Now quite as good as I expected. I like that it still doesn't sound too commercial. Griffin has a great vocals for this style of music though 👍 Too sweet is actually great. I really like it. I like the way you kiss me is fab. I do have an album bomb coming in the form of Beyonce so that's my new entries tiednuo for the next two weeks. So... It'll be a month probably before it enters. Obsessed is a nice bookend to your chart. What a bop Fab chart

'Sleepwalker' was a fantastic BJSC discovery, I see that the track has now surpassed 110 million streams on Spotify (if you combine the versions). I'm really enjoying 'Weird World', 'May Ninth' and 'we can't be friends' in your top 10! 'Saturn' A incredible track from SZA, loving the vocal performance especially on that Very good to see 'Too Sweet' entering as well, I'm here for this to be a big hit for Hozier! 'Crimson' Thanks for supporting my flop x 'Cardinal' and 'City Song' are two lovely picks from both artists' respective albums! Great to see 'The Mauritian Badminton Doubles Champion, 1973', 'i like the way you kiss me', 'stayinit', 'Happier' & 'obsessed' debut as well

Very impressed with 'Weird World' and 'Black Eye' from Allie X, sounding a little like Kim Wilde with that 80s style of production. I've liked a few tracks from Armin van Buuren recently, quite an accessible style of trance without going too commercial. 'Too Sweet' has got better with each listen so far, the Artemas song is very instant (I sent one of his earlier songs to Unknown Pleasures last summer so it feels surreal that he's now being talked up as a possible #1) and although I wish a few other Olivia songs could have had the chart success that 'obsessed' now has, it's a great way for her to extend the era. Wow, I had no idea 'Sleepwalker' was so well-streamed (not a fan of these slowed down versions btw), but it's right up my street and was a surefire 18 for me last time out. The guitar on 'May Ninth' (must remember that for the calendar thread in the Lounge next month) is gorgeous, and 'Saturn' is a fantastic vocal from SZA in a similar style to 'Good Days' if not on quite such an epic scale. At least Hunnygloss qualified, deserved better though as did Hamish Hawk. 'Cardinal' is a nice opener to Kacey's album and 'City Song' is the Mountainhead album track I felt had the most to come back to. Great to see some chart success for Overmono and (as lead artist) The Blessed Madonna with some of those others - very pleased you like so many of these 40 too! A top 40 of all new entries It take me about 10 weeks to start getting less keen on great tracks, maybe 6 or 7 weeks for the middlingly just good. Mind you I usually only play them 1 to 3 or so times a week unless I hear them on the radio too... I've already bought SZA, Hozier, Ariana... and the rest I havent heard bar Blessed madonna, Armin van Buuren once only. I wish I had time to hear more music Playing Cologne, seems quite nice

Haha, I'm deliberately making my charts full of new entries while I'm doing them monthly, otherwise I'd still have many songs from last month remaining high up. I usually only play these songs once or twice a week too, so I don't normally tire of them too quickly! Glad you've bought a few of these tracks! You may also recognise some of the BJSC songs from the previous contest to the one just gone (those at #19 & #23 got your vote too). Nice to hear you've given 'Cologne' a try! Hope you're having a great weekend
