Assuming money for liscencing/rights was no object (although they could afford 'Shake It Off' in AS2 so assume they're able to afford the big names) what are some of the songs that cshould/could be used as great Lip Sync For Your Life songs? They usually do their best to include a mix of different eras/genres so remember that it's probably not going to be a season of 12 recent uptempo pop songs.
