At the risk of sounding like Hadji, they should have removed DaBaby and Regard, and added James Bay and Kygo x Tina Turner.
With 14 weeks, 'Rockstar' has now spent longer on the playlist than 'Shape Of You' and is tied with 'Sing' and 'Somebody That I Used To Know'. Only 'One Dance' has spent longer (15 weeks) since I started tracking the playlist in 2012. Also it's a shame they felt the need to A-list Calvin/Love Regenerator based on his name alone, it's not like the song is doing anything. No Taylor seems strange? Glad Dua and Juice are climbing but feel like the A-List needs a proper clear out even with Stuck with U finally falling

not crazy about any of those adds, especially Drake x 3 :/
at least they moved Slow Grenade to the b-list wonder if they will add new Taylor? or is it too R2? also wonder what's going on with the new James Bay, there song is incredible but so far it's not on any radio station, not on any Spotify playlist... maybe it has a later impact date but what's the point in releasing it? |

New Drake adds are good! Plus Experience by Khalid/Victoria is a CHOON.
I suspect Rockstar and Rain On Me will be dropped next week? I also think Cardigan by Taylor (the lead single from Folklore) will be added next week? It’s not too commercial but isn’t the antithesis of it as well. |

Begs the question how long is too long for a song on the playlist? The biggest hits get 14-16 weeks sometimes whereas others get 3 weeks and out.
Does 14 weeks for a huge hit like 'Rockstar' deserve so much support and does that meet the BBC Trust criteria that radio 1 should play new music? |

Yeah no surprise that Taylor isn't on here considering it seems about 10 people knew this was coming out yesterday, I'm pretty sure they'll A-list Cardigan next week and it should get fab plays this week!
