I think last week after winning the league and after the Leicester game his interview sounded like he was leaving, he will be missed in the dressing room no doubt!

I don't think you can overstate losing somebody like Kompany from the dressing room. The one thing City haven't had to deal with this year really is trying to have calm heads when they were 1-0 down. The only game I can think of is the FA Cup tie with Swansea. Must say I am surprised they didn't offer him a new one year contract. Mind you, the best managers always try and get rid of players before they overstay their welcome.

The Telegraph now linking Sean Longstaff to Man Utd. Quite a reputable source.
No idea what to make of it, surely he’s going to cost at least £20m. I’ve seen bits of him and he’s impressed but seems strange Man Utd would go for him with only a handful of Premier League appearances to his name. |
