God this song is such a TRIUMPH. SBS really have taken to Eurovision like a duck to water. I still stand by Queen Jess, but the decision to pull Kate MH into a national final and give her a blank canvas to just be her. Inspired.

This will either win or fail to get out of the semi's and I love that they're taking that risk. We need to stop concentrating on finding a song that sounds like it will do well at Eurovision and just send the best song and best artist we can convince to take the job.

I got a question about Australia in general: Do they pay to be in Eurovision?

I'm not sure about my knowledge, so please enlighten me: Every member of the EBU (including Israel) is a paying member, so every country pays for Eurovision. Australia was a special guest once, it was invited again and again and again... What now? Still invited and not paying? Who would pay if Australia should win?

If they win, SBS hosts (and thus pays) but they have to have it in somewhere in the EBU,

I'm saying this having only heard a tiny fraction of Eurovision entries, but this is the best Eurovision entry ever right.
