Justice bag another top five hit thanks to 'Incognito' this week and Ariana Grande also gets two new peaks for 'imperfect for you' and 'we can't be friends (wait for your love)' in the top 10. Bicep & Benjamin Damage's supergroup B.H.B get the highest debut of the week with the 2nd instalment in the CHROMA series.  Overcompensate took a couple of weeks to properly click with me haha. Lots of great entries there, particularly from Vampire Weekend, WILLOW and Kacey Musgraves - I need to get around to her new album soon. |

That was some unfortunate timing on my part 'Overcompensate' pretty much clicked with me straight away after it's debut on Radio 1, I can see it being a pretty long-running song on my chart. Vampire Weekend are shaping up themselves to have a fantastic album on their hands, I hope they announce a UK tour soon. Kacey's album is pretty good, much better than her last at least for me. 'Capricorn' may well hit #1 soon here, one of my fav songs ever from Vampire Weekend  'Supernatural' has to be a single, I'd love to see another music video with Troye in it as well! I found 'Deeper Well' (the song) a tad mid when I first heard it but it has really grown on me since hearing it in the context of the album.

 hope all is good with you!Snap artist at #1 right now *.* still absolutely loving eternal sunshine of course! + 'Capricorn' is a wonderful #2  also loving their new entry 'Classical' - this album is really shaping up to be something special <3 cannot wait to hear the latest release from it after reading that it has trip-hop style production  Almost a snap debut for 'CHROMA 002 L.A.V.A' <3 loving this one even more than their last single, Bicep and (uncredited) Clara La San can do no wrong together. Also here for the climbs for the other Ari songs, both Justice tracks, 'City Song' and your BJSC entry - I actually knew 'It's The Squeeze' pre-contest but it's clicked with me so much more now upon re-listens, hope it does well for you in the final

How could anyone not have Ariana at #1 right now  What a fantastic era this has been so far, here's hoping for even more singles (with music videos ofc)! Their latest single 'Mary Boone' is really good as expected! I probably still prefer 'Capricorn' and 'Classical' on first impression but those songs did set a really high standard so that's understandable. I could listen to hours of Bicep and Clara La San's works together, what a dynamic partnership indeed! Thanks for the kind words about 'It's The Squeeze' I'm anticipating a solid placement with it in the final but I'm not getting my hopes up yet... It really was a travesty that your entry didn't qualify, hoping you can get back into a BJSC final ASAP!
