Something like an R&B and Urban track of the week based on what’s up-and-coming / popular / new would be cool to have 
Kind of like a “What’s Hot” segment or something, like the recommendations but mostly mod-run & active 
I don’t follow urban music half as much as I do dance or pop so a quick recap of what’s exciting in the urban world each week would be very appreciated 
Other than that (which is a lazy suggestion) the forum is run well

How about a song contest for this forum? Difficult to gauge how popular it would be but we ran an inaugural one in the Dance Forum last year and it turned out to be a decent success. Feels right for all 4 genre forums to have one of sorts plus I have a whole host of songs suitable for something like this that I'd never send to BJSC.

A suggestion, an actual R&B or urban song made by members of the R&B and urban forum? 
I do wonder can ML Hammer rap?
More tangible though, that song contest, that would be a great idea! You could have different themes based on sub genres too like in the dance forum song contest!

OK ML thats disappointing, maybe you can sing though?
Anyway, I am looking forward to an R&B and urban contest. Hoping the theme is UK Garage of course as it is my favourite urban genre (it does count as urban as well as dance), grime would be good too though!

Urban Songs of the 00s. Not necessary a rate but have people say what their favourites from that decade were and why.
