I guess it was only a matter of time before 'Ferrari' was playlisted. I'm still surprised at no Luude though.
I thought Fred Again..'s new single was 'Turn On The Lights Again'? Funny how we all thought Joji was going to blow up and instead it never progressed beyond the C-list or made the top 20. I'm so disappointed the DJ Khaled song isn't a cover of the Bee Gees

We stan whoever the ROSALÍA stan at Radio 1 is that occasionally gets her on the playlist (this is her 4th appearance after 'Barefoot In The Park' w/ James Blake, 'Aute Cuture' and 'TKN' w/ Travis Scott, all of the previous 3 just went C-C-C-out but it's better than nothing). Now in the top 5 on global Spotify and top 40 in the US, would love to know just how far away it is from the UK top 200 (would it realistically even be top 1,000? lol) but hey at least R1 listeners will occasionally have some taste forced upon them for a few weeks!
Great to see Fred again.. added (with the far better of his two current hits) and good add from James Hype too, didn't realise that wasn't playlisted already actually. Gross @ YUNGBLUD though. His last couple of singles were actually ok, this one is not. x Yay for Pale Waves and Steve Lacy being A-Listed + Diplo B-Listed as well, a pretty good week. Shame Joji never got above C but knew it was coming really. |
