Other than that we've got all the big cycling tours later in the year to look forward to as per usual.

Catlin won three straight team pursuit world titles on the track from 2016 to 2018, claiming silver in the same event at the Rio 2016 Games. Unfortunately it has been confirmed, by family that she took her own life

They believe she took her own life as a consequence of two accidents. Again this is just awful to hear.

Deignan, 30, has been out of competition for more than a year and gave birth to Orla in September 2018. The Amstel Gold Race - part of the UCI Women's World Tour - takes place in Limburg, the Netherlands.

The 27-year-old covered 55.089km at the Bicentenario velodrome in Mexico - 563m more than British rider Wiggins managed in London 2015. Campenaerts picked the Aguascalientes venue because of its altitude of 1,800m.

Geoghegan Hart, 24, edged out Alexander Aranburu of Spain and Switzerland's Roland Thalmann at the end of the 144km ride around Kufstein in Austria.
