Cardi B & Megan Thee Stallion look set for a second week at #1 with WAP, with 24kGoldn's fast-rising Mood now moving into contention. Sigala & James Arthur's Lasting Lover is a potential new entry, plus big new releases from Bring Me The Horizon & YUNGBLUD with Obey and SZA feat. Ty Dolla $ign with Hit Different

In the albums chart, The Rolling Stones' 2020 Deluxe version of Goats Head Soup might return it to #1, while Declan McKenna's sophomore album Zeros is among the other significant releases, including 6ix9ine's TattleTales, Big Sean's Detroit 2 and Hurts' fifth album Faith

Breakdown of the week
- Saturday: Some information may be posted on social media but it is likely to be missing most streaming data and is unrepresentative.
- Sunday: Official First Look Chart on Radio 1 from 6-7pm. Please do not post spoilers on the forum in advance as this ruins the countdown for any listeners.
- Monday: OCC Top 100 from 5:45pm
- Tuesday: Top 40 update as and when we receive them with requests, this is NOT 100% guaranteed however. The OCC may publish sales flashes of their own accord but likewise, this is not guaranteed. Twitter and social media is your friend for today. Please post any information you find with a source. Do not nag for updates, we will post a top 40 update if we receive one.
- Wednesday: Top 40 update from Music Week from 5:45, and potential top 5 sales but this is not guaranteed.
- Thursday: See Tuesday.

Other notes (please read)
- You may make requests Tuesday to Thursday but outside the top 40, specific positions will not be revealed (unless deemed necessary by a mod).
- Please do not demand a midweek update, one will be posted as and when we receive the information. Patience is a virtue.
- Sales information will be given out as deemed necessary by a moderator, please bear this in mind when making requests. Most requests for sales will be ignored. Any chart requests between No. 41 to 100 will not be answered after Monday's update.
- To keep everyone in the loop of all chart action, please refer to the iTunes and Spotify threads.

How well do we think Declan's gonna do? I'm guessing #1 is out of reach for him but hopefully Top 5 isn't. His last album opened at #11 IIRC but he's definitely grown in popularity since then and there seems to be a lot of hype for this twice-delayed album.

think Midnight Sky and Looking for Me might go low top 10
I guess the Rolling re-issue will be #1

The Rolling Stones album is only predicted to do 20k in the US which is pretty low, do you think that will translate to low sales in the UK?

Will be an interesting one with so many songs on ACR and new releases apparently not doing that much; sales are likely to be lower than usual through much of the chart.
I think:
1 WAP
2 Mood
3 Lighter
4 AID
5 / 6 H&H / Mood Swings (the former likely to be well ahead early in the week but MS will do its usual late surge).
7 - 10 Greece, LNCL, Looking for me and possibly either Take you Dancing or Midnight Sky.
11 - 20 should include climbs for Tick Tock, YBMF, Holiday and Heather. Fake Friends could finally get there just by attrition if it does similar numbers to last week.
21 - 30 will likely be mostly ACR songs, including those newly on ACR and old ones re-bounding. Hallucinate could sneak in for a new peak.
31 - 40 goodness knows; Dance Monkey and Perfect could reappear. Maybe something like Giants could take advantage and slip in.

the Rolling Stones album is not a new album but a re-issue
but they've done it before nd fans buy it cos there's new tracks, new formats etc
I wouldn't expect crazy sales but enough for a #1 in a week with not much competition

The Stones have a slightly mixed chart record with this sort of reissue - Exile On Main Street got (back) to the top of the chart, Sticky Fingers went Top 10, Some Girls didn't even go Top 40 (but it was released in Q4).

Goats Head Soup isn't one of their most classic albums so it won't do anything near Exile.
