As long as "Wake Me Up" and "See the Day" are the lowest singles I will be happy.

It's the Performance Edit! It's official, it originally appeared on the promo CD.

Wake Me Up is FANTASTIC. See The Day must be the lowest single but beyond that I'm not too fussed, I love the others.
(oh and I listen to the Performance Edit of Wake Me Up more than the original...) |

It's not my favourite either, but I think the lowest score I saw for it was 8.5!

So time to begin the countdown, first off a shout out to Jamesy who helped me with the highest and lowest scores for each song, cheers!
96.Love Bomb - 5.58 (Highest: 8.5 JosephVickers. Lowest: -1 AdamAloud) 95.I'm Every Woman - 5.92 (Highest: 8 Lukuzz, Acoustic, Calum sande. Lowest: 0 AdamAloud) 94.Walk This Way - 6.02 (Highest: 10 JosephVickers. Lowest: -1 JonPMQ, troublepink) 93.Everything You Ever Wanted - 6.03 (Highest: 8.5 Girl Overboard. Lowest: 4 Jamesy) 92.Sacred Trust - 6.07 (Highest: 9 Lukuzz. Lowest: -1 JonPMQ) So that's the first 5 songs to drop out of the running, at #96 is the bonus track from 'SOTU' before it was taken off the reissued version 'Love Bomb' no shocker that its not very loved and one of only 2 songs to average less than a 6, at #95 is 'I'm Every Woman' the song from the compilation 'Discomania' seems that most people don't really remember this. At #94 is the first single to drop ALREADY 'Walk This Way' personally I really like this cover not their greatest but I thought it would be higher, but it received 2 -1 ratings. #93 is the other 'SOTU' bonus track 'Everything You Ever Wanted' again nothing special and no surprise its out already. Rounding off this section is 'Sacred Trust' at #92 which was their rivals losing track to them back in the day, personally I love it but it seems I'm alone in that This post has been edited by Lukuzz: 1st May 2013, 01:51 PM |

91.Forever and a Night - 6.08
(Highest 9.5 Lukuzz. Lowest: 3 JonPMQ, Aled., Jamesy) 90.Boogie Down Love - 6.29 (Highest: 9 JosephVickers. Lowest: 3 mike sugafan) 89.Grease - 6.30 (Highest: 9 Girl Overboard, Acoustic, Lukuzz. Lowest: 1 AdamAloud) 88.Don't Want You Back - 6.35 (Highest: 9 AdamAloud, mike sugafan. Lowest 2 JonPMQ) 87.Fix Me Up - 6.41 (Highest: 8.5 calum sande. Lowest: adamaloud 1) The next lot of 5 sees another 3 from first album SOTU fall out 'Forever and a Night', 'Boogie Down Love' and 'Don't Want You Back' at #91 #90 and #88 respectively, tbh no shock for either 3 although I'm a sucker for the first song. 'Grease' from Greasemania takes an early tumble, and 'Fix Me Up' the first song from OOC to fall is at #87 personally I think this song gets a lot of hate It's not amazing but the live performance was lots of fun! ALL NIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT. Lol, Sarah. <3
Generally speaking there's no great shocks low down in this countdown; I was fully expecting a lot of 'Sound of the Underground' tracks to be there. Maybe 'Walk This Way' gets more hate than it deserves though. |

86.100 Different Ways - 6.44
(Highest: 10 Davidson. Lowest: 4 JonPMQ) 84.Live In The Country / Hear Me Out- 6.5 Live In The Country - (Highest: 10 Jonjo. Lowest: 3 davidson) Hear Me Out - (Highest: 10 mike_sugafan. Lowest: -1 Leonardo) 83.Hopelessly Devoted To You - 6.53 (Highest: 10 Lukuzz. Lowest: 0 AdamAloud) The next 4 in the countdown include the first track from WWTNS fall '100 Different Ways' the solo ballad by Nadine, the song doesn't do much. At #84 we have our first (of many) tied places 'Live In The Country' and 'Hear Me Out' both receiving an average of 6.5 personally LITC is their worst ever song so I'm glad it didn't get any higher, Hear Me Out isn't bad. And finally at #83 in this section is 'Hopelessly Devoted To You' from Greasemania, now I'm a huge fan of the original and I love this so I had to give it a 10, seems not many people agreed with my love though. 'Live In The Country' is amazing and I won't hear otherwise. IT HAS ANIMAL NOISES. I find 'Out Of Control' to be a really flawed album at times but I think it's one of the few tracks they got spot on.
I wouldn't say 'Walk This Way' deserves to be that low either. It's not very good, but 'See The Day' is far worse. |

81.I Say a Prayer For You / We Wanna Party- 6.58
I Say a Prayer For You - (Highest: 10 mike_sugafan, Lukuzz. Lowest: 3 JonPMQ) We Wanna Party - (Highest: 11 Jamesy. Lowest: 4 AaronTM) 80.You Freak Me Out - 6.62 (Highest: 9 Silver Rocket, THEO. Lowest: 2 Acoustic, Davidson) 79.Girls On Film - 6.63 (Highest: 9 Jamesy, silver rocket. Lowest: 2.5 Aled) 78.I Think We're Alone Now - 6.7 (Lukuzz: 10. Lowest: 3 JonPMQ) The next section begins with another tie 'I Say a Prayer For You' from WWTNS the solo track from Nicola which for me is the first song that is far too low, I adore it but I love Nicola and ballads! Also at #81 is 'We Wanna Party' from OOC which is the first song in the countdown to receive an 11. At #80 is 'You Freak Me Out' a very fun song from SOTU and Freaky Friday, #79 sees cover 'Girls On Film' fall out. And the 2nd single to fall out of the running is 'I Think We're Alone Now' at #78 I'm the only one who seems to like this, for me its their best ever cover song, no shock to see it this low though. 77.On My Way To Satisfaction - 6.75
(Highest: 10 AdamAloud. Lowest: 2 Jamesy) 76.Intro - 6.76 (Highest: 10 JonPMQ, dj_tim_e, THEO. Lowest: 1 Leonardo) 75.Christmas Round At Ours - 6.8 (Highest: 8 Jay, Aled. Lowest: 5 Acoustic) 74.Teenage Dirtbag - 6.81 (Highest: 11 troublepink. Lowest: 5, Davidson, JonPMQ, Mike Sugafan, aarontm) In the section we lose the first of the 2 St Trinians songs 'On My Way To Satisfaction' personally I always forget this song exists, 'Intro' from Chemistry album manages to get a 6.76 average despite being less than a minute in length, 'Christmas Round At Ours' is the first of the 8 songs from the Xmas bonus disc of Chemistry to fall, and cover of 'Teenage Dirtbag' from the Radio 1 CD falls out at #74. |
