Welcome to the Little Mix: World Cup Game!

Firstly I'd like to thanks Tafty and the other LM Forum mods for allowing me to attempt game. I hope that you all enjoy it and that this gets a good turnout in participation.

How this will work is that all 29 of Little Mix's singles have been split up in to 8 groups of 4 (Groups A through to H). All singles have been seeded in sales order as the most recent Sales thread acting as the guides.

How a group looks:
Group A
1 - Highest selling single (Shout Out To My Ex)
2 - 16th highest selling single (Cannonball)
3 - 17th highest selling single (Break Up Song)
4 - 32nd highest selling single (Wasabi - Non Single Qualifier)

Group B
1 - 2nd highest selling single (Black Magic)
2 - 15th highest selling single (Salute)
3 - 18th highest selling single (DNA)
4 - 31st highest selling single (Love Me Or Leave Me - Non Single Qualifier)

As there are only 29 singles I've selected the THREE highest selling albums tracks in sales order to fill the final three places, they are. Oops, Love Me Or Leave Me and Wasabi.

How This works:
Stage 1 will consist of 3 Head-to-Head rounds where the four songs in each group will play each other for your vote. It'll look something like this:

Round 1
Shout Out To My Ex v Wasabi
Cannonball v Break Up Song

Round 2
Shout Out To Me Ex v Cannonball
Break Up Song v Wasabi

Round 3
Shout Out To MY Ex v Break Up Song
Cannonball v Wasabi

All Three rounds will take place separately, however all 8 Groups will compete at the same time.

How to vote?
When the round beings and the fixtures are posted in the thread simply post the name of the song you'd like to vote for, alternatively you could copy and paste the fixture and bold the song of your choice.

The Following Rounds
Once Stage 1 is complete and all three songs have faced off with the other songs in there group then the Top 2 from each group will progress to the 'Round of 16'. This will be a simple Knockout Stage where the 8 winners will progress. The final 8 will then play off in Knockout votes for a place in the Final 4. The two winners of that will meet in 'The Final' whilst the losers will fall into the '3rd Place Vote Off'.

A Few Things
- I will update the standings at the end of each round with results.
- Songs will be ranked on number of wins with total votes acting as a tie breaker. *If wins and total votes are the same then the winner of the Head 2 Head will take the higher placing.
- I will open a new thread for each round but also keep this one for Standings updates and a place for any general conversation.

I am aiming to start this late next week, maybe June 24 or 25.
