She is known for her portrayal of Mattie Ross in the 2010 film True Grit, for which she was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress, the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role, and the BAFTA Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role. She also played Petra Arkanian in the 2013 sci-fi film Ender's Game. In 2015, she played Emily Junk in the musical comedy Pitch Perfect 2.

Tinashe Jorgenson Kachingwe (born February 6, 1993), known professionally as Tinashe, is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer, actress and former model. She began her entertainment career at the age of 3 when she began modeling and acting. Patrick Chukwuemeka Okogwu (born 7 November 1988), better known by his stage name Tinie Tempah, is an English rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. He has been signed to Parlophone Records since 2009, a subsidiary of Warner Music Group. He created his own record and fashion label Disturbing London (DL Records) in 2007 along with his cousin, Dumi Oburota.
After releasing a couple of mixtapes, he released his long-awaited debut album, Disc-Overy, in October 2010. Marc Kinchen (born August 3), known by his stage name MK, is an American DJ & music producer of house music. He hit No. 1 on the US Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in 1993 and 1994 with the songs "Always" and "Love Changes. " Lead vocals on both of those tracks were performed by Alana Simon (songs were credited to MK featuring Alana). The combo also recorded the underground house music classic anthem "Burning." "Always" peaked at No. 69 in the UK Singles Chart in February 1995. MK also hit the dance chart with "4 You," using the pseudonym 4th Measure Men.
In November 2013, his remix of Storm Queen's song "Look Right Through" was released on Defected Records/Warner Music and reached number-one on the UK Singles Chart.
Aside from his own career as a recording artist, he is also known for the remixes he produced for other artists, such as Celine Dion's single "Misled", which became the first (and only) No. 1 Billboard Dance/Club Play hit of Dion's career. His remixes of Betty Boo's single "Thing Goin' On" brought the song to No. 5 on the same chart. His remixes of "The Message" by Sofia Shinas reached No. 20 on the Dance/Club Play chart. He also produced the remixes of Jody Watley's single "Your Love Keeps Working On Me", which reached No. 2 on that chart. Latest remixes and productions include Lana Del Rey, Dev, Enrique Iglesias, Sky Ferreira, Ellie Goulding, Jamie Jones, Lee Foss, and Tricky.
Kinchen is responsible for the iconic remix of the Nightcrawlers' record "Push the Feeling On," which was used almost twenty years later as the basis of Pitbull's global hit record "Hotel Room Service." The remix was successful internationally, becoming a major No. 3 UK hit. He is best known for his 2015 debut single "Easy Love", which samples "ABC" by the Jackson 5. It debuted at number 71 on the UK Singles Chart on 4 September 2015 and jumped to number one the next week. His follow-up single, "Sweet Lovin'", reached number 3 in the UK Singles Chart. Oliver Stanley "Olly" Murs (born 14 May 1984) is an English singer-songwriter, television presenter and actor. He rose to fame after finishing as the runner-up in the sixth series of The X Factor in 2009. He is currently signed to Epic Records in the United Kingdom, Columbia Records in the United States, and Syco Music.
In 2010, Murs released his debut single "Please Don't Let Me Go", which debuted at number one on the UK Singles Charts and received a Gold certification by the BPI. It was Murs' first number one single after "You Are Not Alone" with the other series 6 finalists. His second single from debut album "Thinking of Me" charted at number four on the UK Singles Charts and received a Silver certification by the BPI. "Heart Skips a Beat" was his second number-one single. Murs' second single from his next album In Case You Didn't Know, "Dance with Me Tonight", became his third to reach number one.
In November 2010, Murs released his self-titled debut album, Olly Murs, which entered the UK Albums Chart at number two, with the biggest week one album sales for a debut album in 2010, with over 108,000 albums sold. The album went on to sell over 600,000 copies, and was certified double platinum by the BPI. A talented Swedish vocalist and songwriter with a penchant for crafting soulful electro-pop that falls somewhere between Rihanna, Lorde, and Robyn, Zara Maria Larsson first caught the public's eyes and ears in 2008 as the winner of the popular Swedish talent show Talang Sverige (the regional version of Got Talent). France's David Guetta belongs to the sparkling wave of DJs who combine Daft Punk's sleek house music with a pinch of electroclash's punch. Guetta had been DJ'ing around France playing popular tunes, but his brain was particularly rewired in 1987 when he heard a Farley Jackmaster Funk track on French radio. He taped the track, brought a copy to a gig, and promptly cleared the floor with it during one of his own sets. Things loosened up a year later when acid house came to France and Guetta successfully promoted his own club nights. It was during one of those nights in 1992 that he met Robert Owens, a Chicago-based house legend who was touring across Europe at the time. Guetta played Owens some of his own tracks, and Owens picked one he liked enough to sing over. The result was "Up and Away," a minor hit that lurked in garage DJ crates for the next four years. Guetta's carefree attitude -- that he only produces good music while he's having casual fun -- kept the DJ from releasing anything until 2001's "Just a Little More Love." The track featured American gospel singer Chris Willis, who met Guetta while on vacation in France. Another slow burner, "Just a Little More Love," kept popping up in sets for the next two years, first in an electro version and later in a pumped-up Wally Lopez remix. During this time, Guetta snuck out a bootleg remix of David Bowie's "Heroes," retitled "Just for One Day." Bowie gave the go-ahead to release the track officially, and Guetta soon had a massive hit on his hands. Guetta featured the liberated boot on his first mix CD, f*** Me I'm Famous, named after Guetta's successful Ibiza-based party. The fun-loving slacker DJ finally got around to releasing a collection of his own productions in 2004, Just a Little More Love on Astralwerks. Guetta Blaster arrived that same year, followed by Poplife in 2007. Chris Willis sang lead vocals on the latter album, which spun off multiple dance singles in multiple countries. f*** Me I'm Famous: International, Vol. 2 was then released in July 2008, giving listeners a taste of the stylish sounds that orchestrated Guetta's summer club events in Ibiza. A year later he released One Love, a platinum-selling album featuring the singles "When Love Takes Over" with Kelly Rowland, "Sexy Bitch" with Akon, and "Gettin' Over" with Chris Willis. In 2010, Guetta received five nominations at the 52nd Grammy Awards, two of them related to the One Love album and the other three for his work on the Black Eyed Peas' massive worldwide hit "I Gotta Feeling." That same year, One Love was reissued as One More Love, featuring a bonus disc of remixes and new tracks. A superstar guest list -- featuring Akon, Lil Wayne, Flo Rida, Usher, Chris Brown, and others -- would figure into his 2011 release, Nothing But the Beat, but this time the DJ's songwriting was inspired by dramatic rock bands like Coldplay. In 2014, Guetta released three singles on his own Jack Back label, all of which were rounded up on that year's Lovers on the Sun EP. Later that year Guetta released his sixth studio album, Listen. Perhaps as a reaction to inadvertently finding himself a sort of unofficial godfather to the burgeoning EDM movement, the album saw him branching out of his electro-house comfort zone, experimenting with elements of hip-hop, alternative rock, R&B, and acoustic instrumentation, and featuring guest artists as diverse as Nicki Minaj, Emeli Sandé, Sia, the Script, and Ladysmith Black Mambazo. William Sami Etienne Grigahcine, (better known by his stage name DJ Snake), is a French DJ, record producer and rapper who mixes hip hop and electronic dance music.
DJ Snake is a Grammy-nominated producer and artist who debuted into the international scene with singles "Bird Machine" and "Turn Down for What" in 2013. "Bird Machine" is a collaboration with fellow French act Alesia. The single was picked up by Mad Decent, a Los Angeles-based record label run by Diplo, and released in February 2013. In June 2013, DJ Snake was invited by Diplo to do a live mix on his radio show, "Diplo & Friends", which airs on BBC Radio 1.

Fifth Harmony is an American five-piece girl group formed on the second season of the The X Factor USA in July 2012. Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson (born October 25, 1984), known professionally as Katy Perry, is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. After singing in church during her childhood, she pursued a career in gospel music as a teenager. Perry signed with Red Hill Records and released her debut studio album Katy Hudson under her birth name in 2001, which was commercially unsuccessful. Aubrey Drake Graham (born October 24, 1986) is a Canadian rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, and actor from Toronto, Ontario. Drake initially gained recognition as an actor on the teen drama series Degrassi: The Next Generation in the early 2000s. Intent on pursuing a solo career as a rapper, he departed the series in 2007 following the release of his debut mixtape Room for Improvement. He would go onto release two further independent projects, before signing to Lil Wayne's Young Money Entertainment in June 2009.
Drake would release his debut studio album, Thank Me Later, in 2010 to critical and commercial success. Thank Me Later would debut at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200 and was soon certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). His next two releases, 2011's Take Care and 2013's Nothing Was the Same, were worldwide successes, with each being certified platinum in U.S. sales, and the former earning him his first Grammy Award for Best Rap Album. They were followed by two mixtapes, with the trap influenced If You're Reading This It's Too Late, and a collaboration with Future for What a Time to Be Alive, in 2015. Each mixtape saw widespread commercial success, with the former being certified double platinum in the U.S., as well as to rave critical reception. Drake would release his fourth album, Views, in 2016, breaking numerous chart records in the process. Views sat atop the Billboard 200 for ten nonconsecutive weeks, becoming the first album by a solo male to remain at number one the longest in over 10 years. It also saw Drake leading the Billboard Hot 100 and the Billboard 200 simultaneously for eight weeks, breaking the previous record of seven held by both Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston. Coldplay are a British rock band formed in 1996 by lead vocalist and pianist Chris Martin and lead guitarist Jonny Buckland at University College London (UCL). Ariana Grande-Butera (born June 26, 1993), known professionally as Ariana Grande (/ˌɑːriˈɑːnə ˈɡrɑːndeɪ/), is an American singer and actress. She began her career in the Broadway musical 13, before landing the role of Cat Valentine on the Nickelodeon television series Victorious in 2009. The show ended after four seasons, and Grande starred on the spinoff, Sam & Cat, which ended in 2014. She has also appeared in other theatre, television and film roles, and has lent her voice to animated television and films.
Grande's music career began with the soundtrack Music from Victorious (2011). She signed a recording contract with Republic Records and released her debut studio album, Yours Truly in 2013, which debuted at No. 1 on the US Billboard 200. The album's lead single, "The Way", debuted in the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100, with critics comparing her wide vocal range to Mariah Carey's range.
Grande's second studio album, My Everything (2014), debuted at No. 1 in the US and charted well in various other countries. Aubrey Drake Graham (born October 24, 1986) is a Canadian rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, and actor from Toronto, Ontario. Drake initially gained recognition as an actor on the teen drama series Degrassi: The Next Generation in the early 2000s. Biography
Aubrey Drake Graham (born October 24, 1986) is a Canadian rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, and actor from Toronto, Ontario. Drake initially gained recognition as an actor on the teen drama series Degrassi: The Next Generation in the early 2000s. Intent on pursuing a solo career as a rapper, he departed the series in 2007 following the release of his debut mixtape Room for Improvement. He would go onto release two further independent projects, before signing to Lil Wayne's Young Money Entertainment in June 2009.
Drake would release his debut studio album, Thank Me Later, in 2010 to critical and commercial success. Thank Me Later would debut at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200 and was soon certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). His next two releases, 2011's Take Care and 2013's Nothing Was the Same, were worldwide successes, with each being certified platinum in U.S. sales, and the former earning him his first Grammy Award for Best Rap Album. They were followed by two mixtapes, with the trap influenced If You're Reading This It's Too Late, and a collaboration with Future for What a Time to Be Alive, in 2015. Each mixtape saw widespread commercial success, with the former being certified double platinum in the U.S., as well as to rave critical reception. Drake would release his fourth album, Views, in 2016, breaking numerous chart records in the process. Views sat atop the Billboard 200 for ten nonconsecutive weeks, becoming the first album by a solo male to remain at number one the longest in over 10 years. Cher Lloyd (born 28 July 1993) is an English singer, songwriter, rapper, and model. She rose to fame in 2010 when she finished fourth in the seventh series of The X Factor. Following the seventh series finale, she was signed to Syco Music.

Stale as 3 month old chocolate cake the current climate of the charts. We'll ner get the days where 13 new entries entered the Top40. Not even Katy Perry although due to no streaming could stop Drake. 'One Dance' isn't even his defining song. Again I wish it could have been 'Take Care' or 'Hold On.....We're Going Home having that run. For urban and R&B fans which song do you wish had this run that Drake has had?
It is a sad slight to see in the charts with no movement in the Top10 and also so many songs charting lower thanks to streaming. Sorry but streaming in the UK charts does piss me off.
However it is here to stay and there is nothing we can do about it.

Just from peeking through the chart as it stands now, Cheap Thrills is on 23 weeks. Alan Walker Faded, Hymn for the Weekend and I Took A Pill in Ibiza are all on 25 weeks. Cake by the Ocean is on 22 and Work From Home 21. Zara Larsson Lush Life is on 29 weeks. Before they dropped out this week, Major Lazer Light it Up was on 33, Rihanna Work on 25, Lukas Graham 7 Years on 25, and Jonas Blue Fast Car on 26. Justin Bieber's three from last year probably would be up there for sticking around in the chart throughout a lot of the weeks this year as well.
In terms of the wider Top 100, Lean On is in its 73rd week and Uptown Funk on its 77th. Ed Sheeran Thinking Out Loud is on week 98, Sia Chandelier is in its 99th week, and The Killers' When You Were Young shows up as being in its 130th week in the Top 100.

I have complained to the BBC, not that it will make a blind bit of difference but it's better to vent sometimes!
About the Summer mix. Greg James recapping last week's top 4 and blundering so badly he actually revealed this week's top 4. Less and less time and enthusiasm being devoted to the chart. Friday's show had a distinct whiff of "It's such a pity we have to do the chart" about it. Absolutely needless to play 15 minutes of summer sh!t at the expense of playing five tracks in full, especially when they have Dance Anthems on later anyway.
If anyone is interested in the response I get from the BBC, I will post it!

I do agree though I feel it has often been the nature of the charts (especially on the albums side) where it's the fandom gained from the older, perhaps better tracks that allows the artist to chart better later on. And then for what it's worth, I'd argue that "(Everything I Do) I Do It For You" isn't Bryan Adams' most popular song nowadays, so it's no new phenomenon.

In terms of the wider Top 100, Lean On is in its 73rd week and Uptown Funk on its 77th. Ed Sheeran Thinking Out Loud is on week 98, Sia Chandelier is in its 99th week, and The Killers' When You Were Young shows up as being in its 130th week in the Top 100.

Why has Jess Glynn returned to the top 10 - low sales?
Beyonces out of the top 10 after 12 straight weeks. Queen released some amount of albums in the 70s didn't they!

Just like Bad was bigger than Thriller and Thriller was bigger than Off the Wall in sales and MJ got his biggest hit with Earth Song (of all his perfect hits), One Dance isn't necessarily the artistic peak of Drake but it's probably the commercial peak.
