Don't think this needs an introduction, England v Scotland at a major tournament again how do you see this going?

Think England will win, with both teams to score. I just don't see Scotland being good enough defensively for 90 minutes. Set pieces are probably Scotland's best chance and our current defenders will always give fouls away. Ultimately I just think England will have too much although it's pretty much a Derby game so suspect Scotland will be right up for it.
Suspect we will make 3-4 changes, reckon Shaw, Henderson and Grealish start this one.

2-0 England I think. We’re nowhere near good enough defensively to stop Kane/Rashford/Mount etc.

Can't see Hendo playing. Think he might get a cameo appearance at best in the third match if we're safely through. Grealish I think will be on the bench again but will come on this time in the second half. Left back position will be interesting.
This could easily go the same way as England vs Wales did in 2016 and be a thriller to the whistle.

Harry Maguire says he is fit and available for England's second Euro 2020 Group D match against Scotland at Wembley on Friday.
The Manchester United captain, 28, has been sidelined for more than a month with an ankle ligament injury.
Tyrone Mings deputised for Maguire alongside John Stones in last weekend's 1-0 win against Croatia.
"I feel good. I'm back available, been training and I'm looking forward to it," said Maguire.

Wouldn't risk Maguire at all. Should learn from the last Euros and not try to shoehorn in clearly unfit players like Hodgson did with Wilshere.
Mings did nothing wrong to lose his position. Beat Scotland first, then perhaps give Maguire a run out against the Czechs.

I completely agree, reading Maguire's comments it sounds like he's barely fit and will be playing through the pain barrier. He's not played for 6 weeks and I'm not sure this is the game to throw him back in to, seems very uncessary to me.

Scotland have a really good defensive set up, this is absolute turgid stuff from England though, our patterns of play are so predictable and we're not good enough in the middle of the park to pass the ball around and pull Scotland out of position. Kane is having a shocker once again.

We've got better options off the bench, which is always what would swing this game for us. Rice and Phillips doing the square route of absolute nothing currently. Both suspect defensively too.

Have the rules for the kick-off changed in recent years? Normally I remember two players from the same side kicking at the centre, but at this match there's only one player who passes back a lot further.

This game has been really exciting but the scoreline isn't reflecting it so far - a 0-0 draw would be the least exciting outcome regardless of what happend in the game!

Great game as very evenly matched throughout, but wow that was the worst I've seen England play in a long, long time. Think it's safe to say it's not coming home this year, Italy and France would be laughing :')
Credit to Scotland as they clearly had us rattled, they clearly knew what they had to do. I guess the pressure of a UK derby must have worked in different ways for the two teams?

That was really frustrating to watch after a good start, and than the atmosphere dropped like a brick. In the end England didn't really deliver, I was expecting at least 2 goals from them quite easy tonight.

Yeah I think in general the team performance was poor, especially in the second half when in my opinion Scotland had the better possession.

So stoked with this performance. We defo had the better chances to win but a point against an England side the British press would have you believe had already won the whole thing is a good effort from the team. To go against a confident team at home after we lost against the one team we thought we might have a chance against.

Did STV have all the glitches that ITV seemed to suffer? Noticed at least five or six - seemed to be ongoing issues throughout the whole match.

Must have been the British feed as opposed to the main broadcasting feed from the stadium itself because there wasn’t any issues I noticed on ZDF last night

Possibly the World Cup sem-final? I can't remember what ratings that got, but it must have been something similar or not too far behind.

Not a vintage performance by any means but I'm pretty sure England have never ever won all their group matches in any tournament ever so expecting 9 points was just unrealistic. 4 points from Croatia & Scotland is fine although most would have expected them to come the other way around. Have to credit Scotland too, they're not just there to make up the numbers.
Czech Republic will be a much harder match than I envisioned too.
