Halo is Bey's third global single. Diva will go to US Urban radio formats at the same time.

The latter is one of the worst so-called 'songs' I've ever heard, truly dire, but Halo is wonderful and will be a smash everywhere. Woo.

Why are people so shocked that Diva is being released with Halo. "Halo" has been picked for commercial radio because she wants to make that song do better. "Diva" like "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)" is only for the urban radio stations and is probably not set to do well in charts

The reason why Single Ladies did better than IWAB was because that's the music the US likes more. A good urban beat like Single Ladies is going to probably chart better than a R&B ballad
