After taking the gold in Jadakissnia/The Actual Republic of Bellamia with Charlotte Lawrence and the song “Why Do You Love Me” we are thrilled to host the competition in our capital, Brindisia, for the first time. Before you can begin your stay here in Lotunia there are a few things you need to know. That’s right, the rules.
* If you don’t know if your potential song has been entered before, you may want to check the Songs of BJSC thread. Actually, we should all probably do it anyway ~
* Make sure to double check the Veto Framework before entering.
* You can’t recycle the artist you used last contest.
* The following artists can not be entered since they made the top 3 in the last contest: Charlotte Lawrence, Hanne Mjøen and Active Child.
* The following countries are banned from this edition due to non-voting in the final of BJSC 118: Aesthetica, Enty, Quintessa and St. Burbia.
* Lotunia have a guaranteed AQ this month for winning in 118! Cor Lupus will also AQ, if we get an even numbers of participants.
* Don’t tell anyone what you have entered before the semis are open, please!
* Deadline for submitting your entry is Thursday 17th October 2019 at 23:59PM UK Time.

Confirmeded. I miiiiight end up changing my entry depending on if I can be bothered to continue searching as I worry this one might be a little subtle for BJSC but I hope I'm wrong xx (this song didn't really grab me properly until about the 3rd listen which is never a good sign for this contest haha).

That's nothing to feel odd about! The thread on the years of entries did reveal that there's a huge preference for 2010s songs overall (which is understandable) but there's been plenty of older ones, for me it's just about sending something you currently like and want to share.

I really hope we both sent the same song now! (If you sent a French instrumental track then be afraid).
Never had a double confirmation before though, also the first song in ages I discovered completely by chance so a tad surprised someone else found it as well! Considering whether to punish you all with my weirdest entry yet

That's fine, we are a little behind on the veto process so a late entry or two won't be an issue x (as long as you don't mind being murdered by Cody if you deny him an AQ)
