It appears the Tune of The Weekend is Karen Harding and Digital Farm Animals - Undo My Heart. So far Matt and Jordan have both played it. Yeah it’s definitely not Miley for the 4th week odd that they’ve not updated it at all. I’m here for Karen getting some more exposure; they’ve given it some spot plays already |

His new single Diamonds coming in 10 days... And it's really upbeat and great. So I doubt MO is a single. Well it's definitely a single because R1 wouldn't have playlisted it if it wasn't. It just didn't do very well. Yeah it’s definitely not Miley for the 4th week odd that they’ve not updated it at all. I’m here for Karen getting some more exposure; they’ve given it some spot plays already I'm definitely here for R1 supporting 'Undo My Heart', it's a smash waiting to happen! |

If Ice Cream is being pushed this heavily by R1, does that mean that How You Like That wasn’t a proper single? Because that was a much superior song to this and did better commercially.
Surprised that WAP is still stuck on the B List. Maybe even with the clean edit they still don’t think it’s appropriate for the A List. There’s a few songs that really need taking off the A List to be honest. I think Anne-Marie, Joel Corry and Billie Eilish all need to go next week and potentially WAP, Take You Dancing and Mood all moved up to the A List. Very pleased about London Grammar and hopefully Bastille and The Vamps get added in the next few weeks. Does anyone know if this is the first BTS song to get onto the B List? I know a few have been playlisted but not sure if any have moved beyond the C List - maybe Boy With Luv? |

Yay for the adds for 24kGoldn and London Grammar + Everything Everything being moved up to B BLACKPINK and Nines are both pretty solid adds for me too and the Burna Boy song is decent (I do prefer the track with Chris Martin over this one though).
R1 are really being uncharacteristically slow in playlisting Biffy Clyro this time |

Sad to see ‘Mozambique’ removed so soon!
If the JC Stewart song was released under Harry Styles name it would be a huge top 20 hit right now! |

'Boy With Luv' and 'Make It Right' were both B-listed, 'IDOL' and 'ON' were only C-listed. R1 are really being uncharacteristically slow in playlisting Biffy Clyro this time Not sure about "uncharacteristically" slow - 'Tiny Indoor Fireworks' was out for 4 weeks before R1 playlisted it. Also, has 'Space' actually been confirmed as the next official single? |

Radio X are playing Space and they don’t usually bother with album tracks do they?

It also already has a music video.
'Tiny Indoor Fireworks' iirc was originally just a promo single (its music video came a few weeks after its release as well). Maybe the impact date of 'Space' is later than it seems but I really thought R1 would have playlisted it this week regardless. |

Yeah, their insistence on sticking to impact dates seems like such a dated concept!

I’ve said this for years since OAOS came in and even downloads, they should have more flexibility!
