Q4 usually always brings us at least one interesting chart battle in the album charts. This year, November 16th seems like a popular choice, with Michael Buble, Little Mix and Mumford all releasing, as well as others like Mariah Carey and Paloma's re-release.

Michael Buble's last album opened with 55k in Q4, Mumford opened with 81k, but it was only in Q2 (though their overall popularity/sales seem to be waning with each release) and Little Mix opened with 90k in Q4.

Sales predictions too please

I think Little Mix could do it again. They surpassed expectations last time when up against Bruno Mars and Metallica and I can see them having a strong promo campaign in the lead up to and on release week. Mumford & Sons will do well but, as said, they're popularity/sales seem to be declining, and I can see Michael Buble having better promo in the run up to Christmas rather than pre-release and will probably stand a better chance at #1 after its debut week.

It’s definitely between Little Mix and Buble.

Think Buble might just edge it.

In regards to Little Mix, I think, despite mixed reviews on 'Woman Like Me', they'll achieve their highest debut sales yet but probably less overall sales than Glory Days.

I would have said M&S but this era seems to be a total hype vacuum for them. Buble will get the Q4 moms sales but I think Little Mix have enough of a fan base to prop them above Buble.

Think at this point it'll be:
1. Little Mix
2. Michael Buble
3. Mumford & Sons

I think all 3 could end between 90 - 100k so it could be very close!

The Greatest Showman will return to number 1 again after people start buying it for XMas presents.

Little Mix should easily be getting the #1 here, there's a chance Bublé could overtake them in the lead up to christmas but too early to say

Little Mix have the #1 for sure, M&S and Buble will be close but M&S will be just ahead of Buble (who will sell better over Christmas and have higher overall sales even if it’s only a #3 peak)

I can't call it between Mumford & Sons and Little Mix here, my head says Little Mix should edge it but I'm thinking they're about level.

Bublé will trounce both though either way.

Worth noting that Little Mix have three editions of their album available which the hardcore fans will probably buy all of. I think their previous albums just had two editions available.

I think LM will get it

They’ll go hard with promo that week and they are a force in the UK

They’re already charting quite high on the amazon chart after only half a day of preorders.

Well the form book suggests Mumford & Sons so that's who I'd be putting my proverbial money on.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Little Mix charted third to be honest, it’s going to be extremely close.

I'm pretty sure it will be counted as a compilation, like the Elton John covers album earlier this year.
