I've only just started watching this but OMFG WHAT WAS I MISSING?!

Seriously addicted now. I'm still on season one but I'm getting a little bit obsessed. So damn good.

Now to get you into 30 Rock, Parks and Recreation and Fringe!

I'm yet to watch s06e02 as I prefer to wait until the season is over airing and then watch the whole thing <3

Only just saw this post. You must have started watching it at the same time as I was! I have finished Season 1 now (which I'm guessing you have by now too) and seen the first two episodes of Season 2. (I'm falling spectacularly behind!) It's so, so good. Will probably comment in this thread next when I have caught up and started season 6 or something.

Catching up now with the last season. I love how a season usually goes - starts off a bit slow, gets more and more intense with each episode!

Also, renewed for TWO more seasons! wub.gif

It's insane how many stuff I predicted correctly in this season.

Like that last scene. I KNEW THAT! Also that lamb thing, Angel being kidnapped were all so obvious.

I wish I hadn't seen this season until the start of the next one! Seriously, people, if you're about to start season 6 - DON'T. Wait until the next one. SUCH A CLIFFHANGER.

And OMG I was SHAKING the seconds before that scene with gas.

OMG best season yet probably.

Didn't like this religious crap, but they kind of needed it at some point for Dexter's journey. I hope they won't touch it further though.

OK. So Season 2 is outstanding! Seriously in love with this show. Everything about it. My mate is lending me Season 3 on Tuesday, but I can't wait so I'm starting it now! But I heard Season 4 is the best of the first 5, however I just want to fly through them and get to Season 6. I'm straying away from spoilers and everything! Although I stupidly read the back of the Season 5 DVD case (WHAT WAS I THINKING?!) so I know what happens to Rita.............. at the end of Season 4 nocheer.gif

(I didn't know whether to spoil that or not, but I guess I can't be the only one so far behind so decided too just in case anyone thought about starting to watch it themselves)

I read a spoiler about what happens at the end of season 4 myself before I saw the season. sad.gif

And wait until you get to the end of season 6. It will blow your mind.

Just finished season 4 and WOWZERS. Seriously amazing stuff from EVERYONE involved for that season! Absolutely HEARTBREAKING about Rita though! (Although I knew it was happening - due to reading the fucking DVD case like an idiot!) I still cried though! Season 5 & 6 have so much to live up to now though. I can't get over how good that season is. Definitely some of the best TV I've seen in a long, LONG time.

be warned Season 5 is pretty slow starting. Season 6 certainly lives up to season 4 though, best 2 seasons imo.

Returns 30th September! biggrin.gif

Only took me a month or so to finish Season 5 nocheer.gif (Should have taken about 3 days at least! laugh.gif) Talk about being a slow burner! The first 4 or 5 episode are bleh. But then it gets going and shows why 'Dexter' is easily one of the greatest shows ever made, imo. They get the tension and suspense, as well as everything else, spot on. Looking forward to Season 6. Definitely be streaming it. Can't be bothered to wait for the DVD.

5 Episodes into Season 6 already and I'm LOVING it! The end of Episode 4 with "The Angel of Death" or whatever was fantastic! I really love it when they actually put thought into these crimes and stuff. There's a reason why Seasons 1, 2 & 4 stick out from the rest and that's because they took a lot of thought and research and weren't just thrown together for the sake of just making a new Dexter season. This is already up there with number 2 for me, not quite 4 standard, yet. But I can't get the angel of death scene out of my head. Incredible stuff.

You couldn't have been more accurate! My mind is... WOW! There literally are NO words apart from Season 7, just better hurry the FUCK UP! I need to know how they're going to capitalise on that ending! I have every faith in the creators that they won't take the easy way out and that they will actually make it interesting!

Season 6 is released today on DVD. biggrin.gif

I want (and NEED) Season 7 to start, like, now though! Did anyone see the promo for Season 7 that was released a few weeks ago? Doesn't give anything away, but I'm still ridiculously excited!
