Buzzjack's Track Of The Week for week 8 is...

undecided!
The Chainsmokers & Coldplay - Something Just Like This [ 8 ] ** [23.53%]
Zedd & Alessia Cara - Stay [ 8 ] ** [23.53%]
Calvin Harris feat Frank Ocean & Migos – Slide [ 7 ] ** [20.59%]
Kato & Sigala feat Hailee Steinfield - Show You Love [ 6 ] ** [17.65%]
Meghan Trainor - I’m A Lady [ 2 ] ** [5.88%]
The 1975 - By Your Side [ 2 ] ** [5.88%]
none of the above [ 1 ] ** [2.94%]

~

There's quite a few new releases about now, but because of the nature of the chart now most of them don't make a major chart impact at least in their first week.

Taking the most notable new releases of the week I have shortlisted the potentials for Buzzjack's TOTW. Simply vote for your favourites and the song with the most votes will be the official BJ:TOTW winner! cheer.gif

The contenders:

Week 9:
Cash Cash & ROZES – Matches
Coldplay - Hypnotised
Ed Sheeran - Galway Girl
Little Mix feat Machine Gun Kelly – No More Sad Songs
Lorde – Green Light
Offaiah - Run
Seeb & R. City - Under Your Skin

~

Personal opinion: 'Green Light' is proper good, also liking the new Offaiah one a fair bit so that gets my 2nd vote.

Lorde and Little Mix for me, with The Chainsmokers/Coldplay for the tiebreaker (it's catchy AF even if it does have the exact same drop as 'ROZES').

'Galway Girl' does nothing for me; don't understand why it's the most popular of Ed Sheeran's album tracks.
