That ROM announcement on 18th and release on 22nd seems probable though. But those promo singles, nah, it'd be CRAZY to lose album streams just because songs are released in advance just for servicing the fans.

Blackpink and Ariana are big assets for her album streaming figures - they MUST NOT give the streams away beforehand.
