With Melissa Steel now officially credited on 'I Loved You' (I assumed she would be added after she was on SoundCloud/YouTube) it looks like she's in with a good chance of getting a fourth top 40 hit within 20 weeks ohmy.gif Stealth slayage.

Idina not getting anywhere near as big a boost as you'd expect. Can't see it re-entering the top 40.

Interesting that the highest placed X Factor performance has been by a different act each week (Lauren in week 1, Jay in week 2 and Stereo Kicks in week 3). Lauren of course being the most consistently successful with Andrea just behind her which suggests they are the most popular artists while Jay's 'I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)' and Stereo Kicks' 'Let It Be / Hey Jude' are/were more popular for the song choice.

I was really hoping the fact she explicitly stated it's a take on Demi Lovato's version would lessen the boost Idina would get, but it looks like she won't re-enter the top 40 this time anyway. Phew!

I'm so unbelievably happy/excited for The Veronicas and their pre-order, can't wait for that to be released and return them to thoroughly deserved chart success. ;wub:
