BuzzJack Music Forum _ UK Charts _ ANNOUNCEMENT: End of Decade Chart Forum Events

Radio 1 may not be doing Chart of the Year or Chart of the Decade but we aren't going to let that stop us from celebrating the past decade in chart music!
Mark your calendars for Sunday 29th December at 2PM for a rundown of the Top 100 biggest tracks of the year where we will simultaneously run a session on plug.dj (hosted by me) alongside a countdown thread on Buzzjack hosted by Joseph.
For those who don't know, plug.dj is a website that lets you stream YouTube and Soundcloud content to a 'room', where anyone who is in the room is listening to the same song. It only takes a minute to make an account but you do not need one to listen in.
Then we'll be back on Sunday 5th January at 2PM to revisit the Top 100 biggest tracks of the decade. AcerBen has offered to upload a radio show of this to Mixcloud, which will be broadcast live on Watch2Gether (as plug.dj doesn't support Mixcloud live streaming). This again accompanied by a Buzzjack thread.
The listening link for each will be provided at the time.
We hope to see a few of you here!

I am really looking forward to this! Probably won’t be able to make the EOY one on Sunday but should be there for the end of decade one the following week!

I am going to be hosting plug sessions for 10 weeks in a row, where each week we will be watching the music videos (with accompanying chat!) of every #1 of the 2010s *.* the first session on Wednesday 8th January 2020 will cover the year 2010! Will post a link closer to the time. Hope to see a decent crowd!
