God knows how or why Perfect Duet is still #1 when ALL of the Lemonade songs, Before I Let Go and even Halo have been streamed more than it in the past two weeks?! Great numbers for Lemonade already though, the only other comparison that I could think of for songs/albums withheld from Spotify was 1989 and the top three songs from that are all well over 100,000,000 now, just under 24 months after they were re-added, so I'm sure the top three from Lemonade at least will pick up the same sorts of numbers eventually, especially given that they're all over Spotify's playlists now
