Are they any songs that you think, 'Wow this really could've been a great entry in the contest'. Could be for the UK or whoever. And I don't mean like 'Busy Doin' Nothin' or the sort, songs that have no connection to the contest.
I've always thought Gabriella Cilmi's 'On A Mission' would've been a brilliant entry for us in 2010. |

Ooooh good question and one I have never considered an answer before (I lied about the second part..).
I would put Freemasons "Believer" - hooky, big vocal and a bit camp. Would not win the show but very likely win the OGAE prize! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8oJevymxSg |

Katie Melua - The Flood Thank goodness that Katie Taylor is no longer in charge of our entries! Ooooh good question and one I have never considered an answer before (I lied about the second part..). I would put Freemasons "Believer" - hooky, big vocal and a bit camp. Would not win the show but very likely win the OGAE prize! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8oJevymxSg It's reminding me ever so slightly of 'Angel si ti' by Miro! |

Same Difference 'Karma Karma' would've been the best entry we've had in YEARS!

I remember when this came out around 07/08 that it would've made a good Eurovision song. And would've done at least slightly better than 'Even If' in the contest.
