I can imagine this being quite good. Lots of Perrie and Jesy adlibs all over the song.

I can see this being a more Leigh-Anne song tbh!

I was listening to 'Move' again earlier and it bizarrely reminds me of this song. So I can definitely imagine it working for them, whether it actually does or not, remains to be heard!

They should make one of the album tracks a b-side.

The Word up song Top 3.
1. Cameo's Version (#3 in 1986) 310,000 2. Gun's Version (#8 in 1994) 107,000 3. Mel G's Version (#14 in 1999) 76,996 Estimated sales figures, may be different, feel free to correct. |

I love this song and the Mel G version. I really hope they smash it with this and it doesn't affect their album campaign. I've not been a HUGE fan of charity covers for comic / sport relief for quite a few years - so I don't hold out too much hope.

Ooh! Wasn't expecting it to premiere so soon. I hope this succeeds and is a good remake but I'm really not feeling it as I don't like the song at all

MEH.
I'm disappointed that they've potentially ruined the Salute momentum by doing this. I would have preferred them promoting the album rather than promoting a sports relief single. |

I like it, love the accapella start and the break down in the middle-8. Hopefully we get really lively performances and video for this. I can understand why people might be a bit meh when they have amazing uptempos on Salute (as more sport relief singles are original it's a shame they didn't just use their own song), but it will gain them some attention and get a guaranteed hit that also has the plus of doing good for people around the world so it's not a bad thing, plus I personally like the song and their version so I'm quite happy atm.
For me now: 1. Move 2. Wings 3. DNA 4. Word Up 5. How Ya Doin'? 6. Little Me 7. Change Your Life 8. Cannonball So yeah I quite like it. I hope the video sells it so much more. I always thought the lyrics to the song was 'quick march' not 'quick mama' though... whoops. |

I really like it, it's so fun and brimming with personality!
Granted, it's not quite Competition or Nothing Feels Like You as an uptempo single choice but I'm impressed! |
