BuzzJack Platinum Member Joined: 4 April 2015 Posts: 7,829 User: 21,725	What is your favourite year of the iTunes chart? my favourite year for the iTunes chart was 2012 because of there being many new releases each week and a lot of big name releases in particular. Also most songs had to climb from the bottom of the chart upwards because pre-orders went into the iTunes Album Chart for most singles so it made the chart feel very competitive. May in particular was amazing with Agnes' Release Me going to #1 on iTunes and Alexander Rybak's Fairytale shocking everyone by going top five. Plus iTunes had such a more notably major impact on the chart as physicals continued to die at a quick rate. So following iTunes was the first indication of where the big hits were coming from next.
