I don't really get how Skepta is ahead of Bowie for UK male, and then Bowie is ahead for album.

They've combined singles and albums sales for artist presumably, but that doesn't explain it either as David Bowie sold more singles than Skepta last year and obviously more albums.

This might explain it, because Bowie sold more closer to his death, but even then, he had two albums sell over 300k over the course of the year and I'm sure they sold a lot of that post-Brits, especially considering the Brits tribute to him.
