Poor Louis Walsh has OBVIOUSLY left the x-factor.

Gonna miss you big man.

Best Male JUDGE ever.

Can safely say I'm gutted. He's absolute panto, but some of the best moments have come from him.

Big loss to the show, tho I can see why they want to try something new.

He WAS X Factor for the best part of the last 5 years. It won't be half as much fun without him, especially not since they appear to be going OH SO WORTHY with the judges.

He's so awful. You can predict what he'll say every time he opens his mouth. He's not even relevant in the music business anymore.

Basically this. His kerfuffling around in week 1 of the 2012 series that resulted in Rylan staying because he couldn't make his mind up was part of what caused me to switch off. At least with him gone the show won't make me feel ready to punch someone every Sunday evening.

He wasn't exactly contributing anything. But then nor do judges like Cheryl.

about time he left really. I liked him and X Factor won't be the same without him, but it's good to have a mix of old and new judges and Simon/Cheryl already fulfill the 'old' quota.

Getting rid of Louis is like getting Ian Beale out of EastEnders or Ken Barlow out of Coronation Street

I don't watch X Factor anymore but I always rather liked Louis and didn't get the hate he got. As a judge, he didn't always have interesting things to say to the contestants, but he tried his best and I wish him good luck in the future.

Both of whom wouldn't be missed either.

He was a total clown, but quite a lovable one. His random comments, constant excitement, being the inevitable mentor of the shit acts and just general Irish charm always added something and he never took himself seriously, which was more than can be said for some of the judges.

Yeah but is Mel B tho? smoke.gif

I for one will miss Louis. A bit of endearing character, his "you remind me of a young..." moments were fab.
