Wow, thanks so much everyone for the points so far! This has been one I've been sitting on for a long time, I never really got into their other songs from BJSC, but I was really into the synthy sound of this and One from the same album, this was a perfect opportunity to send them.

Okay I should have guessed that Jordan sent Hey Monday, it was a top 40 on US radio during my freshman year of high school! 
Thanks so much for the support for City Of Angels, kinda found it on a binge but had been holding off on sending it since it was too soon after BJSC and this was the only other place it felt right in

I now feel quite guilty not sending this to BJSC but then I might not have got my first badge in the forum and likewise a great YONAKA banger again hehe

2nd...never been there before! (I think that completes me getting one in every genre contest along with BJSC now though *_), tbh I've had a winner here and I never expected to do this well with this, I'm just pleased I got to send this and so many liked it, thank you all very much <3 (I also now have all the podium positions in this contest I'm a secret pop fan clearly x)
Great winner, I thought it seemed a likely one, and really good to see a new participant here winning, congrats to uhsting! All of my top 3 finished top 10 so not much to complain about (though a shame VERO dropped quite a bit, I didn't notice)

Very nice result, thank you to all who gave me points, I've been sitting on that one for a little while and it felt so pop-rock to me. Excellent winner to top off a rather good contest all around, well done Uhsting, it stood out so much, and love that The Birthday Massacre did so well, long-time fave that's never let me down yet.

Sorry that I completely missed watching this live, forgot it was happening last night oops!
I predicted very early on in the SyncTube listenthrough that Lilith Czar could be the winner, it just immediately had that vibe to me - and happy to see it did because it was an easy standout! Congrats to uhsting (nice to see you having better fortunes in a song contest for once!) Also... Chez coming 2nd
Wonderful to see VERO making the top 10 as well (thanks for that discovery Addy, I am always here for more post-punk adjacent music being sent to these contests ) as well as Lucia & The Best Boys (although them being denied a top 5 result again xx) and a shockingly actually good song from Echosmith who I've not enjoyed anything from before this song, a few more from my votes are up there as well!
To be honest I was kinda expecting Cherry Glazerr to do a little bit better than 14th here but at the end of the day it's still one of my best results in this contest (and certainly a hell of a lot better than coming 42nd last time lmao) so I shouldn't complain thanks to those who did vote for it anyway and thanks Lindsey for running this, really enjoyed listening to the songs even though I missed out on following the results.
