BuzzJack Music Forum _ Forum News and Help _ Problem updating AF banner and icon

I'm trying to change the banner and icon for the Madonna Artist Forum but having no luck. The message saying "forum banner changed" appears but it remains with the old one. Am I meant to wait for it to be approved by someone higher up or should it just change automatically?
