Getting irritating and also with Bridgette and Natalie too this allience thingy is such a shit move and I hope it backfires on them
14. Viktor - Sucha sleezy guy Like taking of his shirt to talk to Nicole and throwing Jozea under the bus basically (also a good thing I suppose )
15. Paul - Loud annoying Tool. Like why are you so hell bent on getting the returnees's out They have great social game use it to your advantage you idiot.
16. Jozea - AND THE AWARD FOR WORST GAMEPLAN MOVE AND LEADER goes to Jozea. Announcing to Da'vonne what your plan is I.e getting the returnees out the house and then hosting a meeting about getting Paulie out, to which you have the 'great' idea to invite to of the other people in the allience along. Oh and the small matter of then lieing to Paulies face. Hardly the best game plan ever.
I am dying at the girls being lke "omg we need a cool name xxxxxx" and calling themselves SPY GIRLS. It sounds like the name you'd give a playground game that was a carbon copy of Totally Spies when you're 5.
LOVE
1. Da'Vonne - so many MOMENTS, please do a Rachel and win on attempt #2.
2. Nicole
3. Frank
4. Zakiyah
5. James - only the lowest of the vets because he's had the least screentime so far I'd say
LIKE
6. Tiffany
7. Paulie
8. Michelle
9. Corey
MEH
10. Natalie
11. Bridgette
12. Bronte (I thought she could be quite fun but she's just irritating now)
13. Viktor (get playing the game and stop thinking about getting girls)
GET RID
14. Paul - he's so unbelievably full of himself, so unpleasant to watch and the house would be so much better without him.
15. Jozea - saving Paul from last due to somehow being EVEN WORSE. He thinks he's ADORED by everyone, wtf?!?! Slight Devin teas with the house meeting too.
LOVE
FRANK: Playing the best game in there. G'WAN FRANK! I HAVE FAITH IN YOU!
DA'VONNE: Yes Girl. God it looks like she's gonna do well!
LIKE
PAULIE: Will play his brothers EXACT game. But what he fails to realize is that his brother had Derrick to help him and played with a bunch of people that couldn't play the game. Early boot (post jury) is likely.
ZAKIYAH: Yass. Keep following in those Da'Vonne Footsteps.
MICHELLE: Teetering on Love. I think she will be AMAZING.
NATALIE: I see a lot of potential, but her not voting with the Majority may cost her.
JAMES: The pranks are enough. Staph.
MEH
PAUL: I feel if we ever get sick of the returners, he will be the one we root for the most. But for now, especially with a Da'Vonne/Nicole Returners edit, this won't happen.
COREY: Probably will do very well, but kind of boring at the moment. Also, try searching for Corey's Gay Topics. He's a homophobe who like dick apparently.
TIFFANY: Like. What. Where did you go?! I likely think she will be like Vanessa and AMERGE IN WEEK 3.
HATE
VICTOR: Damn. This dude would be so fine if he had a better hair cut and shaved the facial hair. Nothing else is attractive. At all.
BRONTE: That voice tho. She did an excellent job of calming down Paul, but she lost me after that. She CHOOSES to be in the minority. f***ing dumb c**t.
BRIDGETTE: Who?! Like. Useless. Get the f*** out.
JOZEA: Bye Felica. Best first boot ever. He was the first boot too. Glenn just lost a competition. This dude got voted out.
NICOLE: I've always hated Nicole and this season is no exception. Her voice is so annoying. Am I rooting for the Returners. Yes. Nicole. No.
And the HOH is... PAULIE! Eep.
I like the sound of 'Battle Back'. It's something different to the first five evictees just playing one comp against each other. As long as Jozea doesn't happen to be a comp beast and win them all.
Bronte, I can't take her talking about how attractive she finds Paulie seriously when she sounds about ten??
Here for the Fatal Five
Nominations: Bronte & Paul
Roadkill Winner: Victor
Roadkill Nominee: Tiffany
Notes: Victor is the backdoor target. Frank/Bridgette and Michelle are all safe because they're on Paulie's team. Although Victor won the Roadkill competition, he can STILL be nominated IF Tiffany doesn't win the veto - so she needs to throw it. Really, only James, Natalie, Da'Vonne, Zakiyah, Nicole, Corey or Victor can be nominated as the replacement nominee. Which sucks because I like 6 out of the 7 of them. James tried to start an argument with Victor after finding out he won the Roadkill Competition because he wanted to be nominated and was going to throw the veto. THIS TEAM MADNESS NEEDS TO END. I do like the Roadkill twist tho, so that can stay.
GIT THAT GAME FRANK.
I'm still in awe on how well he is playing. I knew he would do me proud if given the chance to return.
I think he needs to watch how late he cuts the 8-Person Alliance. I think he really needs to keep either Paul or Victor around after their expiry dates to make sure he has the numbers to take out the Vets + Tiff/Zak/Michelle when it comes down to it.
I don't know why Natalie was crying about Jozea going home. She knew he was leaving, she was told and given the opportunity to change her vote and she didn't. I'm not sure if Bronte knew, but I'm sure Natalie would have filled her in.
Oh, and STAPH with all the James segments. It was funny once and a while last season, but not every single f***ing episode.
Screaming @ Paul not knowing what backdoor is
SHE'S COUNTING MY LETTERS
Love you Da
I'm gradually liking Paul a bit more, not picking Victor for the POV was great. If Da'vonne got her way and they sent Tiffany packing this week I wouldn't be set against it, not here for her turning into Vanessa, but I don't really want the alliance to start crumbling already.
I'm turning around on Paul as well. He's actually smart enough to not put all his eggs in the Victor basket and is finally willing to play the game.
I actually think Paul could stick around a bit longer. I really don't think the Guys will want any more Guys leaving. They will be paranoid about Girls Alliances and will want to start taking out some of the girls.
I think Bronte/Bridgette should be worried. Natalie seems to have a better place in the house, almost like Paul where she's kind of realized that she's on the outst and needs to find a way back into the main group.
I'm rooting for a Frank HOH coming up and Brigette leaving.. she's... very boring.
That Episode.
I'm glad they've finally shown that the Eight Pack is completely done.
Da'vonne has flipped so much, first she wanted Tiffany out, then Frank out, now she's targetting Nicole/Corey and Zak/Paulie because of the whole Showmance thing.
Bridgette as HOH is completely LULLS. I have a feeling that if she didn't win, Frank would be in danger. His name has been thrown around a LOT. But he is safe, and pretty much HOH now. Farewell Tiffany, I suspect she will be going home.
Dear lord at Brigitte being HOH I literally thought as I was watching the eviction show that things were going pretty well but what if Brigitte/Bronte got HOH, and look :') I'm sorry but the whole "I'd never put up girls" thing was ridiculous and such a dumb and immature thing to say. This won't change girl alliances traditionally failing tbh
Also I definitely agree about Paul, after a VERY shaky start he's doing quite well to change things and get back on track in the best possible way. It's all very interesting now 8 Pack is really crumbling actually, I love when power shifts in this format and so much changes. I just pray that Davonne/Nicole/Zaulie are in power in some way
Eek at what's been going down win Frank on feeds :/
I was very much rooting for Paul to get that HOH, one because it would secure safety for Da'vonne for the week but also because I'm becoming anti-Frank again and now he's safe for the week (and yes, would've been a proper power shift too).
Veto spoiler:
LMAO SHE'S ONLY GONE AND WON THAT TOO
Veto spoiler:
LMAO SHE'S ONLY GONE AND WON THAT TOO
BEASTMODE BRIDGETTE
I was too busy a few weeks ago to commit myself to TV but now I'm very much NOT. Is this worth watching? How does it compare to recent seasons?
It's still very early. They had their first eviction Episode 2 and the second Episode 5 so it feels a little drawn out.
It's picked up in my estimation, the first 3-4 episodes were heavily focused on the returning players but now it seems fairly edited. Tonight's episode I have a feeling could be the best so far based on what's been happening on the live feeds.
This is the best series I've watched (out of 16/17/this tbf ) so far! It's really enjoyable to watch and easy to get into, I had fluctuations with 16 and 17. I find as a whole the cast is better too, while there are a few I hate there are like 5 or 6 I love so all in all it's definitely worth it. The dynamics are more interesting this time too I'd say.
THE DOWNFALL OF FRANK 2.0
I think the house would be in an uproar if he won HOH or if he won the Veto next week.
Good on Da'Vonne for not losing her cool with Frank. She could have easily been up and out had she overreacted. She's kept her cool and I love the fact that she brought up her Daughter and that's not something she would want her Daughter to see.
I don't see the point of the teams twist when they've already got the three noms/Roadkill twist and returning players. It feels a bit pointless when they aren't even sticking together in the teams and it's another 'been there, done that'. I guess it was just put in place initially to help the returnees out.
Glad that they're exposing Frank and hopefully he's gone next week (and doesn't return straight away..). Da'vonne is this season for me.
So apparently Clay and Audrey hooked up after last year - G'WAN Audrey, get redemption for Shelli booting you out
Other news from the feed: Post veto the nominations are still Tiffany/Paul/Bronte. Michelle, Nicole and Da'Vonne want to save Tiffany. They got Corey and James on board, but Paulie said absolutely not, so now it's looking like Tiffany will be the one to go. Nicole and Corey want to target Da'Vonne next week instead of Frank.
House flipped again. Michelle basically told Paulie that his vote didn't matter this week and now they're getting rid of Bronte, regardless of whether or not he's on board. So now it looks like Bronte is going home. Ironically enough as this was happening, Bridgette was in the HOH Room with Frank saying how boring things are. She's in for a rude awakening tomorrow if Tiffany stays. What a week for Big Brother evictions!
Tiffany has been rehearsing her Vote to Save Me speech with Nicole. This is what she has so far: What I've learned over the last few weeks in this house is that dictatorships seldom work as a means of decision making in the house and in the real world. What I've noticed this week is this to be especially true when Frank is spewing out cow manure that smells worse than the gasses they excrete on a daily basis. With that said, if you want to keep me, just know I'm targeting Frank and you should be safe moving forward. dead.
!!!!!!!
Queen
I AM LIVING FOR THIS
Queen Michelle lowkey coming for you ALL.
Ugh why is that team so good at comps. Ah well, I was a bit wary of Frank potentially becoming the fifth evictee and having a good shot at getting right back in.
Tiffany and Natalie were nominated, Tiffany won roadkill and chose Corey as the third nominee. It seems that James/Da/Frank/Brigitte are all voting to evict Corey and they just need Michelle to flip now and they'll have the votes. After what happened last week though I wouldn't be so certain two days into the HOH's reign There is also the veto and Davonne is a real target if Corey, Nicole etc. win that :/
I have to say roadkill is actually making this a lot more exciting, it's not always the be all and end all that the HOH has power because look at Bronte getting evicted on Brigitte's HOH That was Brigitte being kind of dumb and not just taking Bronte off when she had the veto but still, it's interesting to have the possibility of stuff like this happening.
f***. Corey has won veto so bye Mama Da :/
Da'Vonne won't go anywhere, Tiffany will still go this week.. Da'Vonne has like... 2 votes to evict.. Bridgette and Frank. Even if Corey/Nicole flip.. That's still just 4 votes.
As awful as he is, Frank would get it 👀
https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/d5/e2/d3/d5e2d3236eaaafb5b7b147f9a13db4ad.jpg
He was much more of a stud in BB14 - a lot more muscle.. his hair was terrible tho.
There was a video/gif of him coming out of the Bedroom one night in just his underwear.. big bulge... SWOON.. I can't find that anywhere tho
We're supposed to only link shirtless iamges, not embed, thanks to a saga with our advertising But thanks for that
Has anyone seen the MESS with Michelle's sister on Twitter?
Oh Da'Vonne, what happened... I thought you learnt your lesson last year girl.. come on! Get it together!
I really just wish we could fast forward a few weeks... cut the fodder of Bridgette/Frank/Tiffany because unless they come into power, they're toast.
I'm probably assuming they're gonna cut this team twist this week, rightfully so.
For the Battle Back, I'm rooting for Glenn/Jozea or Victor.. someone that was cut early that both sides would scramble for to have as a number. Having Bronte or Da'Vonne/Tiffany (whoever goes this week) return this week would be quite boring.
I'm not convinced that if Da'Vonne goes that she deserves a THIRD chance.
Same with Nicole.. This is her third chance.. and she's kind of just... there. Can you play the game please?
TIFFANY TO RETURN (only so I can get a few bucks....)
I'm sad they cut the Roadkill Competition.. That was actually a good twist. If only people shut their whore mouths a little more.
NOT sad to see the Team twist come to an end.
AANNNNDDD that's about it.
<spoilers>OMG LAWON WON THE BATTLE BACK COMPETITION AND RETURNED WITH THE SPECIAL POWERS HE PROMISED</spoilers>
#shade
Shame about the roadkill, I thought that had a bit more life in it. For the returnee, Jozea NEVER, Glenn nah (as much as he probably would've been more interesting than Corey..), one of the more recent three. Maybe Bronte, not sure I want Tiffany going straight back in especially if she has Da'vonne in her line of fire.
I'm glad for Da'vonne to stay for entertainment purposes but she's making pretty much the same mistakes as last time, playing a bit too emotionally and getting too fired up. Tiffany did her best really to try and stay in but would be much more of a threat if you look as Vanessa. I normally wouldn't compare but their game is coming across similar and I can see why you'd oust Tiffany over Da'vonne. Tiff is the only one I'd particularly want back from the first 5 though to be honest, Bronte is a no, Victor would be ok I suppose as would Glenn, and Jozea is also a no.
I agree abut Nicole, Aaron! I know you were never really a fan but I'm seeing it this time around. In BB16 Nicole was one of the few who actually bothered to try and do anything, she was my favourite, but this time she's just doing nothing at all :/ I mean yeah she had the first HOH but since Corey she's done literally nothing is just letting her alliance with Paulie etc carry her... She's need to start using her brain instead of her vagina ffs.
Very glad the team twist is over anyway, I assume Frank and Bridgitte won't be lasting long then, Frank is so lucky to be on Paulie and Brigitte's team as the former has won two HOHs and during the latter he was basically HOH himself I liked Roadkill though, it added a bit more unpredictability to things like with Bronte being put up and evicted on Bridgitte's HOH reign. But I'll have it gone if it means no more teams *Frank or Bridgitte win HOH anyway*
Corey is making me dislike Nicole. He's so boring and I don't get why she's crying over him? Babe he ain't no Hayden
I'm loving this series so far! It might be because every eviction has gone the way I wanted it to go but there's been a few interesting differences in dynamics. Thank GOD the team twist is over though.
I wish that Da'Vonne wouldn't play such a scattered game where her target changes on a day-to-day basis or even if she would just keep quiet about her target changing daily! Her vengeance against Vanessa has just worked against her as it means she can't trust Tiffany when she could have gone further than she will probably go if she had trusted her. If Tiffany tells you in secret that she's won the Roadkill, don't start crying when Corey wins veto!! She was never going to win but at the start of this series, I thought she had a chance to go far but now it's going to be nervous watching each week.
However, I hope people start targeting the duos now, there's 11 people left (although 12 after tonight) and 8 of them are in a duo/showmance! I'd personally like to see James, Nicole, Corey & Bridgette going soon as they're not doing anything and I don't think there's any potential there for them to play the game well. James & Nicole have just done the exact same game as their previous seasons. James just does pranks and uses it as a dating show. As everyone has said, I'm so disappointed in Nicole because I thought she was totally screwed over in her season because of the solid guy alliance that lasted all the way through. I thought she had loads of potential to be a great player if she was put in another season but the fact that she's just gone back into a showmance shows that the belief in her is just misplaced.
I don't really want any of the evictees to return! I would've liked Tiffany maybe but she'll just target Da'Vonne and ruin Da's game even more. Plus she's just a much weaker version of Vanessa, she lacks the competition beast and the manipulation so there's not much left. Maybe I'd like GLENN to win (despite there being zero chance of that happening) as he'd basically be a new housemate.
Corey is about 99999999999999999999999999999x hotter than Hayden. Hayden looks like he needs rehab and like he'd smell like he pissed himself. There's just something so ridiculously hot about Corey, but he is bloody boring He just seems really vapid, always staring into space "I mean..."
I saw on Twitter that Paul made a joke because Corey had watched Frank shower twice in a couple of days, there was a screenshot on feeds, and he was just sat there looking very content As anyone would be tbh.
So Victor won the Battle Back! Pretty content with that, was just hoping it wouldn't be Jozea or Tiffany
Spoilers for this week (I don't normally look at these but stumbled on them accidentally, damn you Twitter): James won HOH, and put up Frank and Bridgette! YAASSSSSSS
Another Twist (that's not the Secret Room twist): I can't seem to find this quickly on Jeff or Julie's twitter, but Julie Chen was on the Side Show... or whatever Jeff hosts. There's another twist coming that involves the Public being able to vote or do something very strategic. I'll be honest I was half cut when I saw this last night. It was on Twitter and a video clip of what Jeff and Julie were talking about. I'm pretty sure with some effort I could find some details... but meh.
I can't say I'm too upset or surprized that Victor returned. I was rooting for Tiffany for selfish reasons. I really just don't think Victor is a good game player, he's going to need to rely on someone picking him up as an expendable number to go far I think.
Come a Double Eviction where they just need to get rid of expendable people, he will go.
Regarding the HOH/Noms: BOUT TIME JAMES DID SOMETHING. The nominations of Frank/Bridgette are predictable, but I'm surprised James would go after Frank. I really don't think Frank would have gone after James anytime soon. I'm also surprised that Frank is up pre-veto and they didn't try and backdoor him.
For me it was a case of "please not Jozea or Bronte" so once it was the last one of Victor vs. Tiffany I was happy I would've preferred Tiffany and out of all of them I expected her, but Victor isn't too bad an outcome. It's not like he's REALLY awful or he'l last too long anyway.
Michelle won the POV. Bridgette really seems to be onto the Secret Room twist (I'm not sure if they have been told?) Apparently the secret room is a French room; people are speculating it could be the Coup D'etat. Which would be amazing this week as it would save both Frank and Bridgette.
I forgot about the Secret Room twist. I was about to celebrate Da'Vonne being on lock for jury which is what my personal aim for her was at the start of the series. I'm sure the producers will be heavily hinting to Frank about where it is if results in him surviving. :')
Lol at James doing the exact same thing as last season at the exact same stage: winning an endurance HOH on the eviction just before jury, putting up the 'target' duo after promising the girl that he wouldn't put them up. :')
So close to seeing what a Da'Vonne HOH would be like though, although I suppose it would make the target on her back even bigger. Yass at her controlling herself again though when Nicole was exposed. That's twice now that Nicole has spoken to Frank regarding Da'Vonne and twice she's been exposed yet she still tries to cover it up in such a bad way. Hopefully people start to target her/Corey now.
"Secret Room" Spoiler.
Dialing a certain number on the phone will give housemates access to a room with 12 envelopes (you can only claim one) so far, housemates have recieved, in order:
Paul: Roundtrip Eviction Ticket - If evicted, they could go back into the game.
Victor: UNKNOWN
Corey: UNKNOWN
*feeds down*
Last - Michelle: UNKNOWN
We're rumoured to get a second season this year: http://www.realityblurred.com/realitytv/2016/07/big-brother-19-fall/
I love Big Brother, but two seasons back to back is a little much. The only way I could see this working is if it was maybe a 2 Month All-Stars with a reduced cast.
FINALLY CAUGHT UP WITH THIS. Y'all probably wouldn't have guessed because of my inactivity this year, but this is the only show I even watch all year.
Mama Da is my favorite. Nicole is really getting on my nerves this season and I LOVED her on her original season. This season has been the best US season in YEARS though! I'm thoroughly impressed!
^ BB9 is the first season I saw and I enjoyed it, aside from an awful winner.
Is that source reliable? I can't see it happening but I love BB more than anything so I wouldn't say no and the ratings are very good, the Friday ep showed the strength and how loyal the fans are.
Should really mute BB people during on season as Arisa spoiled the secret room on twitter. Ugh, this is why Julie > you.
And as happy as I am with Frank and Bridgette being up, I do feel sorry for the latter given how long she stayed up and wish James hadn't played that trick again.
I am LIVING for this season. LIVING, HUNTIES!!!
The first evictions, bar Glenn's of course, were tv gold. Incredible set of housemates.
So annoyed frank has been save for so long (I'm up to bronte eviction and paulie winning hoh). Ugh. Get him out. How the f*** was he Americas favorite player? What?! Gurl bye
Tiffanys speech was damn incredible. Davonne is slaying this season so far. I love Nicole too but there's no surprise there. Poor her though with Corey being gay and all haha. Natalie is playing rather smart and loyal too, which surprised me. Bridgette though. Oh my GOD she's so stupid.
LOVE THIS SEASON. Please let the girls stay in the fatal four alliance until the end and well crown mama da the winner and be done. Bye
Victor coming back is the best case scenario even though I was impressed by Tiffany and her gameplay in the last few days. Victor is not really a competition so who even cares.
Living for James Clelli'ing Fridgette. Ha. Let's hope Natalie will be fine with him because they are so cute together haha
QUEN MICHELLE'S BREAK OUT EPISODE <3333
"I don't like you because I'm jealous".
She's giving me so much lyfe. I hope she can flip the house and send Bridgette home and save Frank.
FRANK AND MICHELLE FOR F2. (not that this would ever happen)
Nah, Frank needs to go as much as I'm disliking Bridgette. Stop your f***ing crying in the DR, I have no sympathy, your BEST FRIEND was evicted on YOUR HOH, and because Frank put her up there. Such an idiot.
Yasss at the Michelle screentime though (and I have had such a turnaround on Paul)
If someone other than Paul wins Americas favorite player, I will be very shocked. And to think how absolutely TERRIBLE he was at the beginning. THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP. I really see him returning next year or the following if he leaves soon.
Omg I hate Brigitte, what a wet blanket :/
I'm caught up and Michelle is my fave tbh. QUEEN
Liking these twists. The spoiler I read from Arisa was about Paul finding the secret room so yay for it being something bigger than just that. I hope Victor holds the round trip ticket :')
Can we give the 'Never Not' pass to Bridgette, just to ensure she can't receive any of the following care packages which are much more significant to the game. Looked them up and Da'vonne can have one of the next three.
Ahhhh I completely forgot the episode was yday and read that. Ahhhhhhh
New HOH is Paul and it looks like he wants to target Bridgitte because he doesn't trust her.
Omg Hayden is so much better without that horrible hair
Paul is so hot indeed. And those tats
Can you imagine Victor being evicted before August 18 and getting back. AMAZING.
omg Paul sans bushy beard *.*
I don't thinl he'll be America's Favourite either, I can see it being James again if he doesn't reach top 3
Nominations/Veto/Possible Re-Nom Spoiler: Paul nominated Brdigette and Paulie (Pawn), Paulie won POV and is expected to use it on himself and Da'Vonne is to be the replacement nominee and go home. Apparently James/Natalie/Zakiyah are on the oust of the house. Zakiyah and Paulie had some sort of fight.
So pretty much everyone knows that Da'Vonne is going to be the replacement nominee. Z and Michelle were talking to Nicole about how it's a bad idea to send Da' home over Bridgette. Michelle was especially vocal because, well, she hates Bridgette. Nicole immediately went to tell Paul/Paulie.
Nicole is such a snake. She's so hell bent on being the last girl in the house. It's kind of sad. She's pretty much just handing the boys the game at this point.
Paul/Paulie did end up confronting Z and Michelle. Paul played stupid pretending Da' wasn't the target. The girls asked why Victor wasn't going up as a pawn against Bridgette and Paul just kind of skirted around the answer.
I just wish Z/Mich/Natalie would win a competition and send Paul/Vic/Paulie or Corey home.
Turns out the Fall Big Brother rumour was true! Season 19 will air just after this season ends and will last 10 weeks. It will be an Online Only Season airing on CBS All Access.
YISSSSSSS
Lmao I saw that last night and the producers better be fixing it to happen somehow. She'll be gone before we can send her a useful care package
Ugh. Bridgette is awful, I'm hating Paulie now, Nicole and Corey are s***, Natalie is sweet but not exactly a game player. Rooting for Z and Michelle but they aren't at the forefront of episodes either.
Hyped for BB 19 and to see what difference it makes being online, both in terms of comps (like, how CBS budget it) and whether houseguests will be any less obnoxious with it not going out on TV, or whether it makes a difference to how they play.
There is some speculation that Da' does have a return ticket based on another clue given and which envelope she picked up. I could also see if they were going to rig it (somehow) that they would want to save Da'
I hate everyone at this point. Paul/Paulie are insufferable. I've never liked Nicole. Bridgette is just so fake. Corey is just too much of an air head. Da' is not playing smart at all. I guess I'm pulling for James/Natalie at this point. I don't think there's a hope in hell that Z would ever win a comp...
Hate Paulie. It's literally a showmance between him and Z. For him it's just for show. He even said it. What a dick. What a f***ing dick.
Paul doesn't really have a backbone although he's playing every smart.
Voting Da off is very good for the house so I believe it will happen. Sadly.
Get Corey out ffs. Is he even there? Same with Z and victor. At least Michelle wins something and provides one of the best moments of the entire series. AM I AN UGLY CRIER. Amazing.
Nicole needs to step it up as well if she doesn't want Paulie to win which REALLY looks like it's going to happen. Sadly. They need to realize he has the game in his hands unless they do something about it. And all Paulie talks about is getting people out because they looked at them wrong or dared to expres some kind of emotion. His poor future spouse.
Michelle >>>>>>
From an entertainment point I love Da'Vonne but tbh I don't particularly care if she goes at this point. She's not playing that well at all but I guess liking her as a person is better than most of the house. I agree about Paulie, he's scorching hot at least but he's getting far too cocky because he knows that, as with this week, he can just win any comp pretty much if he needs to, so they can just have him as a pawn if he isn't HOH and they can easily backdoor. It's that point in the show where is goes stale because they've been in power for ages but Michelle, Zakiyah, Natalie and James are the only ones worth rooting for and it's not like Z/Nat will ever win anything, they're like two Victorias, and Michelle and James will probably be picked off soon. The irony that in BB16 I was rooting for Nicole so much and now that she actually has a chance it's when she's been awful...
I'm not *too* mad at Da' going in theory, I mean like I said she wasn't really playing a particularly great game so it wasn't a shock at all. But she was actually likeable and great to watch which is more than I can say for most of them.... She was probably my favourite except Michelle but from a game point of view it was coming and I'm not overly mad at it.
Bridgette - I'm sure she is a lovely person but I find her so fake and whiny.
Corey - hot af (like possibly the hottest guy I've ever seen on any BB except Dale Howard) but no.
James - Still never really been a fave.... I like him more than most of the others but eh.
Michelle - problematic fave *.* Probably a goner v soon unless she wins HOH.
Natalie - lovely but just being nice doesn't get you far. She's just the showmance version of Victoria. She seems like a BBUK 5th placed finalist who people generally like, rather than a BBUS player
Nicole - USE YOUR BRAIN NOT YOUR VAGINA FFS. It's honestly just the most frustrating thing that I supported her so much in BB16 because she was one of the only girls trying to do anything and this season she's getting a good finish handed to her on a plate when she's being awful.
Paul - funny at times but I'm so over him and Paulie's bromance shit.
Paulie - 10/10 wreck me daddi with his beard, 2/10 leave me alone you douchebag f***boi without it, a true case for the wonder of facial hair on men. Aside from his looks, cocky af now he knows he controls this whole thing.
Victor - understandably playing it a bit safe as he knows how it is to be evicted. I kinda want him to go in the double, have the round trip and go again for the lolz.
Zakiyah - I'd say she's a gleaming hope for us BUT she's tied to Paulie. Tbh I want something crazy to happen like she gets HOH, blows up with Paulie and he gets backdoored or sth I'd really respect her if she won HOH and made a huge move but she'll most likely just do Paulie's bidding 100% like Bridgette did when she was HOH with Frank leading her.
HOH as of writing this is between Natalie, Zakiyah, Victor and Paulie.
As for BB19 I hope one of the differences is the casting Maybe I'm just disillusioned because we're in that awful halfway point where it's all going stale with the same people controlling the game but I want strong female players (Vanessa is the closest really), and a jocky hot guy who isn't a douche wouldn't go amiss - we just seem to get the same stereotypes. It feels like they cast on looks a lot this season in particular (Natalie and Corey for sure) rather than personality or being a strong player.
EDIT: HOH spoiler -
Vic won in the end. It came to him and Natalie, Zakiyah made some deal with Paulie as far as I could make out from Twitter, and then he got off STRAIGHT AWAY :/ I was really rooting for Natalie as I'd be interested to see what she'd do. I know it would basically be James' HOH probably but still.
Regarding the HOH Spoiler: The only hope was for James/Z/MEECH or Natalie to win to save this series. Victor will likely go back on his word and put a combination of the ones I wanted to win up. I have a feeling Michelle could be going this week. Ugh.
^ The woman who deals with the casting for this and BB Can tweeted that she's not involved in BB 19 so I'm intrigued to see if we notice a difference.
Bring on BB 19 now anyway. Ugh. Let's switch and have the episodes focus on the jury house. If I look on the bright side, I'm thrilled that Da'vonne made it this far compared to last season, but one of these care packages will have to go to someone I don't particularly like now because of a shortage of good people.
I just can't root for the underdog anymore. I refuse to get behind Zakiyah and Michelle.
Zakiyah has had too many chances to erupt out of the shadows and become a favorite and everytime she fails without hesitation.
Michelle is even worse. Acting like a spoilt brat once she found out she was on the ousts. These girls don't know how to play Big Brother. They don't deserve the level of support they're getting.
Paulie has played great so far. He was on the out Week 1 + 2 when the 8 Person Alliance formed.. he was HOH that week!! He should have been included.
The way he's rebounded, pulling in Paul, Bridgette and Victor is awesome. He's done it in a way where Bridgette and Victor are loyal to him, but he doesn't need to be loyal to them.
Not to mention for him this is the right time to boot out Zakiyah as well.
God I cant stand Paulie and this whole game like its basically series 16 getting all the girls out first so men can dominate
They are all quite literally handing Victor the game
Worst nomination ceremony ever.
I hate male dominated alliances like this but if Paul can be the last one standing, that would salvage the season a bit. I still find him funny and am on the 'friendship' train for now.
Of course they aren't going to be the final five haha. Would Paul or paulie want to be top 3 with him and potentially risk losing the final HoH and going home? Of course not. They would rather keep someone useless like Victoria until the end to ensure they both go home with something.
Paulie is however playing a bit too aggressive and unapologetic. I fear it could cost him the jury if he's top two with someone like Paul for example.
Get Corey out already. He's useless.
And I cannot at how stupid victor is. Emotional players are so much better than stupid players.
I would love Paulie to come 2nd and miss the win like his brother but I think his game is too strong and can't see him missing out should he be final 2 (sadly)
I hope Paul is smart enough to lose this one come top 5 and he's all set. Can't believe he was initially so close to being a target but turned it all around
VICTOR NEEDS TO GO. What a twat.
His speech at the veto ceremony was rude as f*** and who the f*** does he think he is throwing beads at people like its f***ing Mardi Gras. Paulie is getting on my nerves as well, but, not bearly as bad as Victor.
I actually have grown to like Paul. But I want Davonne back, she made the game so much more fun to watch.
ALSO, AGREED ON COREY, PAV. Does anyone else hate how he casts his votes? Lmao he looks like a jock bot that gets overheated after casting.
I....vote.... To evict......
..... Davonne. -blank stare abruptly followed by a dumb ass smile. Him and Nicole can both go, she's so boring this season.
Nicole is disappointing me so much this season. She's so boring this time
I think that's the exact reason why Nicole is useless this time. She was very strong in her season and playing too aggressive might have been a bad idea. But she's playing it too safe this time.
OMMGGGG The house is on to Paulie!! Current plan is to split the votes (3-2) and Paulie is the target next week, even Paul is on board.
YASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. My only fear is if he's HoH or wins the veto in which case they are f***ed this week.
!!!!!!
Watch as he wins HOH AND veto again
Apparently Zakiyah, but this will be a surprize to Nic/Corey/Paulie. The plan is for James/Natalie or Michelle to win HOH, nominate Corey/Nicole and backdoor Paulie.
The thought of Michelle being HOH omgggg *.*
FOR f*** SAKE
HOW did gormless Corey ONLY NOW manage to win something when we needed anyone but him/Nicole/Paulie Even when he won he just looked gormless as if he had no idea what he'd done.
If Friday is a jury buyback as rumoured I'm gonna be wanting Bridgette. Never thought I'd say that but after what she's done I think shes the best chance.
Ugh. When does BB19 start xxxx
ABSOLUTELY DEAD.
What. The. Hell.
Bridgette over Michelle? They must be stupid. That was a SHOCK to me.
I'm happy. Would have been happier if they had looped in Corey and Nicole to getting out Paulie. He could have been toast this Double Eviction... he wasn't even picked for the Veto. This was their shot.
Corey needs to grow some BALLS. Bridgette being evicted is a totally wasted move when he had the chance to get rid of Paulie. Literally the perfect shot. Oh well, at least Michelle is still there
Idk if Corey was even in on the plan but Nicole seemed to know that Zakiyah was going home (and if she did, Corey did!) so my thinking is that they got wind of it and because Bridgette was more of a major player in it they ousted her. But that doesn't explain why those who formulated the plan against Paulie went for Bridgette to go... I love Michelle and am glad she stayed but it didn't make sense. In her emotions I think she will actually be firey enough to target Paulie but Bridgette seemed to have the brains with a clearer head than Michelle. She'd be a better asset to their side although I guess the injury doesn't help with physical comps
I mean I guess Corey was being loyal to his alliance but if he knew about that plan against Paulie, surely a smarter move was to go with the rest of the house? If Paulie goes next he'll just be the next target, if he'd got Paulie out he could have won some trust and at least be remembered for something, rather than riding Paulie's coattails the entire series. I'm needing one of Natalie, James or Michelle to get HOH and target Paulie. This will be the make or break week for me, if it's just played into Paulie's hands again and we lose one of those three I don't think I can go on at all. I'm barely hanging as it is
Rn on feeds
Paulie is threatening violence on Michelle, he said to Paul that his brothers will "literally" tear her apart and his cousins and sister will beat her up... :/
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH what the f***. so frustrating.
VICTOR is HoH AGAIN. As if we didn't get a full week of that unbearable twat already. I am done with the series. They might as well just give it to Paulie now. Because Victor is no way going to nominate nobody other than Natalie and Michelle. Femicide here we go again!
Although i'm reading shit and it seems there were talks between Vic and Paul about putting Paulie and Corey up directly. If one goes up the other one goes home. I hope Vic is not stupid... Oh wait who am I kidding.
Paulie is really the worst male HM we had since... idk nobody. The way he talked about women ("women are dumpsters for male bodily fluids") is disgusting. They even shut down the live feeds for a few minutes to avoid anyone seeing this. He's disgusting. Absolutely vile. I'm hoping Cody won't endorse him or his game after he's evicted. Too bad the producers will make him to be a saint and do another Frankie-esque staged eviction. f*** you money-obsessed f***s.
Thought Corey winning the comps would make this DE really disappointing but Michelle staying over Bridgette saved it a bit.
*saved in eviction vote*
*bursts into tears*
Oh Michelle :')
She needs this care package please.
I dunno, this plan to put up Corey/Paulie looks pretty solid. It's of course all Paul's doing.. but he's brainwashed Victor pretty good into doing his bidding.
I haven't been paying much attention to what happened tonight, but if Paulie saying that is true, that's pretty gross.
I can only really speak to the way he treated Z over the last 2 weeks, which, wasn't as disgusting but also wasn't any better. The problem I have is people had the opportunity to speak up for Z - mainly Nicole and instead Nicole made the situation worse by reporting back to Paulie on what Z was telling her in confidence (and none of it had to do with the game, it had to do with the Paulie/Z relationship). Z on the other hand really never learned her lesson. She was put through the ringer with Paulie and ended up going back to him at the end of the day.
i just LOVE Paul. when he was on the sinking Jozea/Victor ship he managed to avoid the boot and got on everyone's good side and aligned himself with the king of the house (#PP). when that ship started to sink, as we saw this week, he quickly jumped over to the other side. i love his game strategy so much. i wouldn't mind him winning.
at this point i'm only rooting for james, natalie and paul. michelle is a bit too naive and emotional to go to the end so i'm not really even considering that she'll stay for long. natalie is becoming much more present these days and i would love to see her win one of the next HoHs and get rid of someone. as much as she's aligned with james, i don't think she'll blindly follow what he says like bridgette did, for example.
Paul is the star this season. I'm rooting for him for SURE. This brilliant gameplay coming from someone who didn't even know what a Veto was week one is amazing to see.
I never really got the James appeal, last season he was the underdog.. sure.. but he up until this week started playing a similar game... Safe... Under the radar... going with the house*. But with this vote flip to f*** over Paulie I'm getting on board.
* I understand he got out Clay and Frank. But. They weren't really his moves. He just felt the pressure from the majority of the house to do what was wanted.
I was actually convinced James wouldn't f*** over paulie and evict Michelle. However, this was good to see he decided to play this game. He is actually my 3rd choice to win because of the lack of spine. I'm sure he can do big moves if he wants but he's playing way too safe.
James is such a dull gameplayer, I still have no idea why he was picked as one of the returnees. He'll only be on board to do something if he's 110% certain that it's what the majority of the house wants. If he's not got that guarantee, he's much more happier to just sit back and follow whatever the house is doing. Like with what happened with flipping the vote to evict Z, he wasn't even contemplating blocking votes to save Michelle until he realised he could guarantee that Michelle would be saved. Yes, it's smart not to make enemies, but you do have to fight for your place in the house and make tactical decisions and try to gather up a house flip. I'm just so bored of hearing 'is that what the house wants' before he makes a decision whenever anyone comes to him with a plan.
omg at Michelle surviving the DE though, really don't understand that! I guess we can say goodbye to a female winner. I think Paul is currently the only one with a solid chance though which I never thought would be the case after the first couple of weeks!!
It is annoying that competitions play such a big role in the game, obviously I understand WHY but because so many of them have to be physical, they often benefit the 'jock' housemates which results in a vagicide. Da'Vonne is often very clever about who needs to leave but, aside from the other problem of vocalising to people everytime she has a new target, the fact that she can't win a comp means she can't take charge to get these people out and so she has to rely on everyone else which feeds into her other problem.
Care Package Winner: Nicole won...... ugh. So she is safe for the week. I guess it's not THAT bad. At least it wasn't Paulie and it avoids Victor putting up Paulie/Nicole so now at least some strong housemates will play in the Veto. Next weeks care package is Co-HOH where the winner gets to nominate 1 of the 2. Hopefully Michelle can win that one.
See I've never fully taken to James for the above reasons. He's all bark and no bite, it's kind of by chance that he made two huge moves in getting Clay and Frank out in the last two seasons. He kind of fell into it and at that point most of the house would have done the same, everyone wanted Frank out certainly. He only did those things because, as Froot said, he was secure in the knowledge that it was the house majority. And he's only going to go along with the Paulie flip because he knows that eevryone else wants it. I know that you do need to be careful and make sure you have the numbers but he's kind of still playing like its the early days and he can't be to decisive or make too big a move without total approval. I mean look at Natalie, she blew up Paulie's game by telling Zakiyah all that and she didn't have to go round getting the ok from everyone It bothered me last season and it bothers me now. I mean he's better than Paulie, Nicole and Corey but he's less likeable and rootable than Paul, Natalie or even Michelle.
As for the HOH
Initially I groaned but it seems like Victor but as he seems to be up for targetting Paulie, or at least Corey if Paulie wins veto and pulls himself off. He seemed to initially want to target the Michelle and Natalie but luckily Paul reminded him it was Paulie who evicted him the first time It's a shame Nicole got the care package but I expected him, she seems to be unexpectedly high in so many polls. I think Michelle is more of a stan fave than a casual viewer's fave.
Ugh: So basically, Natalie said to James that it's clear America isn't on their side after the flip last week since Nicole won the Care Package. James agreed so they've pulled in Paul/Paulie and came clean and agreed to get Michelle out this week. Paul said he can convince Victor to nominate Paulie/Michelle or Corey/Michelle and not use the veto or just put up Corey/Paulie and use the veto and vote out Michelle. THIS IS WHY WE CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS.
I can see why Nicole won the Care Package. Everyone apparently was voting Bridgette and split the votes between Z/Michelle.
Oh for f***s sake. I think I might be done with this season if another female goes and Paulie is still in it. How fun will it be to see 5 guys there as the final five. I won't even care. The f*** is with vagicide every year?!
And why the HELL would any one of them care what America thinks?!?! Are they so obsessed with themselves?! They are making it look like it was a runaway Paulie win. Nicole already has many fans so it's not at all surprising. I take it back, Natalie is dumb. Why the hell would they risk having Paulie there. STILL THERE. WHAT THE f***. MICHELLE IS FIRMLY ON THEIR SIDE AND PAULIE IS NOT. When they get evicted, it will be their own fault and I won't care. f*** this season. I am soooooo close to being done with it. And it started sooooo good. Ugh ugh ughhhhhhhhhhh
Victor did nominate Paulie and Corey! Looks like they're trying to backdoor Michelle. f***ING f***ITY f***, why are they so dumb. None of them deserve to win. Theyve taken a number out of their side and are giving Paulie the advantage so he will win.
Michelle better win that POV and keep the nominations the same. Ugh, any other scenario I see the veto being used and her going up. We were so close to getting Paulie out.
POV Spoiler: Victor has won the Power of Veto. No real indication on what the plan is at this point.
Paulie is such a f***ing piece of shit, I hope he goes home this week with EVERY FIBER OF MY BEING.
Nicole is just behind him. To quote April Lewis from BB6 - if America really voted for Nicole; America is a piece of shit.
POV Spoiler: Victor didn't use it. Yes yes yes yes yesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
THANK GOD
THATS ALL I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THAT
Paulie is threatening to self evict LMAO. What a pussy, just deal with getting out of the game.
https://twitter.com/DidacFoltin/status/764323762984652800
Fave tweet of BB18.
Caught up on what's posted in spoilers (aside from the POV which I haven't checked) and don't know if it's still relevant at this stage but how silly can Natalie and James be??? The fact you two won the first two care packages (OK so the first one was only a 'never not' pass) surely shows that America is on your side? And also means America couldn't actually vote for you this time, so options were more limited. Ugh.
Love Paul so much, he's so entertaining. I think he's like Zach, complete with awful bromance (or maybe not anymore).
Friday's "special show" is just the Ziggy Marley concert that happeend the other day, it's part of a comp to win various prizes etc.
omg what? How totally random lmao.
Super excited to see Paulie go tonight. I don't think there's anything he can say or do to stay. I do worry about the return ticket however.
Also a little worried for Paul. Paulie was an excellent Ride or Die. I don't think Paulie would have taken anyone else to the end outside Paul. Paulie definitely thought he could have beat Paul at the end.. and.. well, he probably could have.
Nicole has Corey. James has Natalie. Victor will probably be gone quite soon and unless Paul goes on a straight out winning streak, he could be in trouble simply because other people have other people they'd want to take to the end.
I want someone to take out Nicole, Corey and then Victor. A final with Natalie/James/MEECH/Paul would be great. But again, if that's the case, I still worry for Paul.
Michelle winning would make me ooh.
Omg honestly just watch him get the round trip, get evicted next week and then they'll do a jury buyback and he'll win that to get back, it seems way too good to be true that he'll be gone for good tonight
Three chances for a return?? I don't think they will have that so I really doubt a jury buyback is happening unless Paulie doesnt have the round trip ticket. And even then I don't believe they will be having it this season.
I know, I wasn't being entirely serious then That would be ridiculous lmao.
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! Just please no jury buyback now. I really really thought he'd have the round trip at this point
Damn I have to be up in 4 hours, I just couldn't sleep and thought watching Paulie be evicted was as good an actiivty as any
JURY BUY BACK CONFIRMED. So frustrating. It will probably end up being Paulie or whoever is evicted next (Maybe Corey?)
I just hope it's an Endurance and Bridgette slaughters Paulie and comes back into the game.
Oh god just what we needed... I mean I'd take Corey coming back if it means not Paulie. The only hope we have is Bridgette or the next evictee being Corey. Da and Z couldn't win anything.
Victor to be evicted next and come back again for the lols :') but ehhhh at this twist, really don't think it was needed.
Also 10 years since the last All-Stars!!
<3
Adore for BB43 Winner. Runner up will be Brittany's baby and 3rd would obviously be Janelle's.
Has it seriously been 10 years???? They're seriously overdue another one then! Maybe they're saving it for season 20, which would theoretically be next summer if 19 is this fall?
Jessie aka Mr. Pectacular is hosting the special competition tomorrow, if there's a BB houseguest who has severely overstayed their welcome it's him
Oh come on I have no doubt it will be a some kind of speed / strength comp because the producers seem to looooooove Paulie and will really want him back. I mean look at his edit.
Ok HOH has happened:
NATALIE WON YAAASSS
QUEN KNAT! Tho there's lots of talk about her nominating Paul/Victor.... ick. James trying to get her to at least put up Nicole.
Ugh Paulie's going to get the buyback isn't he considering his current competition. Makes me hope that Victor is evicted this week to stop him and that it would be hilarious to see him evicted and return twice!
Victor or Corey definitely need to go this week! Preferably Victor so that Paulie doesn't come back. I mean without him he's sure to come back if the comp is not luck-based, like in Nicole's season. Endurance was last year so i doubt they will be going with that again. I guess something physical is awaiting us? Either way, he won't survive the second time in the house. Maybe for a couple of weeks max. Mama Da to come back and slay the game now that they got rid of Paulie successfully. I believe she could finally learn from her mistakes... third time round :')
Care Package Winner: BIG MEECH WINS CO-HOH!!!
Noms spoiler: michelle nominated Victor and Natalie nominated Paul. I hope this is a pawn situation for Paul or Victor because it would be very stupid for them not to come for Nicole and Corey this week.
Oops Natalie and Michelle are already regretting :/ It was great they made a big move but it was a bit misguided, I think keeping Paul and Victor is in Michelle's best interests as they'd probably take her as their Victoria (not that coming 3rd or like 6th really matters, you still don't win any money, but as a superfan I'm sure she'd love to see as much of the game as possible), because James and Natalie plus Corey and Nicole come as a pair and with Paul and Victor in control they'd probably want to get them out of the way. However taking Victor out wouldn't be an awful option, he is a comp beast and a real threat and then that leaves Paul vulnerable which would really shake things up yet again. That would be exciting actually, to think it looked obvious for Paulie to win and then Paul/Victor F2 and now that could be in jeopardy. Although I worry about the jury buyback, it's 100% going to be Victor or Paulie if victor goes, and then Paul/Victor/Paulie will probably win HOH and go for Nat/Michelle and bye bye season
POV spoilah: Paul won yasssssssssss so Meech will have to put up Corey. And Paul with James will need to decide who they want to evict because they will be the majority Surely it would be best to get Corey out now. At least Victor is coupleless. I am so afraid of the next eviction as they can all come for Natalie and James possibly.
How did this season get so exciting *.* Definitely better to get rid of Corey, Nicole gives another option to leave in 3rd I guess, along with Michelle. I'm gunning for a Michelle and Paul top 2, omg imagine *.* *.* *.*
From what I'm reading, it sounds like Nicole will go up, but they want to get rid of Victor. Normally I'd be pissed because I really want Nicole/Corey split up.. but.. with the Jury Buy Back, I'd be happy for Victor to go and give Paulie a run for his money.
I can't shake the feeling that all the women this year suck. BBCAN is impeccable with casting women.
Don't get me wrong, I really like Natalie and Michelle.. but.. their strategic ability perhaps isn't the best.
Yeah that's a good idea actually! Victor coming back is fine compared to Paulie, I'd rather have them both gone really but Victor returning AGAIN would be kinda hilarious. I defintiely agree about Nat and Meech, they're likeable and you want them to do well but they have like 0 chance of winning. Michelle is basically going to Paul and Victor's Victoria I imagine, at best.
I died @ 1:03.
I really want Wil for All-Stars just to see him on the feeds. He was terrible on his season, but I think by now he knows he's a joke and would just be hilarious to watch.
I totally forgot about watching the recaps/parodies from this season until you posted that, I really miss "Big Brother in 2 Minutes"
I am so here for Natalie and Michelle being in power but I'm not here for these noms. How awful would an eventual Corey win be.
But yes, so happy about Natalie continuing to prove she isn't just another Victoria like she easily could've been <3
POV spoilah: meech did indeed put up Corey as a replacement. Yasssssssss go girl. Now for James to win the next HoH and evict whoever comes back.
I SHOULD NOT BE LAUGHING SO MUCH
^LOL
Ugh. Who invited Week 1 Paul back? What a douche.
Dude. It's a f***ing game. You're on the block. Suck it up and stop being a dick.
I really want Corey to go.. but I think James will get rid of Victor.
That episode was brilliant tho, especially that competition. Michelle easily stole the show for me by STILL wanting Paul out even after Natalie changed her mind. It just sucks that Paul won the veto because I would have loved to have seen Mastermind Michelle come out to try and get Paul out this week.
Sadly, James will just keep wanting Victor out to himself this week so Michelle won't work so hard to try and get him out.
I just want to be nuzzled in between Victor's hairy pecs. Dude needs to sort out his hair, but outside of that. yum.
Oh great at the decision being left in the hands of 'I never want to get blood on my hands' James.
James, Corey and Nicole are all so DULL, I just want them to be mass evicted. When Corey just didn't give a shit about the Veto was just a massive eyeroll.
I really just wanted to see Corey go after blatantly throwing the Veto and not caring. You should never feel safe in that house.
+1 on the James thing. I don't see why he just doesn't get Corey out.. Who's gonna be pissed? Nicole? What is she going to do? She probably wouldn't even nominate him if she somehow did win HOH.
I would love to see Paul win and separate Natalie/James. Hopefully James would go in that situation.
I was never a huge fan of James but he is terrible this time around. To think that even Michelle and Natalie are making big moves, and he is still playing like it's a tentative week 2. I have no idea how he's so popular, last season he was just alright but he's my least favourite left now. Everyone thinks he's some mastermind because he got Frank out and Clay last season but as we've said a few times in here, anyone would have done that! It was the obvious move the whole house wanted in both cases, it's not like the girls this week making an actual big move and targetting the probable final 2.
I'm still hoping Natalie can do a Jordan, she's just so lovely. It's a shame she's tied to bloody James. I think it'll be between those two for AFP? I'd be ok with her, Michelle or even Paul winning the whole thing or AFP, Paul is a bit of a douche again because of being on the block but I love his game and how he turned it around. And yes at Victor's chesticles, Aaron *.*
I was so happy about Paul winning veto. I guess Victor going would be for the best if he can win the buyback and save us from Paulie, then hopefully a Paul or Victor HOH. But yes, Corey going would be hilarious after how confident he acted in the DR.
There's only seven of them left and Corey is still zzzz. Being oblivious to Paul and Nicole arguing is his best moment of the season
PSA VICTOR WITH SHORT HAIR YOU ARE WELCOME
http://cdn.bigbrotheraccess.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/Victor-Arroyo-Big-Brother-18-8.jpg
No baby no x
Paul came across terribly last night, he kept insisting he was calm but he really wasn't lol. Corey will ideally go this week and not return although I don't mind Victor going only if he can stop Paulie winning the jury buyback.
I just also think it would be hilarious for Victor for be evicted twice but still be in the game
Ok this comp looks good for Bridgette - fingers crossed! I want her back of the jurors as I think she's the best player of the girls. Poor Corey and his giant feet
Is it wrong that I want Paulie to return, him and Paul Ride or Die to the end and Paul win 9-0?
Apparently right before the feeds were cut James was actually considering keeping Victor. Paul is just a mastermind. He deserves this win over anyone else there.
I would be okay with Victor getting a third chance, but I'd rather see Bridgette return I guess. Da' and Z are out for me instantly.
We need feeds/regular updates on the Jury House. WAY more interesting than the regular house.
LMAO DAY AND Z BOTH JUST JUMPED OFF TOGETHER WTAF
I am needing Bridgette to return, game wise I think she was just getting started and I started liking her like the episode before she got evicted </3 I mean Paulie will never win now but I just don't want to keep watching him, ugh.
Live Feed Competition Spoilers:
It seems like Z and Da' have jumped off together. They may be throwing it. Possibly to Bridgette?
Corey out.
I feel like they preferred being in the jury than the house lmao
Bridgette isn't looking good, you can tell she's in pain :/
BRIDGETTE OUT! BETWEEN PAULIE AND VIC NOW. PAULIE AIN'T LOOKIN SO HOT!!! VIC TO RETURN!!
Omg everytime they blast the water I jump thinking someone has fallen off
VIC IS BACK PAULIE FELL THEIR REACTIONS LMAO, Vic has just dropped too so it's Paul, Nicole or James for HOH.
VICTOR IS BACK!!! HISTORY IS MADDDEEE
annddd Victor is out (of the HOH comp)
ALSO THIS HAPPENED OMG
Nicole won. Vom.
OMG I HAD A FEELING SHE WOULD!! I wouldn't be bothered but I feel like she'll be petty enough to go for Michelle rather than making an actual move.
Bridgette in the jury house is giving me LIFE. The way she told the cameras she's going to tell Paulie he is a scumbag who lost her trust was EVERYTHING.
Oh my god I read yo spoilers y'all. Gonna be an interesting week. I guess I can resume watching the show rather than just the eviction episodes oops
Last night ended with Nicole thinking about putting up either James/Natalie or James/Michelle. James threw the competition to Nicole so she could get an HOH Letter. This is also the HOH he won last year to get Clelli out. I think it would be amaze if things did a 180 and he went home on the same competition a year later (and was lied to). However what a stupid move for Nicole. She would lose jury votes if she does this. But IDGAF. DO it!!!
I just want each episode to focus on the jury house so bad although it does seem as though Paulie and Zakiyah have got back together, see a photo Julie (or rather her intern) posted on Twitter. She is deluded.
Thank GOD Paulie didn't end up returning, I'm howling at Victor making his way back in though! Make him the winner please just to make a mockery of the amount of chances people have had to return to the game this season. Don't have a clue about what happened with Day and Z going off what has been written in here and seeing Twitter, I'm just pleased Z didn't return because I cba with adding another useless floater to the mix.
PLEASE get James out Nicole, a terrible game move for you but I need to see it happen especially when he went back on his deals twice (even though I'm glad he did in those cases). A final four of Michelle/Victor/Paul/Natalie is what I'm here for and I will accept nothing else
Noms spoiler:
f***ING NICOLE. She went for Paul and Michelle... Michelle is the target. James or Natalie, most likely Natalie, going up as replacement if Paul or Michelle is taken off the block. Wtaf. Well done Ratcole, way to waste a HOH when the last one was already wasted because it essentially was a rewind. Why get out the lone player who won 1 comp, the least threat in there. It reeks of her being personal, and even a hugely emotional player like Michelle herself managed to put that aside and make a big move by nominating the actual threats.
Veto spoiler:
OMG SHE f***ING WON THAT AS WELL FFS. The FIFTH (!!!) time this season that the same person has won HOH and veto this series, hmmm. Nicole plans to leave the noms the same and target Michelle, so she's basically wasting her HOH. Well done babe. She wants to work with Victor and Paul as she believes that them and her/Corey are the best players. Lol. I mean she's half right.
I know I keep coming in here talking about the non-entities but I just can't at Corey in that episode. Natalie says that she wants him to go up, he doesn't care. Nicole's worrying that they might get blindsided by Corey going home, he doesn't care. He suggests using the care package to get someone to do something stupid? He literally does not care about the game at all, just please get him out, he's so dull! Victoria may have been hopeless in BB16 but at least she was entertaining with it.
I can't believe there's still another month left of this.
I stopped watching this. I'll pick it up again once something INTERESTING happens. This week looked to be potentially exciting but nope, I was wrong.
I don't think there's a chance Corey will win actually, surely the jury would vote for ANYONE over him? Nicole's not done a great deal but she has two HOHs under her belt now and has actually tried to play the game from time to time :') Corey's done nothing outside of his HOH in the double eviction...
I was joking He's not actually going to win.
Whoosh moment from me there still though, hopefully he's out ASAP, totally dull and kinda makes a mockery of the show...
http://tvline.com/2016/09/01/big-brother-over-the-top-premiere-date-cbs-all-access/
"Weekly" show, does that mean only one proper episode and the rest is just watching live feed? Not sure what to make of this format, tbh though there are streaming sites that let you watch live feed so it's not like you'd HAVE to have CBS Access, but equally I don't see the point in sitting watching feed for hours a day just in case something happened when it probably wouldn't.
guess who's the HoH this week. Yup. Him again
I loved the rapturous applause BIG MEECH got after cussing out Nicole.
She may have been shit at competitions, but I liked Michelle. Definitely All Star worthy in my eyes just for her tounge.
I also think she's the type of player that will learn from her mistakes.
Do they really have to repeat the egg competition EVERY YEAR?
The problem with Michelle's exit was is that she stated the obvious too much. Of course Nicole is going for top two. EVERYONE IS. LITERALLY. it was kinda stupid.
I liked her for the most part but her gameplay wasn't the best. She didn't even campaign or strategize the last week. You are never safe in there.
At this point I wouldn't even be mad if Victor won at all. In fact I think I am gunning for him to win more than others bar Natalie. I just think it's extremely funny that he evicted back all the people who were HoH the weeks he was eliminated (well, kinda last week but he was given a bribe so yeah).. I have no doubt he will have another chance to get back into the house some time in the future seasons.
Yeah I'm definitely rooting for Victor if Natalie can't do it at this stage, he's played a pretty good game especially considering the two evictions!
Based on how much I'd like them to win:
1. Natalie
2. Victor
3. Paul (he annoys me and I think he has a very high opinion of himself but his game has been mostly great so I can't really moan if he wins)
4. James
5. Nicole
6. Corey
Would be happy with anyone bar Corey really although I'd prefer Nicole not to win too (and James hasn't exactly done loads).
Literally the same ranking for me haha
I'm here for Victor to win more than any of them tbh. He's undeniably the best player, for him to have got back in there after being evicted twice and be in such a good position is incredible. Of course a lot of it is his brute competition strength but almost as soon as he comes back he always gets himself into a perfect position, so that he has back in the unlikely case he loses a comp
01 Victor
02 Natalie
03 Paul
04 James
05 Nicole
06 Corey
Like I said though I hate all the bottom 3, James is not far ahead of Nicole. I hate how James acts like he's a massive player who'll blow up the whole house when like I keep saying he only makes the "big" move if it's obvious, and he'll only do it if he knows it's what most of the house wants. Both of them are useless really this time around compared to last season, but not as useless as Corey who has done literally nothing apart from that one time he inexplicably won HOH and veto just to ruin the double eviction EVen his bribe was just solidifying something that was going to happen anyway. Natalie's not the best player ever but she was instrumental in flipping the house on Paulie (she started the rumbles afaik after some of the awful stuff he said to her) and I thik she has played a fairly good game, if only her or James won that veto and got Paul out she could have still won but the odds are really really stacked against. I'd be more than happy with Victor or Paul winning, both have played great games seeing as Paul started out as the easy target and pawn and Victor as I've said above was evicted but always lands on his feet again.
01 Paul
02 Victor
03 Natalie
04 Corey
05 James
06 Nicole
Paul and Victor are very close for me, Paul just edges out because he simply didn't need 3 tries to get to the end. Natalie is a distant 3rd. I like her, but her win wouldn't be very satisfying. Corey only beats out Nicole and James because Nicole is the scum of the earth and James didn't come to play this season.
TBH - I'd only be happy with my top 2 winning and just alright with Natalie winning. Anyone else I probably won't be happy.
POV has happened:
Corey won, finally he's done something else lol. He'll obviously keep things the same.
oh dear
Finally caught up on the past three episodes and even with this being the ninth full season I've watched (plus BB Can), I still seem to be rubbish at calling things. But I guess they're just silly in the house and everyone else also assumed Michelle looked to be the safest prior to noms? Just thought the couples would all be going after each other but nah.
I felt sad for her but she had a great interview, representing all us superfans <3
Rooting for Paul the most as aside from Da'vonne, he's been the entertainment factor for me this season but Victor is very close with his comp wins and I'd be happy with Natalie too, even Nicole I wouldn't be too 'ugh' about if she won.
I don't really dislike any of them at this stage. Corey kinda won me over during the Christmas counting comp, oop.
That Veto comp was amazing. We need more competitions like that. I can't believe Natalie did so well.
They need to stop pimping out their new shows tho. They always flop. This new show doesn't look very great. The only one I recall I ever watched was HIMYM.
Done with all of this Jatalie crap too. You two have no future outside of this, clearly. Just go away.
I would rather see James go. Starting to play on day 80 or whatever it is isn't acceptable.
Also, spoiler for what tomorrows HOH Comp is: It's the Slip and Slide. So basically Nicole vs 3 Guys that she has no chance in beating. I actually think Victor would have won this comp if he could have competed. I think it will be between Paul and Corey. I hope Paul wins because I'm not 100% certain that he will get rid of James if given the choice.
Lost so much respect for the show after that episode tbh! I know I've heard that the Diary Room has been heavily suggesting to housemates who they should target but to explicitly see manipulation in that Veto competition is quite shocking. There's no way that Corey, or any reasonable person, would go straight for the pipes immediately upon entering the room and without even seeing the manhole cover without being told by production. I'm not sure why they're even favouring Nicorey so much, they make dull television?
I disagree, I think if they were going to manipulate a win, it would have been to save James/Natalie. They are by far the more popular couple and James is a shoe in for Fan Favorite again if he doesn't make it to the end.
The part I disliked about the episode was the 'Anti-Natalie' stance, it just seems that the second they got something behind them to want to get Natalie out.. they took it.
COREY f***ING WON AND HIM AND NICOLE HAVE BEEN TALKING ABOUT FLIPPING ON PAUL AND VICTOR. Omg watch James or Nicole win now, the series just keeps getting worse.
Hahahahhaha mysogynistic Paulie in that jury house with 5 women. I love irony. Amazing.
Done with this series officially. Will just be checking out wiki from now on. Boring as f***.
omg now imagine James winning PoV and using it on one of the two. It would be reaaaaallllllly funny. But James will play it safe, as always. Even though it's top 5 and playing it safe won't get you far.
But srsly they have to get rid of Victor because you just KNOW he will win the two next HoHs or at least a PoV (next week it will be crucial) + HoH and sail to the top 2.
I was thinking about that Pavel, it would be such a good move and hilarious to see Nicole go on Corey's HOH but then I remembered this is James so it's never happening.
Apparently James is concerned he won't get America's Favourite Player if he makes the Final 2... even though you get more money for second place.
I can't with him anymore, never ever ever ever let him return.
James is worse than Nicole for me rn, at least she is playing. It took her long enough but at least she realises at this point that you have to really try!
I'm watching BB14 for the first time instead of 18 God I hate Danielle already and apparently she just gets worse, I'm on her HOH week atm. Dan, Britney and Ian >>>>
This season is possibly the best I've watched so far, although things ALWAYS go bad at the end. At least I know there's a good winner.
BB14 was a good season.. even if it was just for Brit/Janelle. I am not an Ian fan however....
Mike is also awful. Dan is so much better as a returning winner, Mike thinks the world owes him everything because he won before Utter utter douchebag, I think I might watch All Stars after as I'm told that's a good starting point for old series but I don't think I want to see him win
^ I agree. If Vic and Paul go back to back and we're stuck with those three, I'm rooting for Nicole I guess.
I don't want to root for any of them, they basically all slept until about Day 75, but that's not really their fault. The other housemates allowed them to slip under the radar.
how has nicole never even been on the block this time?! it's quite impressive considering she was the first HoH this season!
If Nicole wins I'm just gonna pretend BB16 Nicole won I was so behind her then, and this season I've been so against her but of the 3 "running it" (for want of a better word, competitions matter most right now, you know what I mean, she should definitely win. She has played a decent game lying low and pulling it off when it matters but that's just not my favoured sort of game compared to say a killer social game or being a comp beast. I just don't think not doing anything until like final 6 (I mean she did win the first HOH) is really worthy of being a winner but for some reason I'm not TOTALLY mad if she were to win whereas I would hate James or Corey winning.
Also a supposedly reputable source says that the F4 HOH was won by
PAUL YAS. If he could just win F3 as well when it matters he's got this.
Yis Paul, Yis.
F4 HOH doesn't give you much outside of getting to the Final 3. He should want James to stay simply based on the fact that he can probably beat him in some form of the F3 HOH.
Paul needs to go on a winning streak tho. I don't see anyone taking him to the end, even if he does split up Nicole/Corey this week.
Sad to see Victor go, but not too sad. Sure he's great at competitions, but his strategy and gameplay was never really top form.
ROOTING FOR PAUUULL.
At this moment a big part of me wants Corey to have lost that very first challenge oops. He's useless. Can he get evicted now plz. But if Corey or Nicole win that Veto (and they have won veto five times this season so far combined!), oh my, James is automatically gone.
Praying for Paul to win it all, but he's going to have to win the final 3 HOH as well obviously because either of the guys would take Nicole and Nicole would definitely not take Paul over the other two guys. I think if Paul gets to final 2 he's got it, Nicole is the biggest threat for sure, I don't think either of the guys have played anywhere near well enough to get respect from the jury that means they have enough votes to win.
Looking back, to be fair to Nicole, from a game point of view I can't say she'd be an undeserving winner when you look at the other options being Corey and James as I've said. I think she has done quite well to lie low for so long, never being on the block for weeks and weeks despite being in a showmance and tied to Paulie for a while. It's just I'm not a huge fan of that strategy, I can recognise that she did it well and applaud her for it but I hate that all of her, James and Corey pretty much all waited until like day 70-80 to play the game, I'm more of a fan of players like Paul or Victor who had more a struggle and a fight to get where they are. James, Nicole and Corey up to now when the competitions matter more have had such an easy ride in my eyes. I wish the sweet Nicole from BB16 who still had a fire in her belly and was so likeable rather than whiny and snakey could have pulled this off but eh I guess at least she's got a decent chance of doing it this time - better late than never
I'm gonna do a little season review/rank because I'm awake early and can't get back to sleep so just finished BB14, so I'm on a bit of a BB hype
01 Natalie (a lovely person but not a bad player either. She wasn't the greatest, granted, but she definitely had a good strategy by being lovely to pretty much everyone, she has a heart of gold. Even with the likes of Paulie, she took action when needed but was never outright nasty to anyone and that alone can bring you so far in life and the BB house.)
02 Michelle (by FAR my favourite *person* of the series but in a BBUK sort of way, so Natalie edges it game wise. Sadly she was hilarious but a useless player. She definitely fell into the pitfalls of being a superfan, still as if she was watching, she was like us watching and critiquing and insulting people but from inside the house Maybe if she returned she could do a Nicole, realising that her approach was wrong. But as I said, hilarious and I just found her so relatable to watch as she'd probably be exactly what I'd be like)
03 Victor (Never thought I'd have him this high based on the start of the season! As Aaron said, he was quite lucky to be a comp beast, as he wasn't really top tier with his game. But I really really respect the fire in his belly, his fight and determination to pull himself through. I prefer players like that who'll fight tooth and nail than those who float through and just don't really bother because they rely on others to keep them safe)
04 Paul (he can be irritating but overall really likeable and funny to watch, but most of all I love how he turned it around from being the biggest target at the beginning to being one of the top dogs and a huge threat, a really clever game tbh)
05 Da'vonne (I'm gonna go there - Da'vonne is kinda overrated. I love her personality but she's had two chances now and she hasn't won a single comp, this time she was better at game as last year she just blew up and ruined it but she was hardly a big hitter. Probably a little hypocritical as I have Michelle second but I'm giving her benefit of the doubt as she hasn't had 2 chances like Day )
06 Bridgette (I hated her for a while but just as I got to like her she was gone. I think she was kind of a mini Nicole to Frank's Hayden/Corey, I feel that she would have had a better game if she didn't throw it away for him.
07 Tiffany (I felt really bad for her being targetted for nothing just because she was Vanessa's sister, but the way she handled it made her seem so volatile so it was her own fault really. She had Vanessa's emotional pitfalls without the blinding social game that meant Vanessa got herself out of so many sticky situatons, which was a shame)
08 Frank (Misogynistic at times but I'm really unsure if it was just his humour? Maybe I'm letting him off for being low key hot af, but I found myself missing him at least once he was gone, I just hated Fridgette really)
09 Nicole (said my piece above)
10 Zakiyah (absolutely useless, seemed a lovely girl but she was so dumb to jump off for Paulie in that HOH endurance comp the week she was evicted and she was so dumb to just let go and not even try in the battle back. Maybe in another series without Paulie she'd have shone a bit more, she just let him protect her and then let him pick her off when there was even a glimpse of doubt)
11 Glenn (nothing to say at all, so nothing negative whereas the others below do have that. It's a shame that he didn't get a chance but I don't envision that we really missed much tbh )
12 Bronte (annoying as f*** but she's a distant memory now so feels less awful than those below her)
13 Corey (beautiful to look at and I'm sure he's a nice guy but good LORD is he vapid. It's also kind of an insult to so many amazing players not just in this season but others who were out even pre-jury that he gets to final 4)
14 Jozea (as with Bronte, a distant memory but I remember him marring the first week so much with his Messiah shit, thank god Nicole took the easy route and picked him off first!)
15 James (I was far from a fan last season, and this season he's just been the same but amplified to be worse. Totally useless, never really done anything apart from that one time he won HOH and that was a move virtually all of the house would have made, and I hate how he's so pre-occupied with getting America's vote he'd sacrficie his whole game for it. I just do not see what made him AFP last time, there is virtually nothing to him and his gameplay is shite, but I think he'll get AFP again as he's smashing polls :/)
16 Paulie (goes without saying he ruined a large chunk of this series by controlling everything, winning all the time and progressively becoming more and more awful. Such an arrogant, awful misogynist who thought the world owed him everything because his brother almost won but didn't because of one of the stupidest moves of all time. His eviction was so satisfying, but honestly I think he had issues because he was practically breaking down the week he was found out and he was so nasty and personal to so many people as a result, rather than taking it as part of the game :/)
Paul NEEDS to win. He's the only one who has fought for his place in there. It looked like he was a goner in those first few weeks and so for him to turn it round and make Final 3 is what the show is about! If any of the other three win, that means that for the third time in a year (Steve in BB17 & Phil/Nick in BBCan) that the winner has literally been invisible for the first half of the series yet has gone on to win. I get that lying low does help to get you to the end but, considering its a TV show, that doesn't make for good entertainment and they shouldn't be rewarded for it! I would take a Nicole win considering she really has stepped it up since Paulie went but it would kill me to see Corey & James win. I can only see that happening if they are the Final 2 though.
Cannot wait for tonight's episode as there's a https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CsR7j0oVUAARq1G.jpg! *.* I really wish they'd been a special Friday episode each week focusing on the jury house, it's far more entertaining!
EDIT: that should mean Nicole is Final 3 as well considering Corey and James are very unlikely to evict her!
PAUL TO WIN! By far the best social game in the American series in YEARS. He went from being my least favorite player tO thouroghly earning my respect.
Victor also played a fantastic game of brawn, but, Paul is the only reason he lasted at ALL after his first return. I'd also be okay with a Nicole win. She took notes from what she did wrong last season and killed it this year. Any of those three are deserving winners.
Yes Froot!!!! I really wish they would do an episode of the jury house once a week, even if it were just a youtube exclusive! A 30 minute highlight reel would be amazing!
Paulie is such a twat. Zakiyah is f***ing dumb and I don't respect her at all anymore. I hope Day curb stomps his fine ass.
"You remind me of an animal but I can't ssssss-eem to put my finger on it" !!
Yasssss at Paul getting the F4 HOH, these nail biting moments towards the end of the game are the highlight of my year. He not only turned it around in the game, being a target near the start and surviving this long, but initially he was like my second least favourite behind Jozea and now he's my second favourite of the season (no one can touch Da'vonne). Praying so hard that he gets F3 HOH
Has anyone seen this gif of Day's eviction last year going viral as a meme on Twitter?
e.g. One I've just seen: "JLo to producer: I like it but I kind of feel like it's missing something...
Pitbull:"
!! I saw it in one tweet, didn't realise it was a meme
And did anyone else really snigger when James got the Natalie question wrong during the comp? It wasn't like the Paulie or Bronte clips where they were addressing everybody in the room either, she was TALKING TO HIM!! :')
I probably want Paul to get to the end and win now even more than I wanted Vanessa to get to the end and win this year.
He needs to win these final few HOH competitions. I'm curious to see what the Endurance competition is. He lost quite quickly to James and Nicole in the last Standing Endurance competition, but if there's some Physical or Strategy component to it, he could do alright.
His best shot seems to be the 2nd Part. He will have some competition against Nicole as she's been studying. He should be able to beat James no problem.
It's almost best for James to win Round 1. Paul Round 2 and face each other at the end. It's pretty clear he could probably take out James in the final Question round as well.
Nicole could do well in the final two rounds as well, it's just down to how she can handle the pressure really.
I really wish James could read the jury better. I'm not sure if James would stand a chance against Paul at the end, probably not, but I hope he realizes that she has a few votes locked away already.
That jury segment was ridiculous. Paulie is really going to get a rude awakening when he comes out and see how everything went down and how much of a misogynistic jackass he looks like. Da' is giving me life my considering voting Nicole the winner. Why weren't you as open when you were in the Big Brother house to see the bigger picture gurl!?
That jury segment!!! All because of a sassy Michelle comment as well! I really don't understand how Z can just keep going back to Paulie after EVERYTHING and it seems a great shame that its ended her friendship with Day considering they were talking about being friends for life. I don't blame Day though considering there's only so many times you can tell someone not to go back to someone as horrendous as Paulie before you just give up. I lived for her saying that he never talks down to a man.
Round 1 HOH winner is: Paul apparently! So that means it'll probably be Nicole v Paul in Round 3 considering James is even more hopeless in not even studying. They both will surely take James to F2 though so I guess the winner overall will be whoever wins HOH eek!
Guys, I have it on authority that Joseph is rooting for Nicole over Paul
Let's lynch ha
#PrayingForPaul
Also Nicole let it slip that all the jurors votes are cast prior to the Final 2 being revealed (ie. they vote for all scenarios). The vote during the final is real, but they would have already selected who they wanted to win and aren't allowed to change their vote during the show. The only person that really votes live is the person in 3rd place.
She also mentioned that in the situation of a Cody vs Victoria vote. Victoria would have received two votes to win. #Quen
So, what is the point in Jury Questions or having the Final 2 prepare statements. They have no impact.
^ I'll believe that's why the vote turned out the way it did (was that done in response to Topaz or does BB Canada do it differently? )
I'M PISSED. NOT FRIENDSHIP. What a joke. When you're betrayed by your own queen
Nicole says it herself, "how did I win?"
Thank god Victor got America's fave though.
(And plsss send Jason into BB: OTT)
Julie: "Da'vonne, who do you want to see become the final member of the jury?"
Mama Day: "PLEASE NOT PAUL!!!"
You troll.
!
I am really happy with the outcome lol, I do with Nicole had got involved throughout the game but let's not forget she had an instant target on her as a vet and she managed to stay off the block until final 4, that's pretty impressive I think even if I'd rather she didn't align herself with someone as USELESS as Corey. Plus I just cannot deal with Paul being smug lol, game play aside I found him annoying for most of the season. I was totally convinced he'd win, even when it came down to just Da'Vonne's vote, but I am delighted Nicole pulled through first female winner since Queen Rachel *.*
It's quite f***ed up that a female had never won against a male in the top 2 until now. Wat
I'm quite happy she won. I choose to take into account the game from her original season. It either way the winner would be great. I feel Paul will be coming for redemption some time soon.
and OH MY GOD. please don't let Jozea back in! I was GAGGING with laughter at Jason's reaction to him on that segment.
Well, that was a bit of a shit ending. I know that she did play a good game, I'll go with Pav and pretend it's her original game becasue she deserved so much more in that season. To be fair to her she did manage to lay low for long enough to go undetected and then she pulled off really turning her game around and powering through when it mattered most. As a person though, this time around I found her so annoying and just didn't like her that much. If this was the original Nicole I'd have been so elated that she won, so yeah we'll pretend it was.
JASON TO RETURN PLEASEEEEEE!!! I would LOVE to see him back in the first place, especially with him being such a big fan of the show, including BBUK!!, but I cannot face watching Jozea anymore. (that is if I will even be able to watch anything of Over the Top, I still don't get how its working :S)
For BB18, Nicole's game after Paulie left was amazing but she did nothing before that whereas Paul worked his butt off the ENTIRE season. He looked like a goner in those first few weeks then pulled his social game up, got rid of Paulie when he needed to despite that PP thing and got Nicorey on board at the right moment.
As everyone has said, I was really rooting for her in BB16 and always thought she should return because she got screwed over by a shit season and I guess the fact she originally got evicted in 9th place and she started playing the game in BB18 after 9th place you actually can conjoin the two together.
wtf at Day though, don't be rooting for Paul all the way through and then vote for Nicole!!! The girls did have the plan to vote for a female winner, it's just a shame that had to be BB18 Nicole. tbh I am happy though that James wasn't rewarded for doing nothing although I don't know why he still ended up Top 3 for AFP :/
~~~
When the jury votes were at 4:4 and the last person left was Da'Vonne. Me: Yasss Paul's got this. Da:
I'll comment on Nicole's win later, but came across this.
We get to decide the winner. Yay?
Also Jason FTW.
To be fair the beginning of the season was AMAZING.
I just watched and omg so shocked Nicole won would have preferred Paul due to who was better overall but hey over the last few weeks she has actually played the game at least unlike James :')
Also yess Viktor winning America's Fave!!!
Ugh I've just seen about Jozea/Jason. Tbh I couldn't abide Jason but I hate Jozea too, but it means we have Jason again. Yay.
Paul definitely should have won, but Nicole definitely did a fantastic job as well. And IMO, the most deserving winner after Paul and Victor.
ALSO! PLEASE NO JOZEA I HATE HIM. Is the Fall season just online?
Clever way to try out the more UK-esque approach
The Over the Top housemates have been revealed, aside from who won out of Jason and Jozea of course. Here: http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/lists/big-brother-ott-houseguests-932201/item/michael-cornbread-ligon-big-brother-932175
The boys are certainly a lot more diverse than recent years and there's quite a few superfans. There will also be two sisters! Neeley looks good as well as Alex! I'm not here for this from Justin tho: 'I don't care about missing the election, really. I actually care about missing Halloween more than the election! (Laughs)! I'm not really into the whole politic thing, man. It's beyond our power. If Trump gets elected the world is going to come to an end or something. We might get nuked or some shit. I'd rather Hillary. It's like Hillary or die!' - he realises the consequences of a Trump win (if a little exaggerative of course) but he still 'doesn't care'. Also this from Michael: 'I would say I'm a fan, but I haven't watched the other countries or anything like that. And season 16 is the only season I got to watch in full.' - soooo, you're not a fan then?
REALLY hope that at least the weekly episode is uploaded to the ~usual places~ so I get to watch this.
Oh it's deffo getting on torrents so I wouldn't worry really.
I already know I will be LIVING for Cryssie if she's anything like in that video.
Oh dear at Shane, Joseph's new crush
Hoping some of the other stuff gets uploaded as I doubt one weekly episode will really be enough to get into it
No posts for BBOTT?
It's actually very good. The first Weekly Episode was a little sloppy and a little hard to follow, it just seemed they jumped straight into things without explaining too much.
I get that Alex and Morgan are sisters, but, why didn't Morgan want to work with Alex?
Granted, I did skip over the VT segment.. that may have explained it.
I think the best part of this season is that two douche guys were the first two to go and had it not been for America, they'd both still be in the house.
I'm not usually a fan of America having so much power, but a lot of it does actually fall on the HOH to make sure they have smart nominations and numbers. That's really what was missing for Alex this week on wanting to get Danielle out. Monte deserved to go, plain and simple and he did which is great.
A little depressing seeing Scott win HOH this week. I really want the power of the house with Shane/Justin/Neeley/Danielle/Kryssie/Jason.. however this Veto twist could absolutely save everything. If he does put up Shane/Danielle and America puts someone up like Shelby, it could come to a point where if say Jason and Neeley are picked and use the veto to save Shane/Danielle, Scott has almost no choice but to possibly put up one of his own. That could secure one of the people from the other side going home, especially if America votes with Jason's alliance.
I do also love the Weekday Replay, however I wish they'd find a better way not to integrate the content into the Weekly Episode.
The Weekly Episode pretty much makes up for not having episodes 3x a week as well, based on the duration.
All in all. Really great season. I don't think this cast really fits the mold of being a regular cast and some of the twists are beyond ridiculous. But still. Very watchable.
RANKING TIME:
01: NEELEY - OMG she is LYFE. Amazing. I'm getting serious Danielle Reyes vibes from her.
02: JASON - Queen. So glad he was brought back. I hope he can continue to survive.
03: ALEX - I slowly think she will start to tumble down my ranking, but she seems like a lot of fun. She's just on the wrong side of the house.
04: SHANE - Hot as f***. I don't mind the hair and he seems very sweet.
05: JUSTIN - Something about him is really off for me, but he's fun, interesting and vibrant. Really interesting to watch.
06: MORGAN - Sister 2.0. Not as interesting.
07: DANIELLE - I can't say I'm a fan. She seems young and immature. If it does eventually come down to Her/Shane on the block at some point and one's got to go, I hope she goes.
08: KRYSSIE - Dead wood for me.
09: SCOTT - Basically Ian/Steve clone. No way he will ever win with America voting for the winner.
10: MONTE - Yeah, he's trash. Disappointing because he is so hot.
11: WHITNEY - Basic southern white girl. Nothing interesting about her at all.
12: SHELBY - Yeah, pretty much Trash like Jason had said.
13: CORNBREAD - Bye.
Is there somewhere for us to watch it?
I gave up looking for the recaps online and I'm just following the series progress by searching the hashtag on Twitter and looking at the top tweets. It means I can't really comment as I'm only seeing it through other people's opinions with limited video clips.
It's a shame because it really looks like a great series, with a more varied cast and the two gigantic twats out first. Some of the things I heard that Monte said is disgusting.
I am not really bothered about following this if it was online I probs would have tried too at least but I think I will use this a good thing as I cant procrastinate by watching this when I should be doing my coursework
LOL at more guys leaving.
I don't know what it is, but I still dislike this Girls Alliance.
YAAAAS at Kryssie being HOH. I love when the power goes back and forth and she really does not seem to give a shit with all the pitches. Those 4 girls were so unpolished.
Alex safe - excellent. Out of all the girls she's my favorite.
I really just hope Scott goes home this week. I think Kryssie may have some tricks up her sleeve tho.
I'm liking everyone with Cornbread and Monte gone really, but I'm glad Shane and Danielle have been split. I loved the Ball Smashers plan of getting Danielle's side to vote her out but ensuring she stayed at the same time :')
Don't mind Scott - hey, he managed to get his target out and that's something. I like how the power is shifting, both within the house but how America is voting, the choice of veto was an interesting care package.
DEAR GOD @ America voting out Neeley over Scott.
Kudos to Scott tho - his tactics worked. He could clearly tell America hates Danielle and wants to go after her.
It's refreshing to see a girl alliance that are working well together, but I hope that the America's nominee twist wraps up soon because the fans have too much power and it's making it impossible to play the game in the traditional sense. Winning HOH doesn't mean much aside from keeping yourself safe, just look at the latest care package :')
America has way too much power. They should either vote for a nominee or have an eviction vote. Not both.
I just saw what this Care Package is. LOL. Guaranteed whoever America puts up this week is gone. 100%.
I do like the Girls Alliance. Really just Morgan and Alex. Don't much care for the other two.
Alex FTW in my books. She'd be a great winner.
I haven't watched the Daily Recaps (usually just Power Watch) so I don't know what's been shown, so I will put the Noms/Veto in Spoilers.
lol @ Danielle's HOH Actually being a success. She put up Shelby and Whitney and America put up Scott. Danielle won the Veto. Someone from "The Other Side" is going home, likely Scott win Shelby's ability to eliminate 3 votes.
This week was JUUUUUICYYYY.
Kudos for Jason for completely taking over Shelby's HOH. The F5 Deal was hilarious.
Disappointed to see Alex evicted - she was the strongest girl, I wanted to see her at the end, but - that's what happens in Big Brother. This week felt like the first real week of Big Brother.
I was also disappointed to see that we didn't get the Double Live Eviction on the Live Show. But I did spoil myself and have a few comments:
WHY DID DANIELLE NOMINATE WHITNEY AND JUSTIN!?!?! WHAT THE HELL?!
Morgan won the Care Package... and was safe... but she could have put up Shelby?!
What the hell?
Next HOH apparently is between Shelby and Jason.
In just reading - Shelby had the fastest time and should have been HOH, but had technical difficulties? Jason had the second fastest time so they're competing tomorrow.
JASON FTW!
The sources I'd been using to stream this haven't updated at all for a couple of weeks. Looks like I've missed a fair bit, America switched sides again or?
Massive shame to hear that Alex has gone, she's definitely the one I'd like to see invited back to play in the Summer.
Julie Chen: ...shit
YAAAAAS
