For the first (and last!!!) time, I held back on hearing majority of the entries for the final. Before the final, I'd heard United Kingdom, Sweden and Croatia. But this was a great surprise. Very happy with it winning as it's really unique and quite original, yet extremely radio friendly. Not my favourite (Croatia snatched it for me this year) but I really liked this and thought they were a very deserving winner.

Very worthy winner - to see this being 4th in its semi although Europapa was DQ'd but still - to achieve jury landslide and 5th in the overall televote

Was by far the best performance for me and vocals were spot on. I also get why the song itself did so well with the juries. A lot more depth than a lot of other songs this year.

I was shocked when I found out that Nemo was at Eurovision, this is someone who one of their first ever releases (a song called Du) I was a big fan of and now regret never sending to BJSC
 Nemo was so underground at this point that the artist tag is Nemo (CH) - there are 2 separate Nemos on Spotify as well so this song has probably been disowned now lol. Anyway, this is a really fab winner. Definitely the best out of the realistic contenders. |
