It was a long time coming and richly deserved. Although, as i have previously said, Never Forget feels like its a million selling song.

I’m very excited to read it. I really enjoyed ‘My Take’; it was a real, raw account of the solo days and the reunion.

I'm not a huge book fan but i really enjoyed his last one and reading the parts in the paper from the new book it will be a good read aswell. He really really struggled with losing his baby which most be so so hard to deal with and accept and that applies to anyone. Gary and Dawn seem to have a very very strong relationship and he always refers to her as his saviour as well as having loads of love and affection,I really hope it stays that way for them.

Interesting that Jason would have left the band after Circus if Rob hadn’t rejoined for Progress. He really did just want out for quite some time.

Jason most likely thought when they reformed that it would be a greatest hits tour, and that would be it.
Jason, like many, never foreseen how big the reunion turned out to be. |

I read so much garbage over that period that Jason wasn't happy about the reunion and he'd been "pushed out" of interviews etc by Robbie and I knew it was rubbish because RW was writing on his blog about how well he and Jay were getting on over the tour. I'm glad GB has put that straight. Good man. |

An extract from ‘A Better Me’: We knew Jason wasn’t going to stick around forever, but when we started thinking about our next album [after Circus], he was already on his way out of the back door. I know people would give their left arm to do what we do. But at times I felt like Jay’d give his right arm not to. In that respect he’s like Dawn: hates the publicity. There was only one thing that would keep Jason for one more record: Robbie. Jason would stick around if the old Take That were together again. And wasn’t that where all this was headed since the comeback? Rob. ‘Yeah, but where is he?’ Rob still felt so far out of reach. I knew Jay would stay if Rob came back. He and Rob are great mates by now. Fact: if we weren’t five, we were three, no two ways about it. I had to get Rob back. |

I find that so interesting as I had thought Jason had an issue with robbie coming back and that's what led to him leaving.
