Personally, I don't think any of the tracks have been renamed and it could be an implication that the pre-order of the album will be out on Monday with an instant grat (possibly "34+35" because of the title?).

This is like mid tier on the album for me. It’s good but there is better.
But none of my faves become singles on thank u, next and she knew what she was doing there as she got 3 #1s so I trust her judgement at singles.
pov PLS get a push though. If there’s a song on the album that would drive album sales that’s it.

Looks like Doja Cat was originally supposed to feature on this. In general I think I prefer this verse to the 'motive' one but it references 6ix9ine so overall not mad about her song being switched I wonder if Ari's very public feud with him is why it got pulled. Idk though, that lyric could've just been changed.

Ari really loves a pop culture reference doesn't she - this time Austin Powers themed looks!
I felt like it took a little while for the video to properly get going but by the end I was bopping along so hey maybe the song is coming to grow after all. The sci-fi theme was a cute retread and I enjoyed the choreography - definitely wasn't expecting her to do the splits!!

It's certainly not her best but I knew it'd perform decently as a single and the video has helped me like it more.
It's moved up somewhere between 20 to 30 places on iTunes since the video was dropped, so it will be interesting to see what it can do streaming wise. Since it's already gone top 10, I'm all for this floating around the high top 20 for a while really.

It is a very typical Tiktok era single, there is much better material on the album yes, I'm not coming back to this that much already. But for me it's just nice to see yet another hit.
It has fallen slightly on streaming and it's dropping on iTunes again, but we will safely get another couple of weeks top 20 I'm sure.

I'm pleased that we got the video and am living for the '34+35' phrase actually catching on as a thing but I'm ready for 'pov' to reach its full potential ASAP. Maybe they're biding time with that one so it can properly shine after the Christmas invasion is done and dusted.
It's so nice to be able to sit back and relax for '34+35' with a top 10 peak already in the bag - in the U.S. too. Top 20 longevity shall be a nice bonus. A few years ago I was concerned that music videos were being treated as less of a priority than before - so yay for a noticeable video effect here - long may those continue.

I do think this will go down as one of her weaker singles overall I have really tried to get into it but it's just so forgettable and I struggle to remember how it goes.
I am with Jade, pov really needs to reach its full potential with a video and promo push. I think it could be huge - maybe after Christmas tbh? I think it could even get #1 if they time it right!

I hadn't thought about where this would rank for me in terms of overall singles - I definitely prefer it to 'Focus' and maybe 'Side To Side' but probably not much higher than that tbh, it's definitely growing on me but in a 'maybe 11th favourite on the album instead of 12th now' way 'positions' a lot higher though - perfect lead choice.

Yeah two Doja features as singles from the same project feels like a bit much. I mean, who knows, but I wouldn't be surprised if 'pov' happened as single #3 and then she called it a day. Also there was speculation the other day that Ariana is popping up on an upcoming Doja Cat project as well. Would definitely be overkill if that was also single material

Yeah it seems very unlikely "motive" is going to be a single now. Especially since we all know how quick Ari likes to move on these days (RIP "bloodline" and "bad idea").

I feel the same Jay - too much Ariana was cut out! However, I do like both of the featured verses. I didn’t really care for Doja’s part on ‘motive’ much but finding her contribution better here.
Need one of those YouTube edits that keeps Ariana’s 3rd verse in and adds the new parts in too!

I think it's only a recent thing and I think the label may have to request it, but like you say it's really good for chart visibility.

I think this is just a mistake on iTunes' end, the Kylie remix situation was only combined for like a day iirc, I'd assume the same will happen for this.
The appearance of the clean album version seems a bit odd but there is a clean version of the remix too so maybe that is also being combined with its respective album version?

Oh yeah I noticed that there was a clean version of the remix when I went to stream earlier! Okay, this all makes sense now, shall patiently wait for iTunes to sort it out then just gave it a stream again and really noticed how prominent the strings sound during Doja's verse tbh, love that element.

Yes I remember there being whispers on here about it possibly going to ACR a couple of weeks ago, thank goodness that didn't happen this iTunes boost is good to see, although hard to predict anything without remix Spotify numbers yet, would love another new peak so fingers crossed!

The remix is doing really well on Apple (it's at #20, already only 4 places behind the original) - think this should quite easily get a new peak next week. Considering sales are still pretty low and close together (well, apart from Olivia of course lmao) I don't think #2 would be out of the question if the remix does similarly on Spotify too and holds up well during the week! Tate McStale did 20.8k at #10 this week so this will have done just slightly less than that, while LM at #2 are only on 30.4k, the remix doing nearly as well as the original on Apple indicates it could feasibly come close to doubling its sales week-on-week which would put it way over that mark. Of course it's probably a bit too early to confidently make that projection though.

I’ve had parts of the remix stuck in my head all day the video helped ‘34+35’ grow on me a bit and now this is assisting with that even more, I didn’t want to take it off loop earlier, so I’m really pleased about that even if I wish there was a bit more Ariana in it!

Little Mix have been closing the gap, it's down to 700 copies separating Ari and 'Sweet Melody' now for the #3 position, but that seems like a pretty large amount to close in one day (compared to them closing it by 200 yesterday) so I'm still confident in her chances. I guess we'll find out tomorrow for sure

^ I love you Ari but I’m not sacrificing my beauty sleep for a 5AM U.K. time drop when I need to work so only just seen it now I’m awake I agree with the dessert dialogue being the highlight and a quick scan of social media tells me that it’s the main talking point, that makes sense. I’m not wowed or anything but it was still fun as hoped and got better as it went along I think.
Remix CD singles now on her U.S. store so I guess they’re going for that U.S. #1 this week. Not sure how much of a hold Olivia still has there at the moment.

Still waaaay better than that awful lead single for me. Although I still wouldn't say it's amazing.
It's catchy and the "I've been drinking coffee and I've been eating healthy" refrain gets me every time 
The chorus is great, I can see this being big!
"love me 'til the daylight" has a surprisingly nice ring to it
