Just listened - terrible. How have her team got it SO wrong after healthy investment in her and perfectly kicking off her career with a million selling chart topper.

It’s not even crept into the iTunes Top 100 yet which most fan base acts can usually achieve after a few hours on sale, it’s been a year since SBP she needs to deliver a bop/hit soon as she’s rapidly being forgotten.

I’d be shocked if it came close to the Top 75 tbh, ‘Torn’ had prime time promo and couldn’t even manage it.

Yet Torn didn't have Radio 1 or Spotify support. If this is the same it stands no chance but if it ends up being playlisted, notably on the latter, it should outdo Torn.

She does have a fan base though like most female artists aimed towards a gay market do - every single time I’ve seen/met Ava she has had a number of fans waiting for her, an act like Ava that’s had 2 hits, been plastered all over the gay media should have enough of a fan base to sell the current estimated 29 copies of a new single to get it into the iTunes chart at #100?!

Literally this! It’s like they don’t know what to do with her after she had such a big debut.

Also I get the whole social media break thing but she’s released 3 singles or “buzz tracks” and gone on a social media break - so zero promotion or online presence laugh.gif
